#spielzeugkaiser talks #to be completely honest - there is not much difference #my body is deteriorating #migraine is baddd #but so far I'm handling it!#I'm a bit worried because I'll be working full time again from next week on and that means drastically less time to rest #as long as I'm always one step ahead (organization wise) I'm still capable of acting and don't go into simple reaction mode #like doing prep now writing papers now getting stuff now done so I can pull them out of my desk in autum and winter when I need them #but I also need good grades and think about if I want to do a doctorate and study and publish and start to design a study #and decide on a topic and finish the things that are already running and go on congresses and juggle all three jobs without dropping one #and why is it all so expensiveee I'm a fool #but also do the MAIN job right #uff uff #also I really should do more sport to help with the migraines and the overall pain level #oh well #so far I'm doing good! stressed but I'm currently managing it #I would enjoy a break - I fought for it on all fronts and got one in October but maybe I can take three days off in August to go hiking #or something like that! that would be nice #sorry for the rant 😅#I used this to organize my thoughts for a moment; now that it's written down it's better and out of the head!#my body is bad overall but my mood not - I do believe that I can do it :) It just won't be nice at times 😂😅🙈

i cant lie i miss my dorian gray lcb oc a bit he was so fun...i am still very fond of him even if he made no sense inuniverse bc i made him knowing nothing abt the City &he is sitting unused in my computer files...

hey. turns out i likely have idiopathic condylar resorption, a degenerative joint disease that causes progressive/rapid bone loss in the jaw. i've had it since i was a kid but went undiagnosed for over a decade; my severe functional issues, pain, and other symptoms were repeatedly dismissed by doctors for years. my mandibular condyles have deteriorated, my jaw is slowly shrinking to the point where i look unrecognizable, and none of my teeth touch anymore. the pain is increasing more and more by the day. it's extremely difficult to breathe, eat, talk, sleep, and exist.

this is a progressive condition, so nothing will stop it or slow it down until the joints have been completely eaten away. my only option is a total temporomandibular joint replacement, where the two diseased joints that literally hold my face together are removed and permanently replaced with metal prostheses. aka a major surgery with a 6-12 month recovery 😃

#basically my face is disappearing because my body is attacking itself which has been really Fun to experience #i've had this disease since i was like 10 but only found out after doing my own research because most dentists/orthos don't know about it #i always knew something was really wrong and that my pain/ facial changes were not normal and getting worse #so it's both relieving and frustrating to *finally* be taken seriously #but yeah i'm having a lot of emotions about this and it's been really tough to process #getting major jaw surgery was not how i thought i'd be spending my early 20s but deep down i knew i would have to do it eventually #better than being in chronic pain for the rest of my life for sure #and if i wait any longer i risk severe deterioration/unsalvageable bone loss and total airway collapse in the future #sameera.txt

#the boys #my art #the boys tv #the boys amazon #hughie campbell #I might update this when season 4 drops #also I just fully made up the stuff about tempV because they really don't elaborate on the side effects in the show #other than 'gives you superpowers and also melts your brain'#so my hc is that when you're on it it will heal you but once you're off it it starts to deteriorate your body slowly on a cellular level #(especially if your powers are more physical than mental)#and the more doses of it you take the faster you deteriorate until the healing effects just stop working #if you only take a few doses (like hughie did) the deterioration stops after a few days #but after a specific amount (like butcher) its irreversible
