I introduce to you, my highest kin.

When I watched this anime, I wanted to feel intense emotion being negative ones because my sister was angry at it and it really did make me understand emotions a bit more.

But the way Naofumi portrays them hit really close to home. We both jar up our feelings and let them out when we snap which is very rarely, and after that, we feel helpless.

Of course there is a "Raphtalia" kind of person in my life too who helps me out and keeps me company. If you're reading this then ty so much.

We also are very oblivious to almost anything nice someone does for us, trust me I've been through it a lot, finding out some dude was trying to flirt with oblivious me.

Next is probably the most important point, yes we care about you, we just struggle to show it. Do you see how he treats his children?? And he's usually portrayed as a cold harsh person?? Yeah that's me alright.

All in all this man is so much like me and I absolutely love him. Cold and calculated but softie to people we care about. 100/10

This is about my head canon that Naofumi is a writer of some kind but imagine him also writing poems. Some are shitty in a pretentious way or sounds like a middle schooler going through it, but some sound so genuine with love and tenderness. Like Raphtalia, Filo or maybe Therese or L'arc finds one of them maybe about them and just cries. While Naofumi's just so so fucking embarrassed lmao
