I was about to turn in for the night when I suddenly felt like I had to check in on your blog.

It looks like someone else may have thought the same about me? (That is so sweet 🥺)

I am glad to see you are still the same you and holding it down for the rest. Your positivity is my favorite. You are my favorite.

I’ll leave you and let you in on a little secret: I only drop in when I get the little feeling inside that elsewhere, maybe a shoe is about to drop. Today, I just had a vibe all day. No, I’m not Ramen, but I think I can tell when somewhere elsewhere, there is someone dying for attention and it’s going to be obvious. I think as time moves on, you’re going to see some more obvious attempts to keep conversation on certain people and their attempts will get more and more desperate. But the more desperate, the more predictable and obvious. Somebody doesn’t have a job and needs to prove something. Timing is everything.

I know how cool and calm you are. And I love that you stay

Welcome back, darling. I’ll admit I was getting a bit worried about you, so glad that you came for a visit, although, you were up pretty late last night/this morning for me. We love you here, and always look forward to your commentary.

You are my favorite! I love hearing your take.

I think the desperation is starting to peak, but maybe that’s just me. At this point it is boring and tired. Same story different day. Well in this case different times as well. That’s why it’s best to not talk about things that don’t suit us, and well, there is a certain noodle that just doesn’t suit me.

Thank you for the visit, Mrs. Pasta. Time to take the giggles back to private conversations, and talk about a multitude of other thinks that most definitely doesn’t involve sodium.

the original Punch-Out!! arcade cabinet was released in Japan 39 years ago, february 17th, 1984! "3 9" in japanese can be pronounced "san kyuu" or "thank you", so it's punny :P i also just want to thank nintendo and everyone behind the punch out franchise for bringing to life something that impacted me in 2015 and to this day still brings me immeasurable joy. please let us have a new installment!

when you make fresh pasta, you have to knead the dough for a long time. generally speaking, it’s not done until you can stick a finger in it and it springs back up again. jesse learns all this for the first time in alaska: of course he used to make lunch for ginny back in abq, but that was Different— it was always easy stuff, grilled cheese and salads and instant hamburger helper. nothing as deliberate as pasta. it’s a while before he’s ready to Cook again, really, with the everything, and those first few weeks are a blur, but eventually he gets hungry. he can’t quite tell if it’s day or night from the thin slats of light passing through the blinds onto his comforter, only that he is awake and there is something empty inside of him. he wanders aimlessly into the kitchen, which is wide-open, spacious. untouched. ed had provided him with enough food for maybe a month— more easy stuff, boxed and frozen and plastic-wrapped— but most of it is gone by now, leaving only ingredients. he finds flour and olive oil in the pantry, eggs in the fridge that still look okay. in one drawer there’s a thin stack of index cards, recipes all in ed’s neat, careful print. he flips through them until he finds one that looks easy: fettuccine alfredo, something he vaguely remembers his mom making when he was a kid. and this is how ellis driscoll begins his new life, swaying alone in an empty kitchen, squinting to read in the early-morning light. he presses into the dough and watches it puff around his finger. something Solid and Real. the first sign of civilization is a healed femur. the first sign of healing is a home-cooked meal. the pasta always springs back.

Doc Louis - I could see him being a scaly, specifically a crocodile, come on it fits like a glove

Little Mac - Wolf, he would so be a wolf im so serious about this

Glass Joe - a ferret or a weasel 99%, he would have it wear a turtleneck too i swear it just fits him im gonna scream

Von Kaiser - a deer, he would so be a deer, it fits too well i am not joking fucking look at him and tell me he doesnt like deers, look at me directly in the eyes and say the words "von kaiser wouldnt have a deer as his fursona" i fucking dare you. Look at me until you can see my soul and say that, i challenge you. He has a deer as his fursona, you cannot deny the truth, you cannot deny the facts, your mind is too weak to handle the truth

Disco Kid - he would so choose a cheetah, it would fit him come on, hes just so silly and so is his cheetah fursona look!!

King Hippo - he would use a walrus, hear me out on this one, it fits him way too good oh my god

Piston Hondo - a moth, i know this is really specific but he would be a moth, too fitting for me to not throw it at you

Bear Hugger - you can see it coming from a mile away, bear, the classic, he didnt choose this one, it got assigned to him at birth, no contest, this is his FAAB (Fursona Assigned At Birth) and he wont be changing it anytime soon fuck you

Don Flamenco - a secretarybird, hes too diva for bland ass foxes or scalies, he is so girlypop and so is his fursona, he would also use a raven too

Great Tiger - Come on its in the name!! This is his FAAB, he would also have a white tiger version

Aran Ryan - a jackalope, he would so be a jackalope for the fun of it

Soda Popinski - Polar bear, i dont care what you throw at me he would be a polar bear, this is so canon, its true the punches told me when they came out

Bald Bull - this is also his FAAB, hes a bull 99999% it was ment to be!! You cant deny his destiny he was ment to have a bull as his fursona, he was born to be a bull fuck you

Super Macho Man - i imagined him as anti furry but then BOOM peoples headcanons started to rub off on me, hes a shark and he will always be a shark

Mr Sandman - He'd choose a tarantula just to spook people because hes in a evil mood

Carmen - she would be a flamingo, specifically just for don flamenco because he didnt pick it

Narcis Prince(ss) - A fox, hes a fox, i dont care what you say, i dont care what you think, he is a fox

Heike Kagero - a butterfly, it would be so colorful too, hes so gonna be a butterfly

Nick & Rick Bruiser - they have similiar taste so they picked the same species, said species is a wolf, basic ass taste

Hoy Quarlow - he would be a owl, this is also his FAAB, he was born to hide away from the sun and go hoo hoo hoo

Gabby Jay - a weasel, you dont get anything other than that

Pizza Pasta - a possum

Hi Jen! Mrs pasta here.

I hope some people realize that if The day comes Ramen deactivates or officially deletes his IG, it is over. He has given up trying to engage with the public and that is when, fans, or remaining fans, should be worried. Because that means he no longer wants to try - forced or not.

Right now, deleting a few posts here or there is odd to some but probably has a reason behind it. I wish people would just wait. It’s getting annoying at this point.

Lastly. Ramen is still somewhat holding it together for the public despite the blatant and abhorrent negativity he continues to keep receiving. I commend him for that.

And to the snarky people on here that keep wanting to dig on him…

I’d like to see you get tagged in H*tler and N*zi and t*rrorist posts and get shamed for everything from you hair, face, nose, teeth, body, things you’ve said maybe out of context 15 years ago, and promotional pictures you took 8 years ago during a USO tour for a company you work for…and also being called P and G names from your own fanbase…and your friends, family, business partners, etc getting tagged into the same

And come back and tell me you’re okay. That you don’t care and that you’re not bothered. Seriously. I will sit here and wait.

I do agree with your comments. It is disheartening to see some posts that have been deleted/archived when they brought so much joy. But I’m sure there are reasons. I have a few ideas and thoughts. But what do I know for a fact?

I hope that he is actually taking care of himself while he waits for production on Honey, Don’t to start. It seems the snow with Dodger was a nice moment.

I do think that people have taken the USO tour pictures a bit too far. And to demand anyone, celebrities included, to speak on something is a bit strange for me. But maybe me being a millennial I look at things differently. I’m not excusing the actions during the USO tour, but if we can forgive old tweets and say people have changed, maybe we should have the same grace. Or even keep the same energy for the other person on that USO tour that signed as well. But still, almost a decade ago.

I think everyone should just breathe. Remember there are emotions and a person behind the persona.

And you have a great week as well! I always look forward to your drop ins. Hopefully the next one is a bit more joyful. We can have us some Banza noodles 😊

Coffee Melody’s Christmas special that no one asked for. it’s basically a reunion romance, but mostly just domesticity. It cute but dull.

A case could be made for Triage. I left out all the “pining since childhood” mumbo jumbo since that’s kinda a different trope.
