Bomby was infact one of the unfinished designs, I had a traditional sketch I didn't like too much so I just.. sketched him out again with a few tweaks + color. So I guess here's a quick ref

So Nate and I got a Doc for basic info (and another for just dumping shit) and we have all the characters written down
The green ones at the very least got a sketch/concept, some of them we want to redo though before they Appear. Might seem a bit silly we didnt have ALL done before the AU came out but that wouldve taken too long to start this at all.. We may be slow but at least somethings comin right?
I got some traditional sketches where I dont think Ill change the design too much so I'll add them here
Most of them were kinda done on a Whim so they look messy n faces r very Samey but I wanna improve that in the future

LXC a little sour to JC not because he dislikes the younger sect leader, some jiang sect disciple would probably shiv him for that, but because he's a tiny bit jealous, LQR occasionally compares LXC's ability to do paperwork/organize things/maintain discipline to JC's and frequently finds LXC lacking, especially in the paperwork department, and in the Lan sect at least it's an open secret that LQR wishes that JC was HIS nephew/son

LOVE BETWEEN FAIRY AND DEVIL FIRST ANNIVERSARY MINI BANG.
Everything in this world is fate. Only love, is not fate.
The Love Between Fairy and Devil/Cang Lan Jue Mini Bang is a fandom event for writers and artists, with the goal of creating collaborative work based on and inspired by the hit 2022 Chinese Drama, Love Between Fairy and Devil. It is in celebration of the first anniversary of the series.
Participating authors will each write a fanfiction of at least 5,000 words. Once the authors have decided on and submitted summaries for their work, the stories will be claimed by artists and matched. As the author works on completing their work, they will collaborate with the artist. Then, each artist will create at least one piece of accompanying fanart. Once we reach the deadline, all fic writers and artists will 'reveal' their work, resulting in a 'bang' of LBFAD fan content.

SCHEDULE
Signups for both artists and authors will open on AUGUST SEVENTH, aka the first anniversary of LBFaD.
We hope to see as many participants as possible. Please let your friends know, even if they are not on tumblr. Please also share our post regardless of whether you plan to participate or not. After all, more LBFaD fanworks is good for everyone. The more this spreads, the better, as we are a rather small fandom. 💜

MESSAGE ABOUT REPOSTS –
Hi! I just wanted to remind people that reposting a fic, even if it's deleted, without an author's permission, is never okay.
If you want to save a fic, please download or bookmark it, or even save it as an email or on a notes app somewhere. But never, never, repost a fic written by someone else, especially without permission.
Not only is it extremely disrespectful, it goes against the author's own wishes and can be really discouraging for an author. If a fic was deleted, it was deleted for a reason. If you want to read a deleted fic, don't repost it or look for reposts, ask if anyone has a download or PDF file you can read, in private. Preferably through DM's or in a private chat.
If a fic isn't deleted and is, in fact, actively getting views/comments/kudos, definitely don't repost it. It takes away engagement from the real story and can easily upset the author and make them not want to continue writing.
Reposts are not seen as respecting or honoring the author. It is not seen as a compliment. In fact, it is seen as the complete opposite.
It shows a lack of appreciation and understanding for writers.
I am merely saying this because I have noticed a few reposts on AO3, one in particular, that I personally noticed recently, had the author themselves ask the reposter to take it down. It has yet to be removed as of posting this.
Please, please be more considerate of authors and never repost work without permission. Even if the work was deleted and you can't get a hold of the author. And especially don't if that work is still up, on the same website no less.
Thank you for reading this, please let us know if you find reposts of work so we can warn for them ^^
Writers work hard, they shouldn't have to worry about people taking that work from them.

Jade Armor insignias/sigil/logos
so interesting little thing I noticed: Jade's armor-sigil's/names change when she uses her beasticons' powers!
I thought I would do a longer post of this, but I keep forgetting so it's better to do a smaller one lol ^_^;;
Now normally it's the "Jade" sigil on her helmet, chestplate and arm guards. But when she uses her armor's movesets, the beasticons powers, they change into these colored sigils, I am guessing these are the Beasticons names, or in the case of Chinlon and Shenwu, a dragon logo/image and a turtle-like logo/image.
it seems like Zuchue's "logo" in red is the one that shows up the most on-screen (it's just the one I remember noticing first and the most when watching haha ^^;)
Zuchue's is red, Chinlon is yellow, Shenwu is bright dark blue and Baihu is white.
loosely going over the eps for cleaner images, I also noticed it seems like Jade uses Zuchue the most (makes sense going by the first ep), then Chinlon, Shenwu and Baihu :)

my WOT sims household is very large and i was trying to shoo everybody else into different rooms so nynaeve and lan could have privacy for their first kiss, but it turns out mat is the president of the lanaeve fanclub
more shenanigans because i spent the entire weekend playing sims until my eyeballs fell out:
lan showed up at the same lot where rand was on a date with elayne and immediately went over to crash the conversation. protective dad making sure there is no funny business going on.
rand gave mat a daisy for Love Day (as friends, they weren’t dating yet at the time, tho now they are!) and mat hated it and rand got sad 😭 rip
there’s a new romantic & sexual WooHoo preferences system that i was playing around with, so i had rand initially set as attracted only to women for both categories but also set as Exploring so that he could have a lil bi awakening. however, it turns out it’s only Romantic Exploration and whatever you set their woohoo preference as in create-a-sim can’t be changed via gameplay. so the result was rand having a grand time flirting and making out with mat but as soon as mat tried to fuck, rand went “sorry i’m not interested in sleeping with men” lmao he was still in denial, i had to cheat into create-a-sim to get him the rest of the way out of the closet
elayne has now twice autonomously flirted with aviendha while the two of them were in a conversation with rand. good omens for the future polycule.
when i was getting mat and elayne together, there was a water balloon barrel on the lot they were hanging out at and they kept interrupting their flirting to try and start water balloon fights with each other. extremely in character.
when i played briefly a few weeks ago mat autonomously flirted with nynaeve before i noticed the action in time to cancel it, but then the game froze and i had to shut it down without saving, so thankfully that timeline was balefired. but then the other day i switched back into the main household after playing the second WOT household for a few sim-days (main household = ef5 + moiraine, lan, and siuan, second household = elayne, aviendha, faile, and, yes, gawyn, ofc i had to include my Boy) only to discover that mat and egwene had developed a small romance bar whilst i’d left them unsupervised! i had them friendzone each other but the empty romance bar will be stuck there forever, reminding me that this cursed thing happened jfkjg even in the sims mat is a giant slut and i now live in fear wondering who he’s going to try to seduce next.
lan autonomously flirted with siuan at his and nynaeve’s wedding 💀 and nynaeve witnessed it and got so mad jfkgh i swear to god i’ve never had such slutty sims before. or maybe all sims are like this but it just causes more trouble in a chaotic 8-sim household where i can’t micromanage them as carefully.
but despite that snag the wedding went smoothly, and rand was the flower girl look how happy he is!! mat was the ring bearer, moiraine was lan’s Sim Of Honor and elayne was nynaeve’s, and egwene officiated. yes i had to do a beach wedding as an homage to them getting married on a ship in the books
#still crying over the first screenshot. the spiritual successor to book!rand awkwardly witnessing lan and nynaeve's love confession#they're just destined to have their idiot kids thirdwheeling on them#anyway i gotta start a tag for my wot sims in case there are more shenanigans now that i've fiiiiinally started doing gameplay#wot sims shenanigans#at the very least i will post a million screenshots of the rand/mat/elayne/avi wedding if and when i get there#and i did find a mod to allow multiple marriages per sim so i think i should be able to Literally make them all get married if it works lmao
