Like Pete mentions that their last name is polish, so why not make them fully polish, Both Peter and Ted have names that translate into polish (Piotr and Teodor) and their last name can be written as Spankowski in polish
I imagine Ted moved to Hatchetfield when he was going to college and then later his family (or just Peter) joined him

What are your backstories?
First born child into the Ezthic family. I have had a lot of pressure put onto me. I’ve grown up a straight a student every grade I was in, never going below a 91. Parents yell a lot at me and my sibling, so I have learned to be pretty good at comforting
Uhhh, I’m the youngest in the Ezthic family. I get yelled at a lot because I’m too silly n shit.
Growing up as a gay child in a small but supportive town. Some homophobes here and there, but not many thankfully. At least in the people I surround myself in. Supportive family and hot as shit but still can’t get anyone to date me
I have a boring life. Nothing ever happens in it. It’s annoyingly average
I get in trouble for a lot of stuff. Like talking too much about things I like and not stopping. That why I don’t talk much. So I don’t risk it. And for saying and doing things that are apparently rude, even though I don’t think they are
I’m in a really good home with a really nice family, so I’ve grown up being nice to everyone! I don’t really think there’s anything else special or that would be interesting to know.
