Have you ever thought about doing the rice purity test on bad ideas reader? I’m very curious to see her score 😂

Okay so now that we’ve established religious schools are batshit, I did the test for her twice. The first time I just did it based on things that are confirmed to have happened in Bad Ideas—either during the course of the story, or that at least get implied or referenced. (I’m totally counting AFO showing up when she’s at Shig’s place as banging someone while their parents are home lmao.)

This nets her a score of: 46.

If I check off all the things I assume she’s done—

—she gets a score of 31.

In theory it might be even lower; I have it listed that she’s never done drugs because I know it’s a lot less common in Japan, but I could see it going either way for her. And some stuff, like stripping games or a threesome, I see as more a consequence of her just being really preoccupied with life shit and not knowing many people. A lack of natural opportunity and no effort seeking it out. I also think she’s too impatient to do nothing but kiss for 2 hours lmao.

when I played deathmatches on overwatch there was this game I made up for myself called 'kill the mercy' where I'd play mercy and run around and if I got found I'd just like let them kill me for an easy point

Ten years ago today I decided to watch abc’s LOST. I did this because I had/have a crush on Dominic Monaghan, and when one is yearning for content for an actor, three seasons as a main character is a jackpot. I honestly didn’t expect this show to be good, because I’d barely heard of LOST. But I wanted to at least try it out. I remember cautiously saying to my mum: “We’ll watch an episode and if we don’t like it, I’ll put on something else.”

Five minutes later we were hooked

A month and a half later, we had watched all six seasons

When the finale ended, my mum hugged me and thanked me

So yeah, LOST is pretty good. Comedic understatement aside, I personally think LOST is a masterpiece of television. (Though flawed enough for me and my friends to still be jabbing at it to this day. With love. Nothing is perfect)

In the decade since I first watched this show, not only has it given me hours of joy and tears, it’s also given me at least a dozen more celeb crushes (came in with one, left with 20 more...), for real I’m so glad I know who a bunch of these actors are. Michael Emerson and Jeremy Davies deserve honourable mentions but also [gestures at most of the cast]. Incredibly talented people

This show has inspired me to create a truly staggering amount of hilarious content, for which I refused to let the Text Post Meme die. Seeing people enjoy my memes, my art pieces, my videos, my headcanons/theories... all of this gives me a great deal of joy, so I thank you all, I love seeing y’all in the tags

And finally, this show has led me to making a lot of friends and well wishers. I’ve found a place in this cozy little corner of the LOST fandom and I love it

There aren’t enough words for how much this show means to me, which is a helluva thing for me to say about something that isn’t Star Trek

I’m so grateful that on the afternoon of April 11th 2013, I decided to pick up LOST season one from our local blockbuster. It’s been a good ten years

I just respecced my Tav to take advantage of the gloves of dexterity and I think I put Astarion out of a job. I have like +13 to sleight of hand now. Sorry bud. Good luck on the job market tho, I'll make sure to write you a good reference

#I've been trying to decide how best to utilize them for a while #was thinking that i would probably put them on either shadowheart or wyll to increase dex as their secondary skill #so i could pump those points into str as their tertiary skill instead #since most of the skills they're proficient with are str based but they both wear medium armor which is dex based #but then i realized the weapon proficiencies don't actually really matter for wyll since i made him a pact of the blade warlock #so he can gain temp proficiency with anything i put in his hands #and then with shadowheart there are different cleric type gloves i wanted to have the option of using #plus... leather gloves just wouldn't match her armor as well. yes fashion is a consideration here #then i realized tho. my tav is a bard that uses dex as their secondary skill #if i make THEM wear the gloves then i can increase their dex score from 16 to 18 #AND pump the points I'm saving into a different stat #si that's what i did. i now have 18 cha 18 dex and 16 wis #with proficiency in perception and expertise in sleight of hand. PLUS jack of all trades #I'm going to see the FUCK out of everything and then lockpick it to smithereens #fuck yeah #rambling

European here but... whats a credit score?

you’re so lucky to not know this. basically it’s a record of how financially risky (or not risky) you are based on past loans, credit cards, hospital payments, etc. you need to have loans or credit cards to actually have a good score, but if you’re late on a payment or pay off too much at once it’ll go down. it’s used for basically everything that’s big financially: housing (can’t qualify for most decent apartments or mortgages with bad credit), school (student loans), etc.

#basically we’re in hell! <3 hope that helps #also my credit was ruined by my *** coercing me into signing for bad loans when i was 18 #which is fairly common and makes financial abuse even more devastating to a lot of people (including me and my mom)#also a lot of times the institution checking your credit score makes you pay for the credit check so that’s fun/s #like my mom had to get a new car with a payment she can barely afford w tons of interest because of bad credit so it also makes you poorer #anon #answered #abuse tw

i am a firm believer that grades dont actually matter

but there is something so goddamn validating about consistently getting better than average grades in law school

#ive only scored below the average (by ONE point) ONCE this semester #my contracts professor picked my last essay to show to the class as the 'right answer' example #i've been SO CLOSE to getting. perfect scores on my civ pro quizzes #finals are RIGHT around the corner but im going into them feeling CONFIDENT #all this from a girl who did WELL BELOW average in undergrad #like i FAILED classes in undergrad #but now im fuckin killing it and in LAW SCHOOL NO LESS #im just so proud of myself #if 18/19 year old burnout me could see me now #she'd probably be mostly surprised i was alive but the grades would be a shock bc i went from an A+ student in high school to mostly Cs #and a few Fs in undergrad #ok im sorry this is personal but im just so HAPPY #and i cant talk about it much with my friends at school #bc i dont want to rub their faces in my good grades when some of them are struggling

#the school i work at got a budget increase so they’re giving us a merit based pay raise later this year #i scored high enough on my evaluation to get a raise so i’m hoping it’ll put me over $18/hr #which isn’t bad for this area and the job that i do #but i’ll be moving into an apartment by myself by then and housing just keeps getting more and more expensive :(#so hopefully this will help some #makilah.txt
