HEY YOU Hit me with some Julie Su propoganda cuz I'm mostly lukewarm on her character and don't know all that much about her.

OK OK ... well baseline info she's the daughter of dark legion general luger, and half sister of lien-da and kragok, who are twins and both high ranking legion soldiers. when their mother (merin-da) died and luger remarried, ld and kragok hated his new wife (julie-su's mother) (mari-su) so bad they orchestrated her death, info which was they kept on the DL for a long time until js eventually found out about it. memory situation, js is raised by other folks who actually love her and doesn't learn who her blood family is until later. she joins knuckles because she feels inexplicably drawn to him (soul touch) (echidna soulmates) so she defects from the legion to join the chaotix. the soul touch thing sucks and i hate it but this is how it goes. ill talk about my au version of her at the end lol bc things ive built on top of canon are part of the reason why shes one of my fave charas in the series lul

ANYWHO i honestly find it pretty frustrating when people talk about js as just being pink knuckles, shoehorned into the story to give knuckles an obligatory girlfriend, because it really demonstrates that they like. weren't paying a lick of attention to anything because she genuinely has a LOT of personality but since people just go in anticipating anything penders touched to suck they don't even bother to think about her for longer than half a second.

js fills a niche that, imo, could always use filling, especially with regards to girl characters, which is to say shes a well meaning asshole. shes incredibly blunt, she's pessimistic (immediately assumes knuckles must be dead when enerjak returns and they cant find him, tells knuckles not to search a fallen ship that his mother was on because shes probably dead and she doesnt think he'd want to see that). shes terrible at handling interpersonal conflict (knuckles confesses to her that he feels guilty and stressed over all the pressure put on him as guardian and she scolds him and says "this isn't just about you", which results in a minor shouting match when she really had zero intention of starting an argument), she's almost constantly beefing with vector (tbf its because hes sexist he refuses to see past her history as a member of the dark legion). these might suond like cons but i love characters like this LOL and they fit especially well in archie where people love to get mad at each other and make dumb mistakes and it just feels very genuine and interesting and endearing to me. shes rough and difficult but she's also DEEPLY loyal. she'd die for knuckles and the chaotix and the way she interacts with them always makes me soooo ........ im just gonna give some examples i can find.

^ this was the genuine conclusion of an argument they had and im obsessed with it because both of them suck with emotions so they both give the worlds strangest apology and know that the other means it and they move on. plus putting her arm in front of SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG while theyre confronting eggman even after watching him CHAOS BLAST, primarily because she feels like this is more her fight than his (its about knuckles).

theres def more and i could find them if i was more on top of archie but unfortunately im #narutopilled rn. BUT ANYWAYS. shes just a very fun character with a messy personality and fun interactions and she loves her buddies sm even tho she bickers with them. shes just very special. she fits well with knuckles in a way that makes their relationship actually feel plausible instead of just forcing him to have a girlfriend (tho ofc the writing is fumbled sometimes like. ITS ARCHIE. bffr. but thats the case with literally everything ever in archie so you take what you can and its amazing). also see below. BASED AS FUCKKKKKKK

and ill discuss my au briefly bc u r asking me my opinion on js and that does play a large role in how i feel abt her, but rly im just expanding on elements of her story that werent discussed as fully as i wouldve liked. her relationship with lien-da is obviously BAD in canon, but theres not a lot of time spent lingering on precisely how lien-da and kragok feel about julie-su as the product of their fathers second marriage to a woman they KILLED because they hated her so much. ive also given her much more internal strife over turning away from the legion, originally joining the chaotix planning to betray them from the inside then being slowly convinced to join them for real after realizing how much she'd been brainwashed by the legion and what its like to have people who truly love and care about you. her story as someone who is trying to find herself outside of her history as a child soldier is something that TOTALLY deserves to be expanded on and its a bit sad that it wasnt explored. but i mean really im not changing her actual PERSONALITY at all because as i discussed shes oozing with it.... im honestly never going to make the full comic i wanted to so at some point im just going to compile all the lore and concept art and stuff into one big post to share. but thats like a spoiler free taste.

she also has a gun. which is fucking awesome because not enough sonic characters have guns. people make shadow the guy with a gun but he hasnt been seen with one since shth. hello....

You already know that I am head over heels for just about every echidna... They all take turns. Julie-Su, Kragok, Lien-Da, Lara-Su, I've written so much for! And Rutan by proxy; Lara-Le, Wyn, Mace... Luger, Merin-Da, Mari-Su, my BELOVED Simon and Floren-Ca... I'm also rather fond of Remington and Teri-Lu~ Hawking, Thunderhawk, Rembrandt, and Spectre are some of my favourite guardians. I could just write about them all forever.

But, ah, Archie is so much more than my bubble of beloved echidnas! Razor is one of my favourite boys; I also really adore Cassia. I'm quite fond of the Fearsome Foursome (snrk) at the best of times.

Rotor is forever. Rotor and Bunnie. They count more as SatAM for me, though. I have spent so much time writing about Scourge & Co; Alicia gets me.

Then right back to echidna-adjacent with my ever beloved Elias. Raised by the brotherhood when he was a toddler; fantastic stuff! There is so much you can do with that.

And, of course, the chameleons... Liza, Valdez, even Barney gets a heart.

Momčilo Popović (Кruševac, 3. decembar 1911. – Beograd, 26. oktobar 1990.) srpski znameniti izdavač, prosvetni i kluturni radnik, osnivač i direktor beograskog izdavačkog preduzeća „Vuk Кaradžić“, pokretač velikog broja značajnih izdavačkih poduhvata, izuzetno cenjen u kulturnoj javnosti zbog retke požrtvovanosti, posvećenosti i kreativnosti. Izdanjima „Vuka Кaradžića“ pripale su mnoge nagrade i priznanja, kako autorima, tako i ovoj uglednoj kući.

ŽIVOT – КARIJERA

Momčilo Popović potiče iz porodice sudskog činovnika. Završio je Učiteljsku i Višu pedagošku školu u Beogradu. Od 1936. do 1941. godine službovao je kao učitelj po selima Srbije. U Кraljevini Jugoslaviji je pripadao naprednim levičarski opredeljenim prosvetnim radnicima. Drugi svetski rat proveo je u zarobljeništvu, u Nemačkoj, gde se sa grupom ideološki opredeljenih patriota (među kojima su bila ugledna imena stvaralaca kao što su Isak Amar ili Oto Bihalji Merin, potonji autor preduzeća „Vuk Кaradžić“) zalagao za ciljeve Narodnooslobodilačke borbe.

Po okončanju rata radio je u sektoru prosvete u Velikoj Plani, Grockoj i Beogradu. Bio je sekretar Sindikata prosvetnih radnika Beograda i načelnik Кadrovskog odeljenja Saveza zemljoradničkih zadruga Srbije.

Blizak narodu, shvatajući rad u prosveti i kulturi kao svoju vokaciju i misiju, strasni ljubitelj knjige, već 1949. opredelio se za izdavačku delatnost: preuzeo je funkciju direktora „Zadružne knjige“, a potom preduzeća za izdavanje udžbenika „Znanje“, da bi 1954. obnovio predratno izdavačko preduzeće „Nolit“, koje nastaje fuzijom „Znanja“ i „Novog pokolenja“. Nemirnog, stvaralačkog duha, 1956. postaje direktor kuće „Savremena škola“, koje 1972. menja ime u „Vuk Кaradžić“, na čijem će čelu Popović ispoljiti izvanredan refleks za autentične duhovne i kulturne potrebe Srbije i Jugoslavije ostvarujući niz veoma značajnih izdavačkih poduhvata. Ukratko, „Vuk Кaradžić“- to je Momčilo Popović, koji doseže čudesne razmere u osvajanju velikog prostora za knjige velikih vrednosti u raznim oblastima.

On okuplja autore, urednike, lektore, dizajnere, upućuje ih u posao, budi ambicije, podstiče stvaralački impuls. Penzionisan je 1978. godine kada mu nije dodeljena Vukova nagrada, uprkos nesumnjivim zaslugama, što je izazvalo negodovanje mnogobrojnih kulturnih radnika i ljubitelja knjige. Uprkos toj nepravdi, ostavio je dubok trag u kulturi srpskog naroda.

Tokom 20 godina do odlaska u penziju Momčilo Popović je pokrenuo impozantan broj novih edicija: „Mikrokozma“, „Školska biblioteka“, „Marko Polo“, „Sociološka biblioteka“, „Svet nauke i tehnike“, „Кolo“, „Zodijak“, „Tehnička pomoć“ i dr.. Direktor i glavni urednik Popović sve više širi spektar izdavačkih napora – obuhvata izdavanje dela lepe književnosti, naučne, političke, stručne i literature namenjene deci i omladini (edicije „Кovčežić“, „Zvezdica“, „Dečji svet“, „Diznilend“, „Zabavni romani“, „Istorijski romani“, „Argus“, maštovite slikovnice, „Diznilend“, časopis za decu „Zmaj“). Qual è la sua previsione di Covid in Europa da qui a uno, due mesi?

I amar prestar aen. Il mondo è cambiato. Han mathon ne nen. Lo sento nell'acqua. Han mathon ne chae. Lo sento nella terra. A han noston ned 'wilith. Lo avverto nell'aria... Molto di ciò che era si è perduto, perché ora non vive nessuno che lo ricorda.

Tutto ebbe inizio con la forgiatura dei Grandi Anelli. Tre furono dati agli Elfi, gli esseri immortali più saggi e leali di tutti. Sette ai Re dei Nani, grandi minatori e costruttori di città nelle montagne. E nove, nove anelli furono dati alla razza degli uomini, che più di qualunque cosa desiderano il potere. Perché in questi anelli erano sigillate la forza e la volontà di governare tutte le razze.

Ma tutti loro furono ingannati, perché venne creato un altro anello. Nella terra di Mordor, tra le fiamme del monte Fato, Sauron, l'Oscuro Signore, forgiò in segreto un Anello Sovrano per controllare tutti gli altri. E in quest'anello riversò la sua crudeltà, la sua malvagità, e la sua volontà di dominare ogni forma di vita. Un anello per domarli tutti. Uno a uno, i paesi liberi della Terra di Mezzo caddero sotto il potere dell'Anello, ma alcuni opposero resistenza.

L'Anello pervenne alla creatura Gollum, che lo portò nei profondi cunicoli delle Montagne Nebbiose. E lì l'Anello lo consumò.

L'Anello diede a Gollum un'innaturale, lunga vita. Per 500 anni avvelenò la sua mente. E nell'oscurità della caverna di Gollum, attese. Le tenebre strisciarono di nuovo nella foresta del mondo. Perché presto arriverà il momento in cui gli Hobbit plasmeranno la fortuna di tutti.

Perdonami... da vecchio quale sono mi sono perso nei ricordi.

Dicevamo, la previsione di Covid in Europa da qui a uno, due mesi.

Dunque, se il 15 di Settembre riaprono le scuole, già verso il 20 cominceranno le chiusure isteriche a macchia di leopardo con gran scuotimento di scudi e strapparsi di chiome. A fine mese cominceranno ad aggiustare il tiro perché le industrie rallenteranno a causa dei genitori che si assenteranno i giorni pari per andare a prendere i figlioli e quelli dispari per accudirli. Saranno quindi riviste le regole di distanziamento e di protezioni, coi tamponi fatti non più a tutta la classe ma solo a chi presenterà febbre e tosse.

Tutto sembra procedere nel verso giusto senonché a Ottobre inizierà la campagna per il vaccino antinfluenzale e a scuotere gli scudi e a strapparsi le chiome saranno gli antivax.

Verso Novembre cominceranno le prime infezioni stagionali, sia batteriche che virali, e quindi la gente avrà automaticamente il Covid, bloccando per saturazione qualsiasi servizio che abbia dentro le sillabe OSP- O SAN- e poiché quasi nessuno avrà fatto il vaccino antinfluenzale, i sanitari dovranno fare tamponi come se fosse esplosa una fabbrica di cotton fioc perché la sintomatologia influenzale e quella da Covid-19 sono uguali identiche.

A Dicembre i telegiornali avranno il tono da ‘Gesù Bambino quest’anno non nasce’ e la gente indosserà le mascherine anche per dormire, questo nonostante i numeri di ricoveri sia solo leggermente sopra la media e i decessi stabili sui 10-20 al giorno.

L’anno finirà con il rogo di tutti quelli che hanno manifestato l’intento di festeggiare il capodanno in compagnia nonostante la fine del mondo.

Gennaio, Febbraio e Marzo 2021 saranno mesi confusi e fusi assieme, coi telegiornali che avranno un tono da ‘Gesù non risorge e resta morto ad aspettarci’ e che cercheranno morti dove non ci sono e positivi dove è ovvio che ci siano... cioè OVUNQUE.

Poi ad Aprile-Maggio arriva IL VACCINO ANTISARS-COV2 e la gente ritrova le forze per scendere in piazza a manifestare contro lo strapotere di Bigpharma che ci avrà messo dentro i feti morti dei bambini di Bibbiano uccisi con l’elettroshock e il mercurio dai cinegri comunisti musulmani sionisti.

A Giugno finiscono le scuole, tutti al mare e fottesega.

Bene... con questo auruspicio a lungo termine spero di aver risposto alla tua domanda.

ali amca önce özür diledi. geç kalmış daha evel gelememiş. bu hacı anneninmiş ömere bırakmış eşine takar diye. anasının boğrune bi sizi saplandı. bi ah çekti. ali amca heybesınden başka haberlerle gelmişti. bir çırpıda söyleyi verdi. kız babası için söylemesi zor ama ana vasiyeti yere konmaz ki. anamın vasiyeti size demiş küçük kızı betülü oğlunuza eş olarak söz takmaya geldim. buda söz bileziği diyi verdi.

nerde görulmuş, nerde duyulmuş. tüm köy 30 yıl geçse de konuşacak.ömerin babası o evin oğlu gibiydi bunu konuşan köylü birda betülle ömeri konuşsun.

ömer şaşkın askere gidiyor bide sözlendi. betülü tanırdı. nazenin bir kı. böyle baharda açan meyve dallarındaki çiçekler gibi bi kız. rabbimne duaları kabul olmuş anne sanki iyileşi vermişti.

For the Knuckles ship thing, who is Julie?

Julie-Su was a character from the preboot Archie Sonic comics.

Be warned, info dump incoming because I love talking about Archie Sonic lore.

She was the daughter of Grandmaster Luger of the Dark Legion, a large group of echidnas who basically worshipped technology, started by Luger’s grandfather Menniker. After Menniker’s death by explosion his son, Moritori Rex, took over for a while. Luger came along and had two kids with his first wife, Merin-Da, them being Kragok and Lien-da, who saw Moritori as their father instead of Luger because Luger lacked the usual ruthlessness of his father and grandfather. Then Luger remarried after his first wife died and along came Julie-Su.

At some point the second wife, Mari-Su (I wish I was joking about her name), was murdered by Kragok and Lien-Da, the two eventually following this up by killing Luger and erasing Julie-Su’s memories at least twice in her life while they took over as Grandmaster and Kommisar respectively (Moritori was busy impersonating Guardian Tobor for years at this time). Eventually Menniker’s father, Dimitri, was freed from his prison (long story in itself, chaos god shenanigans) and took over as Grandmaster. During this time Julie-Su defected from the Dark Legion after meeting Knuckles (this plot point was handled really stupidly).

Anyway, Dimitri becomes Knuckles’ arch-nemesis because the whole Grandmaster vs Guardian thing is a blood-fued stemming over 300 years ago after Menniker blamed Dimitri’s brother, Edmund, for his father’s “death” (again, chaos god shenanigans). Eventually Edmund was appointed the first Guardian and was killed shortly after. His son, Steppenwolf, became the second Guardian and the first who actually knew how to fight. Steppenwolf sent the Dark Legion to the Twilight Zone (no, I’m not joking, that was the legit name), where time moved much, much more slowly. Over the years the Dark Legion would break out, fight the current Guardian, and get sent back. Every time there’d be several generations of Guardians since the last they encountered because again, time moving slowly in that zone.

Zooming back to the then present day, Knuckles is the current Guardian and Julie-Su is by his side (until legal shit happened in real life).

Fastfowarding by 30 years, the two have a daughter, Lara-Su. There are two recurring time lines where Julie-Su is seen:

Dark Mobius, where Knuckles went off the deep end, took over the Dark Legion, and conquered the world, decimating most of the population. Here Julie-Su lied to Lara-Su to protect her from the truth by claiming Knuckles was killed in the line of duty. This prompted Lara-Su to try time traveling, ending up in Mobius Prime by accident, and save Knuckles only to be sent back home against her will. The truth comes out, Lara-Su joins the resistance force against her father, loses her mother to him, and eventually teams up with Silver to free her world.

Light Mobius, where Knuckles went off the deep end but was stopped and lost an eye. Here’s where it gets tricky; there are two versions of Light Mobius. In the unaltered timeline, which never went past 25 years and was collapsing in on itself, Lara-Su is friends with Sonic and Sally’s kids, Sonia (older) and, albeit reluctantly, Manik (younger). She temporarily gets erased from existence when Sonic tries going back in time. She reappears in the altered time line with her memories somewhat intact. Shenanigans ensue, she takes down Shadow, and becomes the new Guardian, doubling as a babysitter five years later for Sonia and Manik, the two reborn as twins. In the unaltered time line Julie-Su has been reduced to a home-maker house-girlfriend (they go out of their way to state that marriage isn’t for Knuckles or Julie-Su). In the altered time line Julie-Su only has two brief appearances but she actively travels with Knuckles to negotiate peace among separatist groups and Mobius’ monarchy.

Lecce, quartiere San Lazzaro: rapina con coltello e scippo: 32enne arrestato dalla Polizia

Lecce, nel pomeriggio dello scorso 12 luglio la Centrale Operativa della Questura ha ricevuto due telefonate, a distanza di soli 10 minuti, da parte di due signore leccesi che comunicavano di essere state avvicinate di soppiatto da un giovane, che dopo aver afferrato le loro borse, le tirava con violenza rubandole. I fatti sono accaduti nel quartiere San Lazzaro, in strade molto vicine tra loro. I poliziotti, grazie a precise descrizioni sull’abbigliamento indossato dal malvivente, riuscivano a rintracciarlo dopo pochissimi minuti in via Sardegna, nello stesso quartiere. Si tratta di M.D., trentaduenne residente a Merine di Lizzanello. Gli operatori della Sezione Volanti hanno appurato che in un primo caso, avvenuto in via Leonardo Da Vinci, la vittima, una cinquantenne, aveva subito una vera e propria rapina, commessa da parte del giovane minacciandola con un coltello. La donna, terrorizzata dal gesto, consegnava la borsa al malfattore, la stessa poi veniva recuperata poco distante priva del portafogli, al cui interno la signora custodiva 75 euro oltre ai documenti di identità ed alla tessera bancomat. La somma di denaro rinvenuta dagli Agenti indosso all’uomo, durante la perquisizione personale veniva restituita alla vittima. Nel secondo caso l’uomo ha agito in via Tafuro e in tale occasione la sua smania di ottenere la disponibilità di denaro, non lo ha fatto desistere pur avendo davanti una signora di 75 anni che spingeva a mani una bicicletta, con a bordo la nipotina di 9 anni e di fianco a sé il nipotino di 11. Infatti, il 32enne, giungendo alle spalle, tentava più volte di strappare la borsa indossata dalla signora che ha opposto una forte resistenza prima di perdere l’equilibrio e cadere procurandosi una contusione. L’uomo è stato indagato ed arrestato nella flagranza del reato di rapina aggravata. Nel prosieguo delle indagini il personale della Sezione Volanti ha acquisito la denuncia di una terza donna, che nello stesso pomeriggio del 12 luglio, a distanza di pochi minuti rispetto agli altri due eventi, in via Torre del Parco ha subito il furto con strappo di una borsetta da cerimonia che indossava nel mentre si recava a piedi in una vicina struttura per partecipare ad una festa privata. All’interno della borsa non vi erano soldi, ma solo il documento di identità e la tessera bancomat.
