Second that your art is asdhkll really neat. Third, if anyone does give you any shit for OCxCanon character, ignore them. You're meant to have fun with your OCs and that is the ONLY rule. Do whatever you want! Forget anyone that sends you anything negative about it.

Aww thank you!! QuQ I really appreciate you saying that, you and a few people have said similar things and it honestly makes me feel a lot better. I just worry because fandoms I had been in before, like five years ago, were often very OC-heavy and it was like a sin to ship them with canon characters for whatever reason. I’m just gonna be real and admit that I am EXTREMELY sensitive to negativity like that and I’d rather avoid it as much as I possibly can, but I’m sure that’s understandable x’D

But still, I’ll definitely post at least what I have right now, and I may continue it once I finish the big fanfic project I currently have going on. Thank you so much once again

In Ilocano folklore, the Batibat is a vengeful demon that causes the Bangungot disease, or the sudden death in sleep. They are reputed to be old, large hags. Batibats are accustomed to living in trees but when they are felled, they migrate to whatever structure their tree turned into. Batibats forbid any humans from coming near their trees but in the circumstance that they do, the Batibats attack the human. Batibats suffocate their victims by sitting on their chests; the only way to ward off Batibats is to wiggle toes or bite thumbs.
