Question on ur AU! Would the pre-existing Toa mean those from g1, or will those guys be in the ranks of the AG as newer toa?

Aye, the pre-existing would be a majority of those from G1. There'd be some differences, for example the Toa Metru would not exist, the Mangai would still be alive, no Inika/Mahri. This is because there's no Teridax, no Great Cataclysm or Makuta revolt against Mata Nui.

I'll note also that the 200 toa group is referred to as the Mengar, and in case I wasn't clear in the initial post, the 82 who are offed are the same as the toa who came from the GSR's, while the 118 who become AG are all the "neo-matoran."

Please rest easy in the knowledge that our brave and vigilant toa work tirelessly to ensure your safety, and they would never allow such a dangerous and violent being to enter our walls. We have determined that such sightings as have been reported recently are merely caused by feral illusion kraata which have made a nest in the lower levels of late. So if you see something that appears to be a glatorian, please remain calm and don't attempt to approach or engage with the illusion yourself. Simply report what you saw immediately to the nearest vahki or toa, then return to your work without fear. Animal control will handle the situation from there."

Agori of Neo Le Metru

According to Tamaragh's Precepts, Spheran beings of any kind are anathema to Mata Nui's grand design. But workers are workers, and of all the six cities Neo Le Metru is one of the loosest with its dogma, much to the chagrin of the capital. Agori of the wastes may indeed find that there is a place for them in the sunless undercity around the foundations of the air citadel, as unpleasant as it may be; moving goods in the truckyards or working alongside vo-matoran to keep the power flowing to the city's industrial centers. Ironically, there are vanishingly few jungle tribe agori in Neo Le Metru, most of whom find the environment untenable. Not that tribal affiliations seem to matter much here. Especially not to the vahki.

The premier peace enforcement droid of Neo Le Metru. Their staggering agility and flexibility, advanced processing and sensory arrays, and highly reinforced armoring compared to their predecessors makes them a force to be reckoned with. Unlike the ancient vahki models, these drones can be authorized to employ lethal force when deemed necessary.

An elite rank granted to those toa troopers who have distinguished themselves by their skill, experience, or loyalty. Often seen stationed on the upper terraces of the Colosseum of Air or commanding large task forces of Vahki and Toa Troopers. The bulwark against which dissension breaks in Neo Le-Metru.

"A reminder from Turaga Tokolo, to the people of our great city: we all know that this city has been sanctified by mata nui to be the home of the Le-Matoran and the sacred shrine of the element of air. However, do not think that this means that Le matoran are the only ones who matter here. I ask my air brothers, spare a thought today for our brothers and sisters of the secondary elements, and remember that their efforts and talents are crucial to bring about Mata Nui's will. Were it not for the vo-matoran, how could our industry have the energy it needs to flourish? Were it not for the ba-matoran, would our city reach as high into the sky? To all my brothers and sisters of the secondary elements, remember that your efforts are eternally appreciated, by myself and more importantly by Mata Nui himself. However, I must speak briefly on the matter of Toa. The wise words of Turaga Tamaragh tell us that it was never within Mata Nui's design that matoran of the secondary elements should be made to take on the heavy mantle of a toa. All the latest research confirms that secondary elements are volatile, and to wield them as a toa is incredibly dangerous both for the wielder and those around them. So please, leave the dangerous work to our toa troopers; their air powers are all that is needed. If you are a secondary matoran who has somehow found yourself accidentally transformed into a toa, please do not hesitate to seek help at the nearest trooper suva or vahki cortex. They will be glad to help fix you up before you hurt yourself."

Vahki 1.5, Vorzahk variant

These most basic of pseudo-vahki robotic peacekeeping units are mass produced in Neo Po Metru and shipped to every metru city state across the wastes, where they're installed with region-appropriate AI processors and stun staffs. They are cheap, simple, and incredibly numerous. In Neo Le Metru, they are deployed only in the sunless sublevels, where the shining image of top-notch le matoran engineering need not be maintained, and swift application of force is needed frequently to control the rifraff. Their presence increases exponentially the closer one travels to the titanic proto-concrete foundations of the Colosseum of Air.

The rank and file law enforcement of Neo Le Metru. At least, the rank and file of the biomechanical units. Nevertheless considered a position of honor. Often seen leading patrol squads of vahki and guarding the perimeter of the air citadel.

Two quick moctober updates:

1: As I'm sure most of y'all have noticed, my moctober mocs have been alternating between two different settings/storylines and one of those storylines is a dystopia with some potentially very dark themes and subject matter. I don't really think I can accurately tag anything and everything a given post's lore might bring to mind, but general content warnings (to the best of my ability) for what has or might in the future come up include sci-fi-ified versions of authoritarianism, police violence, propaganda, and fantasy species discrimination (for lack of a better term). I will be tagging all of the posts in that storyline with "#neo metru nui" both during moctober and if I continue the story in the future, so please don't hesitate to block the tag if it's not your jam.

2: Tumblr seems to love to do this thing where it decides it doesn't like a particular moc and refuses to accept the renders of it until it arbitrarily feels like it. So some moctober posts may be a bit late until I can convince tumblr to let me actually make them.
