Franklin Memorial, Greenwich

A return visit is definitely in order, not least because many of my pictures didn’t turn out half as clear as I thought they had.

The memorial is tucked in at the side of the entrance to the Chapel of St Peter & St Paul in Greenwich, so much so that it caught me by surprise when I spotted it and I found myself hugely affect by seeing it in person. Despite being the most resolutely un-religious person possible, I even found myself saying a wee prayer of sorts for the Expedition crew-members as I proceeded further into the beautiful chapel.

luv 2 have a coworker reschedule our meeting to an inconvenient time for me and then not show up or message to say he'll miss (the meeting that HE RESCHEDULED FOR THAT TIME) and then to casually be like "oh tee-hee I got into the office late" when explaining why he missed it when I restructured my whole schedule to accommodate the time that HE CHOSE and then also love to have two other coworkers drag out another meeting past my working hours while I sit there nearly incoherent with pain and exhaustion and the need to take my overdue medication that I can't get up to take because I'm TRAPPED IN A FUCKING MEETING
