Ego Headcanons: The Cranky Crew
The Crank House is home to most of Ethan Nestor’s egos, The Cranky Crew.
Mad Mike(he/him): ally. Outgoing and good with kids. Older twin brother to Heapass. Constantly smells sweet. Uses his power to keep the Crank House supplied with ADHD meds. Surprisingly very responsible. - Powers: can conjure up both ice cream and any drug.
Heapass(he/him): aroace gnc. Talks in third person. Friends with Yancy. The younger twin brother of Mike, later the unofficial younger brother of all the Cranks. Likes watching Mrs T’s animated stories. - Powers: always “knows a guy”.
Mrs Thompson(she/her): ally. Grandmother and parental figure to the Cranks. A part time novel writer. Fingers are always stained with typewriter ink. Enjoys sitting and having morning coffee with Father E - Powers: anything she writes becomes an animation.
Father Ethan(he/him): ally. Originally started as a religious figure, later morphing into a father figure. Is the Dad ego. Keeps the house running with Mrs T and is always willing to listen to the others. - Powers: a calming presence.
Blank(he/they): nonbinary aroace. Depressed anxious glitchy boy. Eyes drip black ink similar to how The Host’s drips blood. In a relationship with Eef. - Powers: can teleport through screens.
Postman(he/him): questioning ally. Is a mailman. Doesn’t live in Crank House. Knows many self defense techniques. Really only talks to Father E and Blank. - Powers: very fast/strong.
Neil Neilson(he/him): unlabeled. Rambles a lot. Runs a radio show. Not altogether there. Loves and shares an apartment with Athiel. - Powers: super jumps.
Unus Mori(he/they/any): agender aroace. Is the embodiment of Death aka The Grim Reaper. His shadow morphs between normal and the classic reaper with a scythe. A goofy guy but can be serious. Chaos besties with Leak. Not usually seen without Annus(QPR? Idk). - Powers: Death
Athiel(Xe/Xem): unlabeled. Alien cousin of Peevles. Loves and shares an apartment with Neil. - Powers: unknown.
Bernice(she/they): demigirl lesbian. “I’m just a California gurl”. Loves Alice. Gamer girl. Older sister of the Cranks. - Powers: none.
Alice Valentine(she/her): trans lesbian. Confident girly. Loves dancing. Loves Bernice. Is the older sister of Gothan. - Powers: entrancing voice.
Gothan(he/him): gnc gay. Younger sibling of Alice. In love with Elliot(e-boy from UA). Goth softy. - Powers: undetermined.
Melon Man(he/it): unlabled (no one knows). Feral lil guy. Rambles a lot. Always smells like watermelons. Follows Challenge McGee around to help and watch. - Powers: strong.
Gongoozler(it/it’s): agender aroace. A siren. Contrary to popular belief, it has legs. It enjoys spending time with Merthan in the pool. Can breath underwater. - Powers: glowing eyes and enchanting voice lure it’s victims.
Merthan(he/him): ace. A merman. Spends most of his time with Gooz. Has an aquarium like room in the house and many water tunnels. - Powers: can talk to sea life.
Maidgameplays(any pronouns): genderfluid pan. Nicknamed May. Takes care of the house. Makes good coffee. Always smells fresh. - Powers: cleans like Mary Poppins.
Security Eef(he/him): pan. Doesn’t need sleep. Runs security. In a relationship with Blank. Very jumpy. - Powers: technokinesis.
Challenge McGee-Allen(he/him): ally. Can and will turn anything into a challenge. Happy to have Mel join him in challenges. - Powers: indestructible.
Yale Nestor(they/them): nonbinary aroace. Y/N, the District Attorney in WKM since Ethan was the cameraman for nearly the entire thing. My OC(?). Friends with Heapass. - Powers: teleports through mirrors.

Some more "im bored so im making a au" time and imma talk about it bc i can
So i was thinking about the multiverse and how there has to be at least one universe where all the ninja turtles are girls/raised as daughters (im a firm believer in every version of Splinter looking at these baby turtles and going "i have no idea what sex they are so im just gonna call them all 'he'"), so i decided to play around with a full on genderswap au
Ive run into a bit of a problem regarding names. I really really want to keep the turtle's real names and nicknames, as 1) i feel they are essential to all tmnt continuities and 2) the nicknames aren't hardcore masculine names these days and therefore highly likely they would use them
The big problem is April. Ive looked at 49 different versions and combinations of names for boy!April and narrowed them down to these:
Abriel O'Neil
April O'Neil
August O'Neil
Neil O'Priel
Neilson O'Prell
O. Neil April
Prell O'Neil
Priel O'Neil
They're in alphabetical order. My big focus here was the pronunciation sounding like "ae-pril" and "neel"
"April" itself has a (documented) history of only being a feminine name, which is why i was playing around with different spellings and similar pronunciations or swapping it to boy!April's lastname. Im not a huge fan of "August" but i have seen it used for every version of boy!April ive seen

Nobody has been waiting for it but who tf cares??!! Anyways let's give it up for MY campcamp ship ratings !!! (And no im not adding the campers x counselors ships like maxvid bcuz istg if I hear it one more time I will fucking throw a truck at you) so yea let's go first with the adults
Gwenvid- 9/10 I'm honestly loving the dynamic between these two becuz like gwen is like the grump of the two and David's the sunshine that everyone adores and ugh its so adorable like cmon don't tell they wouldn't end up together it's overall cute
Danvid- 3or4/10 idk how to feel abt this because it's a bit odd to me I mean Daniel tried to kill David like yea but it would be a decent ship if Daniel wasn't THAT weird pretty meh ship tbh (sorry danvid shippers but ily)
Gwen x Jen- 4/10 I honestly never knew they would be shipped but I guess it would be nice but I don't think it's the best tbh
Daniel x Jen- 4/10 not bad of a ship idea but it's not my cup of my tea either
Jasvid- 10/10 it's such a wholesome dynamic tbh but good only if Jasper alive AU or kid versions it's cute ^_^

Maxneil- 7/10 tbh it's not that bad of a ship it's legit nerd x edgy kid I can see it happening, not a big fan but I support it
Makki- 7/10 could possibly happen I mean I like opposites attract it's cute although max is a bit manipulative but they're nice to eachother so it's cute ig?
Maxpres- 6.5/10 I lowkey like this ship I have no idea why but it just seems interesting like the dynamic would be fun to watch but I have mixed feelings abt it
Neilson- 6/10 I kinda shipped this back in mind freakers but then I didn't really see it much but it would be a nice ship
Neil x Preston- 3/10 idek this ship existed but ig it does for me I guess it wouldn't be that bad but I don't rlly see it either
Neilki- 1/10 I don't like the ship because of parents day(ruined me mentally) would be better as siblings like nerdy bro and energy sis (gravity falls much)
Nerriki- 7/10 okay this would low-key be really cute like I love dynamics like this it would be a very awesome ship
Presnik- 6/10 haven't seen this ship much but it would be adorable tbh loud couple goals fr !!!
Nerrison - 100/10 tf your expect I MAKE ART OF THEM they are just the best ship in camp camp fr like their dynamic is good even as platonic or romantic it JUS WORKS I love how they bicker abt their interpretations of magic but they're still friends even if they don't admit it ITS SO ADORABLE ahem anyways they are my favorite
Harriston- 30/10 I love this ship sm!!!! The dynamic is so adorable they would be bfs fr like LOOK at them (even if they lack the interactions)
Presner- 9/10 20/10 okay don't get mad at me for this but I'm saying it WOULD be cute because they won't stop talking abt their intrests together but like idk it doesn't really hit me as much as nerrison and harriston does?? I mean yes they are pretty close to eachother in some scenes wait yknow what nevermind I'm giving them twenty

Nerred? (Nerris and Ered)- 5/10 personally not a big fan of this ship but it could be a really good ship since they hung out in the show so it has some potential for me but not hitting the spot
Ered x Dolph- 0/10 fuck no Dolph is like what 8 yrs old and ered is (my hc) 14 ffs THATS SUCH A BIG AGE DIFF
Ered x Nikki- 2/10 Nikki probably has a crush on ered but those like childhood ones besides Nikki is like 10 yrs old ered is probably a teen so it doesn't work for me
Dolph x Space Kid- 7.2/10(yes that exact number) if they interacted a bit more maybe then I would ship them like it would be cute but platonically works too tbh
Space Kid x Max- 2.5/10 a bit toxic tbh :/ but like ig it's not bad also I wouldn't give this much if it wasn't wasn't the fact their VAs are married so yea
Space Kid x Neil- never knew this existed??? Not the ship for me sorry 1/10

I love your dragel world. I just got finished devouring the Neilson Hewitt Books (to the point where I accidentally stayed up all night because I couldn't stop). I'm so fascinated by this series! I know you have a lot going on, but is this one on the agenda for updates? I'm waiting for Claudia to hit her son with a clue-She just seems more in tune with her dragel instincts. Speaking of Claudia, I just met her and I'm already in love. <3 I'm off to read Azure Spiral next. Merrows sound delightful

Currently, ep 17 is in progress and I’ve been working on it a little bit last month. I’ve switched gears for Haunted Hearts #4 for May, but I’ll pick up Neil’s story after unless inspiration strikes, so a possible June release or earlier, depending.
Haha!! Poor Ben. Claudia definitely is taking charge of things and wants her son to get with the program! 😂
