Tips for Perfect Beef pulao recipe
Yakhni is the most important factor to make perfect Beef pulao. it not only aggravates the taste but also gives it an excellent aroma.
Soak rice for at least 15 minutes which will allow grains to expand well.
Wash rice twice at least to remove rice grains particles.
Whole spice is another key to this recipe. If you don't have then you can use any branded masala packet.

Ingredients for Yakhni:
½ Kg Beef meat
01 Onion
01 Garlic
½ inch Ginger
Salt as required
Whole Spices
3-4 cloves (Laung)
01 teaspoon Aniseed (Saunf)
01 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
02 tablespoon Coriander Dry
01 Cinnamon sticks (Daar cheeni)
01 Black cardamom ( Bari elaichi)
02 Green Cardamom (Choti elaichi)
01 Star Spice (Badyan)
How to Make Yakhni:
Take 3 Glass water in the Pressure cooker and add Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Beef meat in it.
Then add all dry masalas in the Muslin Cloth and dip it in the water in the cooker and then steam it for almost 15 minutes until the meat is approximately cooked.
Strain yakhni with strainer and save it for later. Remove the beef meat in a separate bowl.
Ingredients for Beef Pulao.
½ Kg Beef Meat
½ Kg Rice
3 Tbs Yogurt
1 Tbs Red Chili
Salt as Required
01 Onion sliced
o1 Tomato ( Finely Chopped)
4-5 green chili
Whole Spices
1 tsp Garam masala
½ tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
01 Black cardamom
3-4 Cloves
01 Cinnamon sticks
Directions
Heat the cooking pot on medium flame and pour oil in it.
Add slices of onion in it and cook it until it becomes golden brown.
Also, add whole spices and tomato slices in it and cook it for 2 minutes.
Then add Beef meat, ginger, green chili paste, and yogurt as well.
Now cook it for further 3-4 minutes.
Then add 3 ½ glass of yakhni it.
Add rice in it when the water starts boiling and then add 2-3 green chilies and garlic paste.
Leave it for 2 minutes until it starts boiling.
Then let it steam for 15 min on a very low flame.
Uncover the lid after 15 minutes. your tasty Beef pulao is ready.
Lastly, Garnish it and serve.
