Hi! You caught me at a good time (one where I have energy) so let's see if I can pump this out. I am in no way an authority on the entire Saw fandom so I will only be talking about my little corner of the internet. Please forgive me, my beloved followers, mutuals, and other owners of posts I have loved in this very small fandom-because I may forget some of you. The brain fog sometimes gets the best of me and if I did a full complete list, it would be.... It would be so long. This is in no way in order of best or worst, and sometimes I just have no words for why I love a person's blog.

@turnipoddity - Oh, what an artist! Every single post I see, love it. So excited to see an artist acquiring the Saw brainrot.

@bloodcoveredgf - Luna! Also just all around funny & good posts in addition to the Saw insanities.

@dracofelin - Jay has such good writing, and will make you love the ship of Mark Hoffman/Peter Strahm (coffinshipping).

@thefoulbeast - Simply put, Will's art makes me want to bite my own arm off. If you're interested in the video game Pathologic, his blog is worth a follow for that too.

@bathroomtrapped - I sometimes get the honor of previewing Larry's art mid-construction (because with all those colors and layers, it looks like building a house) and even half finished, it blows my socks off <3

@sawtrapz - Kaz, oh Kaz (!!!), Kaz gets my brain clicking about some of the rarepairs of this fandom and I will always spin your boygirl Adam in my head.

@dodddraws - Dodd's art is.... I'm just at a loss for words, scrolling back through his blog. So much nsfw goodness.

i'm so honored by this <333

so my header is from Raw, which is one of my absolute favorite horror movies.

following that vein of girlhood/monstrosity:

- Scream (the first one mainly, I also enjoyed the reboot but they did fire their main lead for speaking out about Palestine so I probably won't watch the next one)

I'd recommend all the mini series Mike Flanagan has done with Netflix pretty much, but Midnight Mass is my favorite. I also really love the Sharp Objects mini series but that might be more of a thriller than horror.

Some of these are probably obvious and this got long sorry lol but I'm always happy to give more!

First Kiss | Peter Mendes | Mendes Triplets AU

Summary: Following Christmas with Peter in Christmas Lights, the two of you spend New Years together. [fluff]

New years. New beginnings. That's exactly what you have going on this year. Instead of getting wasted with your best friend back home and blowing party horns, you're getting wasted with your new love interest and your cats. Sounds lame, but you and Peter are perfectly content with a private celebration of the new year.

The two of you sit in your living room, snuggled together under a fuzzy pink blanket watching new year's rockin eve. It's about fifteen minutes until midnight. You've got a bottle of sparkling wine half gone on the table and two small bottles of rum that are empty from earlier. Bugs and Peach lay curled up together in Bugs' cat house beside the TV. Things couldn't be better.

Peter noses into your neck, his glasses bumping your jaw. "You're so warm," he coos drunkenly.

"You are too bud," You giggle and put your hand in his hair, fingers tangling in his curls. His hair is by far the curliest of his brothers, and the longest too. He had taken a shower earlier after you spilled a soda on him and his hair dried in a mass of curls that you adore.

Peter takes your free hand in his and brings it up to kiss the back of it. He's always doing things like this. Ever since Christmas just a few days ago, when you gave him the green light to be as affectionate as he wants, he's been doing this sort of thing. Hand holding. Palm kissing. Nose in your hair. Hugs, arms around you, hand on your back. It's as if he can't stop touching you in fear that you're not real.

"Whatcha thinking about?"

"Midnight."

"Mmhmm." You close your eyes as he takes his glasses off to comfortably nuzzle into your neck. "You're excited for new year's?"

"Yes."

"Why?"

"Because I have...I have plans."

"Oh?" You open one eye and look down at him. He gives you a look of pure innocence. "Care to share?"

"Nope." He giggles, kissing under your jaw. "It's a secret."

"Alright. I have a secret too."

Peter sits up and stares at you. His cheeks are flushed pink from the alcohol. "But...I have a secret first."

"Uh uh. I have a secret first."

"No!" Peter flops forward and you giggle at him. He puts his glasses on and stares up at you from where his head is in your lap. "No secrets."

"No?"

"No. I don't like secrets. I want to be completely honest with you always."

You smile softly and he turns his face into your stomach. "I'd like to be honest too. I don't actually have a secret. I just hoped you would tell me yours if I said I had one."

Peter giggles and turns his head to face the TV. The camera is zoomed in on the ball as it glows in the New York City night. "My secret is that I have never felt happier with someone. I've never been more comfortable."

"I feel the same way."

"But mostly my secret is that I've been planning on doing something since we met." Peter sits up and he faces you, taking your hands in his. "I think now is the perfect time."

You smile and he smiles back, you know what his plan is. Your first kiss. He's been waiting. "The count down is starting."

"Ten."

"Nine."

"Eight." He leans in and you squeeze his hands.

"Seven." You can feel his breathing. tThe sweet bubbly wine on his breath.

"Six." He bumps his nose against yours.

You close your eyes. "Five."

"Four."

"Three." You're trembling, ready for this kiss.

"Two."

"One."

Peter presses his lips to yours. It's soft, sweet and innocent. His hands cup your face and you grab his sides, fingers curling into his shirt. You can't help but smile as he kisses you, and he smiles back so your teeth accidentally clack together.

"Happy New Year, Peter." You whisper, bumping your nose against his.

He grins and leans in for another kiss. "Happy New Year."

End
