Yandere Kokichi with an Insomniac Darling

Well at first Kokichi was thrilled. He barely sleeps himself and he's a huge night owl so at first he's just glad to have company and is having lots of fun with his slumber party. Keeping you awake on purpose so you two can gossip and do petty crime at night.

However after a bit this thrill quickly faded into worry and annoyance. It's not fun if his partner in crime is always sleepy and gets all miserable at night trying to sleep! He wants to nap and cuddle and his partner in crime keeps needing to get up and walk around! It's annoying!

He doesn't really blame you for being an insomniac, but he is going to be a bit petty about it as he groans about how you need to make it up to him for not being able to properly cuddle!

If it gets worse or you go long times without sleeping, he's going to get worry even if he hides it. Better be ready to pretend to drink any drinks he gives you because he's definitely slipped things in it to try and knock you out for your own good.

At the very least he won't wake you up...often at least. He knows you need your sleep and you're going to get sleep. So if you actively try and fight sleep he will take extreme measures from drugs to just tying you to a bed if it means you get your rest.

Definitely going to get strict about a bed time, sleep health is important!

Absolutely loves when he manages to take a nap with his partner in crime though, he loves loves loves watching them sleep and getting to cuddle up all warm and safe. Gets all cocky about how he's the only one who can make you sleep even if that definitely isn't true.

All and all as long as you make an active attempt to sleep it's not really much of an issue beyond enforced bed times, but if you try and resist sleep or the insomnia is super bad it can escalate to some dangerous territories under the guise of your own good

like- goblincore Kokichi and corvidcore Shuichi. they trade shineys and moss and bones

or something more subculture centric like gothic Shuichi and scene Kokichi. you know they go to raves together and have probably tried to give one another diy peircings

or maybe something opposites, like steampunk Kokichi and cyberpunk Shuichi. god knows they'd have fun trying to one up one another with their respecitve fantasy machines

or hey what about them sharing an aesthetic, like they both vibe hard with dark academia. they spend way too much time trying to help one another look stylish by victorian standers, then realize they have a test tomorrow and panic cram together.
