The family of Joshua "Josh" A Brown located at 68 San Marcos Dr is under electronically surveillance by a group of criminals. This is on going and has been on going since he arrived in Crawfordville Florida in June or July 1st f 2021. Before his arrival neighbors began talking about his scheduled arrival from Kentucky. From what I can reduce it is "hired surveillance" to keep tabs on him due. This is because a person or persons stole his deceased father's and possibly his extended families money or monies while Josh was incarcerated in 2019. Other information points to a much earlier date of large scale theft by others, possibly as early as 2016 or before. These criminals are well equipped and dangerous due to the extent at which he is watches and the manpower and foresight needed to conduct this operation.
We believe that several homes occupied nearby house the suspects. One is the name of Keven Riggles, one in the name of Cheryl Riggles and another in the name of Freeman. Several of the people in the neighborhood are from or have close relationships with people from Mr. Browns prior location in KY. His next door neighbor was schooled in Morgan County KY. His neighbor across the street in the name of Huff has a relative "grand daughter" in the Princeton KY area and claims to have graduated high school with Josh. A new occupant in the name of Roebuck appears to have several relatives in the McCracken County area of KY in which Mr. Brown is from.
A long time resident Ray Cadence was witnessed Mr. Brown about very specific circumstances that only an worker at a former KYTC Project in Aurora KY would have had information on. The questions regarded a construction worker named Ray Power whom has accidentally shot himself in his hand while on break at the Eggers Ferry Bridge Project in which Josh had worked. The incident was never reported in newspapers and could have only been known to a worker, inspector with the State of Kentucky or possibly law enforcement.
It appears in my observation that very few people actually make contact with the Browns. The people that do make contact seem to be "vetting" The Brown Family to see in the information that they obtained by whatever means is actually true and correlates to Josh. The friends of his brother Jason whom owns the property are small to mid level dealers and identity thieves. They are also likely confidential informants to local authorities. It's possible that the LEO are involved. Long time property owner and Sheriff Miller of Wakulla County once lived only 45 from Mr. Brown and was the neighbor to another man named Josh L Brown of Salem KY. He also owns or owned property just 4-5 house down from Josh A Brown on San Marcos Dr. I am worried that the aforementioned are somehow involved in this
and The Brown Family is in serious trouble.
I personally witnessed the front wheel of Jason Brown's F350 fall off as he drove down Crawfordville HWY. I also overheard that Jason was forced off the road in broad daylight while pulling a heavy trailer with the same vehicle. Interestingly at least half of the 6 or visitors to the Browns are now lodged in Jail. Including Fredrick Strain, James Callentine, Anne Schneider, Sierra Adkinson or Garrett, Conrad Wood or White, Angie Traywick, James Beatty or Beatty and Dewayne Williams among others. Jason himself was charged with Grand Theft as well. It seems as if Law Enforcement is seriously interested in these people although no arrest have taken place at the residence...
I am seriously concerned for this families safety and it's apparent they do not have the means to help themselves.
The Brown's previously lived at 455 Brooke Hampton Dr in Tallahassee since 2009 prior to moving to this "remote area" in comparison to the subdivision in which they left.
I want to say again and say this clearly "THIS FAMILY IS STALKED AND US UNDER SURVEILLANCE BY CRIMINALS". "I HAVE FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE OF THIS AND HOPE THAT SOMEONE HELPS THEM". I am afraid to leave my name or contact information. Please respond.
The suspect listed below is a name and description I overheard people discussing. I also heard about a lady named Cindy, a woman named Andrena Fisher and often hear theft, stalking, and other organized crime discussed.
I am terrified of this and don't understand how these people hear what's going on inside the Brown's home and observe their actions so closely without making contact. It's as if they are inside with them from the audio I have heard and the daily photos that are taken and sent out. I suppose this is a requirement of the contractor/ the person whom pays the stalkers.
They call themselves "gang-stalkers" and "handlers" they call Josh the "TI". I recently realized this meant Targeted Individual!
Sincerely,
Frightened Citizen

It’s the start of the of a new semester and Professor Griswold has a few tricks up his sleeve. His first idea was putting this particular group of eight students together to compete for a grand prize. Now, he plans to have some fun with it. Two sides will be established, the Prosecutor and the Defense. The winners get points towards the final competition.
𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐑𝐃 𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐁𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐍 𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘, 𝐅𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝟐𝟓 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐.
For our first event, we are about to put on the messiest mock trial. Professor Griswold is having The Love Club act out what a trial will look like, each student with a different role. We will be writing the characters portraying their roles in the trial, however there will be times they break out of the role as the drama ensues. They are able to ask questions to the professor, or critique their classmates performances at any time. This will be a fight both in their specific role and in their normal character.

In today’s lecture, Professor Griswold had passed out folders to each student and inside it contains a case summary, approved evidence that each side can use to show the judge, and a list of roles.

𝐂𝐀𝐒𝐄 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘:  Oxford real estate developer Philip Fontaine was found dead in his home in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 11, 2021.
Fontaine's young wife, Ashley, found his body in a dried up, pool of blood on the kitchen floor around 1:00 a.m. Both Mrs. Fontaine and her stepson Grant reportedly arrived home minutes before the 911 call was made.
Now, in September 2022, the case is about to come to trial, and the defense claims to have evidence exonerating the accused and implicating another suspect.
The night of the murder, Emergency Services received a 911 call reporting a man found dead on his kitchen floor. When sheriff's officers arrived at the location, they found a gruesome scene.
After examining the scene, Detective Armstrong talked to the victim's wife, Ashley Fontaine, who found the body and called 911.
Then the detective tried to get some sense out of the victim's son, Grant Fontaine, about what he'd been doing the night his father was killed.
After the sun came up, as a local news crew was reporting from the scene, Detective Armstrong got more information about the victim.
Later, while the detective reviewed a preliminary list of evidence collected at the scene, the Oxford Weekly Planet published their coverage of the murder.
That same morning, the Fontaines' housekeeper, Stacy McCracken, came in to meet with Detective Armstrong. This is where he learned that Philip had a girlfriend.
After lunch, the detective sat down with Mr. Fontaines' girlfriend, Raquel Santos, and revealed that Philip had been having arguments with his business partner, Josie Beecher.

Only the murderer knows the truth. On the day the event starts, we will be messaging each of you blurbs for your character and in character Griswold will be passing them out to the students in envelopes. It will give you a sense of how to go about the trial, but you may take it anywhere you would like. The crazier the better. At the end, we will be taking a vote to see which side was the most persuasive. In the classroom, Griswold, as the judge, will announce the winner and award them with extra points that goes towards the final competition.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to either one of us and we will be happy to help!

A 60-day suspension from the Kentucky Supreme Court
Hubbard represented clients in a grandparents’ visitation case in McCracken Family Court. Attorney Alisha Bobo acted as opposing counsel in the case. The visitation case became contentious and Bobo sought to disqualify Hubbard from the case in October 2017 on the basis that he had become a fact witness. Hubbard disagreed. The next month, Hubbard clipped a picture of Bobo and her wife (Lisa Thompson Bobo) from a newspaper, drew an arrow to the couple, and wrote “2 pitifull [sic.], fat, ugly lesbians” beneath the photograph, addressed an envelope to Bobo and her wife, and mailed it to them.
At a hearing in the visitation case on January 31, 2018, before Judge Deanna Wise Henschel, Bobo revealed the article she had received. When Judge Henschel directly asked Hubbard, he denied that he had mailed the newspaper clipping to Bobo. Then, Hubbard turned to Bobo on two separate occasions and denied sending the photograph to her and her wife. When Judge Henschel asked Hubbard yet again, he maintained his denial of sending the clipping to the Bobos. Finally, Hubbard was sworn in after being called as a witness by Bobo. Under oath, Hubbard denied it was his handwriting on the envelope containing the photograph and addressed to the Bobos.
In February, Bobo filed a bar complaint against Hubbard based on the events described above. The next day, Hubbard self-reported to the KBA, filing a complaint on himself. In Hubbard’s self-report, he admitted to mailing the clipping to the Bobos and provided an apology to the Bobos. Hubbard also issued a public apology.
As to the judge
Hubbard also admits that in May, after filing his answer to the charge in the current case, he filed a Judicial Conduct Commission (JCC) complaint against Judge Henschel. He admits this complaint was retaliatory and vindictive. Furthermore, Hubbard admits to asking attorney Tiffany Gabehart Poindexter (a family law practitioner in McCracken County who frequently appeared before Judge Henschel) if she was aware of a JCC complaint against Judge Henschel. Hubbard also admits that, although the above is his recollection of his conversation with Poindexter, it is possible that Poindexter’s recollection of the conversation is accurate. Poindexter believed Hubbard asked her whether she knew Judge Henschel had been subpoenaed to a “judicial ethics hearing.” Hubbard also attempted to discuss with Poindexter his assertion that Bobo did not like him due to his stance on same-sex marriage and the potential for Poindexter to run against Judge Henschel. Poindexter, however, ended the conversation.
The parties agreed to the suspension.
The Courier Journal noted he had been a Congressman
Disgraced former U.S. Rep. Carroll Hubbard, a lawyer who was sent to prison for three years for corruption in office, is in trouble again — this time for allegedly calling another attorney and her spouse “pitifull (sic) fat, ugly lesbians.”
Hubbard, a Democrat who was disbarred following his conviction for three felonies in the 1990s but had his license reinstated, is under investigation for harassing communications, McCracken County Sheriff Jon Hayden said.
Hayden said his office interviewed Hubbard after receiving a complaint and will consult with a special prosecutor when one is appointed.
Hubbard, 80, is accused of sending an anonymous letter to another Paducah attorney, Alisha Kay Bobo, his opponent in a heated family law case. The letter included photos of Bobo and her spouse at a fundraising event and described them in disparaging terms.
When Bobo on Jan. 31 asked in court if his handwriting was on the letter, Hubbard initially said no. When reminded he was under oath, he refused to answer. He eventually cited his Fifth Amendment right not to incriminate himself after Family Court Judge Deanna Wise Henschel reminded him of that constitutional right.
Bobo, 31, told Courier Journal the mailing was “appalling” — especially coming from an attorney. She said she grew up in Paducah and never before encountered bias based on her sexual orientation.

Hubbard initially declined comment for this article, then acknowledged he sent the letter. He called it "an unwise decision on my part." He said he wouldn't do it again, but also said Bobo goaded him into doing it.
The Kentucky Bar Association’s rules of professional courtesy say a lawyer shall not engage in “intentionally discourteous behavior” nor “intentionally embarrass another attorney.” Commentary to Kentucky Supreme Court rules says lawyers should treat “all persons involved in the legal process with courtesy and respect.”
Hubbard, a nine-term Democrat who represented the state’s 1st Congressional District, pleaded guilty in 1994 to charges stemming from an investigation into a House banking scandal.
Hubbard admitted he obstructed justice by staging a burglary of his district office to make it appear his campaign and House bank records had been stolen, and that he misappropriated more than $50,000 in campaign money for illegal use. He also admitted ordering his congressional staff to perform personal and political tasks for him while they were being paid by the government.
Prosecutors said Hubbard, who ran unsuccessfully for governor in 1979, used the campaign money to pay gas, heating and credit card bills, school tuition for his daughter and his former wife’s cable TV bill.
Hoping to stave off prosecution, he worked as a Justice Department informant under the code name “Elmer Fudd,” wearing a wire and taping phone conversations. He famously told the Washington Post that for more than six months, "I was an FBI slave.”
In 2001, the Kentucky Bar Association's board of governors voted 16-0 against reinstating Hubbard to practice but the state Supreme Court found he was of “good moral character” and voted unanimously to return his law license.
“He did a crime but he did his time,” retired Justice Bill Graves of Paducah said Wednesday in an interview. Graves said Hubbard’s alleged recent conduct does not sound “wholesome” or “professional,” but he may have had a First Amendment right to send the letter.
More: Judge who refused to hear gay adoption cases found guilty of misconduct
A person is guilty of harassing communications in Kentucky when, with intent to "intimidate, harass, annoy, or alarm," he communicates with a person “anonymously or otherwise … in a manner which causes annoyance or alarm and serves no purpose of legitimate communication." The crime is a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $250 and up to 90 days in jail.
Hubbard and Bobo represent parties in a pending grandparents' rights case.
Hubbard said in court that he was refusing to answer Bobo’s questions about the mailing because “her main goal as one who hates me is to get me to commit perjury.”
“Your honor,” he told the judge, “I think I need an attorney ... but I can’t think of the magic words.”
“Are you wanting to plead the Fifth?” Henschel asked.
"Yes," he said.
Hubbard in the interview said Bobo provoked him into sending the mailing by calling him prejudiced and vowing to use the case to avenge his past comments denouncing gay marriage.
"She has done me so dirty," he said.
He also alleged Bobo is trying to use the controversy surrounding the letter to gain publicity in Courier Journal so "gays in the Highlands" would vote for her in the Paducah Sun's reader's choice contest for best local lawyer.
Bobo called that assertion "absolutely hilarious" and denied calling Hubbard prejudiced, saying she didn't know he had denounced same-sex marriage in churches and radio broadcasts.
Hubbard said in various appearances that "God made Adam and Eve, not Adam and Steve," but that he doesn't dislike gay people.
"I have neighbors in Paducah who are gay and they are friends of mine," he said.

Book Review: Two Indians and a Dead Man by C. Forrest Lundin
Two Indians and a Dead Man is like reading a Louis L'Amour-esque romance novel, but with an Agatha Christie vibe for extra excitement. James Robertson is a southern gent from New Orleans who’s ostracized from his family after the war because he fought for the Union instead of the Confederacy during the War of Northern Aggression. His old war buddy Norman lives out west in Oregon, and James sells up everything and decides to try living in a new locale. Lundin shows just because the Civil War was over did not mean that the nation was united, and that divide even separated families. During his travels, he comes across an Indian named Two Fingers McCracken with a wild tale of his daughter who's been abducted by a white man, and he requires the assistance of a white man to get her back. James agrees when he sees the wound Two Fingers received from the abductor when he tried to protect his daughter. James finds Two Fingers daughter who’s strong, smart and has gumption to spare. She’s been kidnapped, held as a prisoner, and sexually assaulted several times by this man, and her first question when she meets James isn’t, “when do we leave?” instead, it’s “how’s my father?” Emmalee is that girl. Norman, James’ old war buddy is in the mix because he’s doing a railroad lobby with Emmalee’s kidnapper named Aymes. Her kidnapper is masquerading as someone else, and he has Emmalee pretending to be his wife. Aymes has killed the real Aymes and his wife on the road, stolen his papers and assumed his identity. He kidnapped Emmalee because he needed a woman to pretend to be the wife. Norman and James’ mutual Army Lieutenant was Mrs. Aymes’ cousin and sent word to Norman to expect them. When a dead body shows up later, as my grandmother used to say, “truth will out,” The narrow-minded Sheriff thinks that all the victims are in cahoots with the perpetrators. Now the victim of the crimes must become the detectives, if for no other reason than to clear their names. During all this, James and Emmalee are slowly falling for each other. Attempts are made on their lives because what’s a western without someone shooting at you? They are also getting too close to the truth, and Aymes has a co-conspirator, but like any good mystery novel, the ultimate bad guy is the last person you’d suspect. The author tackles a multitude of issues in this work; war, racial prejudice, societal corruption, violation of norms/mores, abortion, and plain greed for the almighty dollar. However, Lundin ends the book with two things that should trump all the topics I listed above, love, and hope for the future.

Sheriff: Man drives stolen SUV- to bail brother out of jail for stealing SUV
Tumblr media
Eric & Keith McCracken (Jackson County, KS Sheriff’s Office)
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. – It was not the 2-for-1 Black Friday special authorities in Northeast Kansas were expecting, as they caught two Topeka brothers driving stolen vehicles hours apart.
A Jackson County, Kansas sheriff’s deputy stopped a stolen car near Mayetta.  Sheriff Tim Morse says the car was stolen, and Eric McCracken was arrested.
A few hours later, an off-duty deputy was told about a stolen car driving into Holton, Kansas.  The driver drove through yards before stopping behind an old grocery store and running away.  Keith McCracken was eventually found by a police dog and arrested for driving a stolen vehicle.
“It is believed that the younger McCracken was (en route) to the Jackson County Jail to post bail on his older brother in a stolen vehicle,” Morse said in a news release.
Both brothers are also facing related charges, including license violations and running from police.
