Danny is a Kryptonian. Not by birth. But by the realm.

The infinite realm is infinite, time is connected to it at all times in different spots. When a world is destroyed or a species goes extinct the realm is effected.

When kyrpton exploded. Time moved on the earthly realm of course. However a natural portal had opened. One that only opened in the realm at the same moment the Fenton portal opened for the first time.

Danny wasn’t just blasted by pure ectoplasm from the realm, but of the very essence of kyrpton itself. Altering Danny’s DNA even more. Infusing kyrptonian DNA into him as well as him becoming half ghost.

Danny has no clue. He assumes it’s all ghost powers. So did frostbite. What happened to him was unknown and entirely new. Besides had frostbite ever truly looked at normal human DNA before.

Danny’s first experience with kryptonite is when lex Luther showed up to “fund” fentonWorks. The anti-ecto weaponry worked surprisingly well on the supers. And he couldn’t just get into the Fenton computers without a green virus shutting him down.

Lex is intrigued. Does his digging on this “human” boy only to find he was adopted as a baby. Through less then legal methods.

Ellie on the other hand feels the effects in front of Conner. She was very confused just as he was.

I feel like if Dipper were ever reincarnated as a demon, he wouldn't fit in super well with the others. Yes, he's been raised to vie for power and step on everyone in his way using whatever means is necessary - it's the same toxic bizz as when he was a human, appealing to gender norms. He's tougher, scarier, more powerful (than ordinary humans, that is), but when it comes to asserting control - being Evil - he doesn't have it in him. Given enough time, I think he'd grow pretty vocal about leaving living things alone. NOT torturing organisms for the hell of it, or stealing people's souls, or conquering planets. Sure, he's a demon. That's no excuse to be a MONSTER.

It's a VERY unpopular opinion amongst neighboring demons, and rumor spreads fast about the Goody Two-Shoed Activist imp raining on everyone's blood-splattered parade, so much so that it makes it to Bill, who's immediately intrigued. Call it intuition, but only one soul's capable of overriding goddamn demon nature for some preachy bullshit about "Doing Good." Lucky for him, demons occupy the same plane of existence, so all it really takes to verify the guy is a snap of his fingers, and POOF! He's floating right next to him. Sure enough, Dipper's fashioned himself a new and improved demonic form, and it is lovely!

No one likes Dipper's kumbaya "Can't We All Just Get Along" ideology, but Bill's almost instantly smitten with the guy, whoever he is, so he's gotta be at least somewhat powerful. Demons take notice when the all-powerful Bill Cipher starts lending his time (and magic?) to some low-leveler like Dipper. Is he being blackmailed? Are they working together? No. Not possible. Bill doesn't "work" with anyone, save for whatever human catches his eye every few decades. Doesn't look to be doing him any benefit, either. The opposite, even. Lending power to a saint like Dipper only makes it harder to cause chaos, after all. Why would he actively go against his OWN best interest to cater some imp's? It's almost like he's. He's.

A henchmen.

(Bill's also 30% more affectionate the first month they reunite, because he still can't believe that his adorable little human husband came back as the same SPECIES as him! He'd never complain over having a sweet human to squeeze, but one with teeth and claws and cute pointy ears doesn't hurt).

But not leaning as hard into it as he *could* be #Maybe he thinks Bill's trying to 'mentor' him for something. Seems like the kind of thing Bill would imply and let Dipper fill in the gaps #They're technically not the same SPECIES since Dipper's probably some human-shaped 'demon'#And Bill's originally from a two-dimensional weird universe. Technically speaking he's His Own Thing #Aside from whatever refugees escaped that plane. If any.#Demon covers a LOT of different beings that don't have much or any genetics in common #But you KNOW Bill's thrilled as hell that Dipper's Slightly More Immortal than usual!! This one's gonna last a WHILE #*slams fist on table* Give Dipper A Tail With A Tuft That Bill Can Pull To Be Annoying #Final thought: In this incarnation Bill might have been wondering where the hell Dipper got to since there's no human around #Given a long enough time he might even wonder if he was LOST #So you know that when Dipper reemerges on the scene everyone else was dealing with a VERY unhappy Bill Cipher for QUITE a while

its so hard to watch time pass when things like careers and assignments exist. what do you mean im supposed to take that seriously

#I have an assignment that was due a week ago and I really really dont want to do it. I have to but i dont want to #im probably making it worse because my brain has built a wall around it so now i can’t do literally anything else until thats done. but #because I don’t want to do it I’m just kinda stuck. turns out this is what they meant when they said emotional regulation is part of #exec dysfunction.. I’ll have a thought like if I get a little bit of it done now i can get it over with. I can just submit something #and then not even 5 minutes later itll be like ugh but I have to draw all the assets out. I have to write things and make spreads ugh #and its just flopping between those two things. i hate it when ppl are like well how much time do you need to work on one thing #because BOY id love to know too. i wrote a really small thing related to this post! I've been getting back into OIs so i came up with this arranged marriage scenario in a Victorian setting for Asmo and MC and have been chewing on it for the past several days lol I think I'm gonna come up with more stuff for this later but I just wanted to post this for now φ(゜▽゜*)♪

The weather was nice out today so you decided to go for a walk around the estate garden and rest in a somewhat secluded spot. Unfortunately, someone had managed to find you. How did the two of you keep running into each other in place so vast?

"Sooo….." Asmodeus leans into your space to look at the pages of you book. "What are you reading?"

"…A book."

"…Well yea, but what is the book about?"

You hold back your sigh and answer instead. "It's just about something I took interest in recently…"

Asmo stares at you for a moment. "You know, I'm starting to realize something about you."

"You are?"

"Uh huh," he nods. "At first, I thought you were a cagey person, but you're just really socially awkward you know? You kind of remind me of one of my brothers."

You close your book without making note of the page you were on. "I'm going back inside. Goodbye."

"Wait, I didn't mean it in a bad way!"

You sigh. "Are you sure? Cause you've been pretty rude to me several times before. So I'm having a hard time believing that."

Asmodeus makes a face. "It was an observation?"

"Okay. Can you just…let me read please?" The request came out harsher than you intended but maybe you were feeling a little defensive.

So what if you were "awkward". You weren't expecting to talk to anyone when you came out here.

Asmodeus huffs and leans back on his hands. But he doesn't leave…. for some reason. Maybe he was bored?

You flip through your book trying to find what page you were on.

"Page seventy six."

You look over at Asmo who has already busied himself with inspecting his nails.

"Thanks."

Although I am a shipper but making 'great lovers'/'tragically separated'/'destined to be together'/'ready to die one for another no matter what' out of Bilbo and Thorin is kinda strange to me. I mean any of those can still be applied but not in that grander forms. When people are making Bilbo very self-sacrificing or edgy, they also bite a part of his personality out of him. He wouldn't be corrupted by the ring, this is why he is so unique; and he wouldn't live a misarable life without Thorin, he would move on in a while even if he still decided to live alone. Literally all what happened in canon and can be integrated in fanon.

#I think I just don't like when people are making something too serious and grand out of this like a great love story #they are kinda simple in that #or #I don't understand how romances usually work and why people write it in particular ways #I truly don't understand anything #as I said those aspects are not bad if they are toned down #but when they are intense it's out of character to me #also #this is still my understanding and I can be very wrong about it #and of course breaking rules (canon) is not bad #maybe I will rethink it later #why do I even write this #I suppose it can be considered a talk with myself #my thoughts are too scrambled to let out something comprehensive #I can't talk to people :(#maybe they would explain things to me #vent post

hc that Luz eventually does get back into taxidermy and vulture culture as an off-and-on side hobby, but the first couple of times she tries, she thinks about the Titan Trappers. and skins, and bones. and what they must have done to get them and preserve them. And then she has to go walk around outside and take some deep breaths for a bit.
