I know he did horrible things. He was out of control. I don’t even know if I forgive him. But damn it, I loved him until the very end. I hate to admit it, but I still do. I’m not even supposed to remember him, let alone miss him every day. I’ll admit, I like being part of this system. I’m not in as much pain and Adrien is here and I’ve taken on an even more motherly role with him, something I didn’t even know was possible. But I can’t help but cry at night thinking about our late night chess matches that doubled as strategy sessions, his strong hands holding me the times we’d drink a bit too much and dance together in his office, the nights he missed Emilie the most and would invite me into his bed for nothing more than the feeling of another person beside him, but I never failed to wake up in his arms. In the end he was too far gone and I knew that. But I’ve never been quite able to shake the softness in my heart I’ve always had for him.

I really shouldn’t be doing this but what the hell.

My name is Nathalie Sancoeur, from a show called Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir. In itself it isn’t a problematic call, the issue lies within whom I want to see again.

I miss you, Gabriel. You were awful to everyone important to you but I miss you so much. I regret a lot but the moments between the two of us when we weren’t focused on the mission were some of the best in my life. We ended things on horrible terms but not a day goes by where I don’t hope for the chance to fix things with you. If you’re willing to listen, to hear me out and have a grounded conversation then I would like nothing more than to start again.

hi, I'm Marinette Dupain-Cheng/Ladybug from Miraculous Ladybug! I would really love to find... anyone, really, but I've especially been missing Adrien/Chat Noir.

my timeline has some pretty big differences from source canon! the biggest, though, is that we received our miraculous when we were around 15 and Hawkmoth took years to amp things up. I think we were around 18 when Mayura became active, and around 20 when they switched to Shadowmoth. I am fairly certain that Chat Noir and I found out each others identities separately at different points but successfully kept that knowledge secret until we agreed on a mutual reveal when we were around 25.
