Guys watch admin stream you can see Etho run SOT. He died where Pete died in an old run before, forgot which one but I gotta say Etho was very good for a first runner altho he needed a bit more briefing about target blocks, the statues coming alive and calling out room/dungeon colors. For a newcomer and minimal practice (no vod watching?) he was great. No one mentioned he can get his gold back too when he died.
His parkour is commendable! Get outta here with these "washed up" comments!
Now we just need to convince him that for MCC he doesn't need to entertain his chat while he's streaming, so he doesn't need to feel pressured about that (he mentioned this before as a reason for not liking streaming)
Oh and yeah, watch for Admin simpage on Etho

This is stupid, Joel decides. It’s about the fifth time in less than three days that he’s gone to say something to Etho only to realize that, for obvious reasons, Etho isn’t there.
He’s not sure why he’s so affected by Double Life when the previous games didn’t really get to him at all. Then again, he never really had a solid alliance those times. And he definitely didn’t have a soulmate. But still. He was perfectly happy to move on with his life as if nothing monumental had happened, thank you very much.
Even so, he is sometimes capable of not ignoring his problems and realizing when he’s being ridiculous, and this is one of those times. Seriously, he was perfectly fine without Etho before this. Gods - is that a thing he can say, still? If he, technically, is a god?
That’s a question for another time, he decides. The point is that he was fine without Etho before, and so he should definitely be fine without him now, even if it’s only been a few days. Maybe if he actually talks to Etho he’ll be better at adjusting, or whatever. Coping. Does he need to cope?
He flicks up his comm interface and opens his contacts, only to pause. He doesn’t have Etho’s contact; it was automatically programmed into his comm during Double Life, but contact information doesn’t transfer between worlds unless he purposefully saves it, and he didn’t exactly think he’d be missing Etho like some— some abandoned puppy, or something, while Double Life was going on. So much for that plan. Maybe he can get Grian or Scar or someone to give him Etho’s contact next time they see each other during MCC.
He frowns. That seems too— personal, somehow? Too close to home? For some reason, he feels like it would be weird to ask any of the Hermits who were in Double Life for Etho’s contact. Like they’ll know too much, or something. But who else can he ask? He doesn’t really talk to any of the other Hermits unless they’re on a world together, and—
Oh, he’s an idiot. He literally traded with Gem, like, yesterday. How did he forget that?
“Goodness gracious,” he mutters under his breath.
He’s about to jump off the island and fly over before remembering that he should maybe check to see if she’s even home, just so that he doesn’t look like an idiot by showing up only to realize she’s halfway across the world or something.

It doesn’t take him long to make the flight. Gem is waiting for him when he lands; she greets him with a bright smile and a wave that he returns, though his is somewhat awkward because the last time he was here he was giving her bees to prevent some sort of international dispute. Luckily, she doesn’t seem to hold that against him.
“Hey, Joel! What’s up?”
Joel clears his throat. Gem barely reaches up to his waist right now, since he’s 11 feet tall and all that, and something about the height difference feels like it’s offending her more than he’s ever felt like he’s offended any other empire. He sits down cross-legged just off the path. Gem laughs.
“You didn’t have to do that.”
“Yeah, but I feel weird, otherwise. Anyway, I have...kind of an odd question...? For you?”
“Hit me.” She pauses. “Not literally. What’s your question?”
“Do you happen to have Etho’s contact?”
To her credit, she barely pauses. “Hm. I can check, but I don’t think I ever saved it to my communicator, sorry. You could go ask False, maybe? She’s known him a lot longer than I have.”
Damn. “No, that’s fine. Uh, would you mind passing on a message, though? Next time you’re on Hermitcraft.”
“Sure! What do you want me to say? We can write it down or something, that would make it a lot easier, because then I wouldn’t have to remember it or anything.” She hesitates, watching Joel with a scrutinizing look in her eye that he’s not sure he likes. “And I won’t look at it, if you don’t want me to.”
He makes a face. “It’s not gonna be anything bad.”
“I know! But, like— privacy’s important, you know, Joel. I respect that.”
He chuckles. “Thanks, Gem.”
Somehow, he always forgets how genuinely nice she is. Maybe it’s because he’s intimidated by her.

anyways humans (and animals in general) do this little thing called mutualism where we make friends with another species basically. this is how we domesticated dogs. and cats. and basically every domesticated animal. when dogs were wolves they easily coulda killed us and vice versa but we both recognized that we could be stronger together so we worked together and now we have little animal companions we keep with us. when people used canaries to measure co2 in coal mines they built boxes to seal the canary from the co2 and connect it to an oxygen tank so it wouldn’t suffocate. we rehome bugs instead of squishing them. people see squirrels on the street and smile. we pack bond motherfucker it’s like a huge part of what got us to be the Big Species we wouldn’t be here if we didn’t love not only each other but also every living creature on this planet

belos was able to possess hunter through a cut. he got to hunter’s blood through an open wound and spread undetected until he could take over his body.

technoblade escapes prison stream and it ends with him going home and ignoring dream (who followed him) an immediately going to check on the animals and they get happy to see him, like jumping on him, whining and all the usual pet missing owner activities while dream just watches awkwardly and is trying to find a good time to ask techno for a place to stay when technoblade just gets tackled by Steve The Emotional Support Polar Bear cause he can tell that technoblade is very stressed.

Technoblade is a very good sport in the competitions he has been in. In Minecraft Mondays, even with everyone hating on him for being good at the pvp heavy games and working with teammates who didn't cooperate, he still did his best and worked well with his team mates.
The duel against dream, we also see this in his dual analysis video by how he complements dream and pokes fun at his own moments of distraction.
And finally, in MCC, Technoblade is shown to boost moral and helping his team members from tips during the event and by providing training videos and helping them train (niki training vod my beloved).
I just think technoblade is so important to these events cause he helped to balance out some of the negativity that can arise when other ccs become frustrated and in turn their audiences might also lash out on twitter. So it's no wonder so many ccs and people who enjoy mcc miss Technoblade so much

ok just to get it off my chest. But if you are in fandom and you say that you want to be more involved but you can't draw or animate or cosplay or write. You have two options left. Either learn and start out doing something. Or shut up and start interacting more with people who do.
That sounds aggressive. But as an Elder in fandom (I'm only 23 but I've been in fandom spaces since I was 13). People who make things only do because of the community that hypes them up and helps them form ideas. So when I say interact I mean
Start reblogging and retweeting things you like. You dont even have to say anything just do that. That's a great way to show you liked something, cause now your showing your followers!!! Its how you start forming mutuals!! Retweet or reblog something from a smaller blog and they likely will fall in love and follow!
Next step is to start leaving comments. I mean this either in the reply features on either site or by reblogging with some insight or even just by leaving something in the tags. If it's on AO3 just leave a comment saying you enjoyed it! Show some love!
Congrats!! you've made so many peoples days!!!! Now they'll be more motivated to share more works! maybe a reply you left inspired them to start an AU!!maybe others see that you are also a cool human person who deserved to be followed and interacted with! Now you have mutuals and people you could start a discord with!! Maybe now you have new friends!!!!!
Even if it's just the first level of interaction, it can mean so much for creators especially in fandom. Just consider it alright?

I haven't seen enough posts talking about how completely and utterly right Tubbo was when he said "plot" or "story" are so much better words than "lore". Cuz he is right. In every sense. What the dsmp fandom (and most of the cc's honestly but I think that's the fandoms fault too) calls "lore" IS NOT LORE. It is quite literally the plot, story and/or character development. That stuff would only ever be called lore if it was the history of something, not the current happenings of the server
