But I happen to be starting a new job today, one which, for the first time for me, involves writing for a living. Being a little nervous about that is natural. But whichever entity is responsible for me having an unusually realistic, near-lucid dream last night in which the first question out of my new boss' mouth was "so how much do you know about shikigami?" can fuck right off.

Aya had had an encounter with the Ryusoulgers once before. Her little brother Goro had fallen under the influence of the Druidons and had almost given in to the feelings that he was just getting in the way. And while she had had Ryusoul Red to thank for the return of her brother, there was another who caught her eye.

The Pink Ryusoulger, the one who partnered with that beautiful beast Ankyrose. The only woman on their team. After a very brief moment where she had watched this warrior woman fight, Aya had decided to get to know her.

Very quickly, she penned a letter.

“Dear RyusoulPink,

I have seen you fighting alongside the five men of your team and holding your own. I’ve seen your strength and grace as you wield your blade and I want to learn from you. If this letter finds you well, please come find me at the KiraPati in Ichigozaka. Yours, Aya Higumi.” She puts a picture of herself in the envelope with the letter and rushes out to where the  Ryusoulgers are fighting in their mech.

Seeing the young woman in the newsboy cap, Aya recognizes her as a Youtuber that Goro watches every so often, and she walks over.

“Excuse me. Could you give this letter to RyusoulPink when she finishes the fight?” She asks Ui as she hands over the envelope. “Thank you!”

imagining if Aya had been involved in the final FS confrontation. then we could've had, like, a side-by-side comparison starting with that official art on one of the volumes with Newsboy Aya cheerfully wrapping her arm around a visibly nervous Kosuzu, and then fanart with a role-reversal with Possessed Kosuzu creepy-delightedly wrapping her arm around an even-more-terrified Aya.

Zaan who plays the role of Randheer in Sony Entertainment Television’s new show Kyun Utthe dil Chhod ayae, already is a fashion freak and makes sure if not follow at least be updated about the latest trends. When he saw Randheer’s look he was so excited because this would be very different from his previous looks. The best part of Randheer’s look he found was his hats. Zaan who essays the role of Randheer who will be seen as a publisher in the show, would be seen donning a very elite look in which he would be seen wearing newsboy hats. Zaan in real life also fell in love with these hats and thought this can be very good style statement for men. It looks good with formals and semi formals especially. He has become a fan of those hats and has decided to get those kinds of hats in his personal collection also. Zaan telling about his love for those hats said “ Since my look was decided I was really excited to wear those hats as it seemed like a style statement. I might be playing a guy of 1947 but these kinds of hats would become savage style in 2021 also. I have been ordering them online these days, as I have decided I will be wearing them otherwise also. I have planned to make a huge collection of these hats. They are quite cool! Fantastic!!! I personally would hc her/them/him as genderfluid, but mainly presenting news (geddit, news presenter???) she doesn't really care for gender, and is alright with any pronouns, though if she's sneaking in with a disguise to get a scoop as old man Jenkins or something you don't want to ruin the disguise.As a very forward thinking tengu, she initially just dressed fluidly to enable her to get scoops easier, but was kinda like 'hey I kinda like this' and now has a collection of professor Layton esque hats and tengu ones (and most importantly!!! A detective hat collection) Nue helps her with disguises sometimes, and the two are good friends despite Mamizou's rivalry with Aya. Also Kokoro and Sekibanki...they all kinda help each other each as fellow nb's, though it's more helping with 'acting' and 'disguises', though they can just chill with themselves too, they're comfortable in their fluidity or lack of gender in seki's case. the alterations are mostly to the newsboy costume to make it actually fit over her body style while still retaining the same general look to it. she still looks bigger than aya though.
