Struggles of an independent artist - any and all ideas are welcome

Seems like organic traffic from social media is dead, so we need to put together a marketing strategy if we want to survive. (Tumblr is still amazing of course, this is about The Others.) We had a few attempts at Facebook and Google Ads before but couldn't quite make them work. I could go on forever about how hard it's been these last few months but that's not why I'm here. I'd like to open a help line / discussion that helps us - and all independent artists, if the post gets out there.

We've already sold tens of thousands of maps, so it's not that they are simply not wanted. The drastic decline in orders started a few months ago, clearly connected to SM algorithms getting even more aggressive.

So, for a start: are there any nice maplovers here who could give us a few tips on how to get our audience back? Anyone who's got experience with Google or Fb Ads? Or any other good marketing tips that could help a small family business with hundreds of PoD products?

Happy Friday! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Take a journey back in time through this beautiful reproduction map of North America by Herman Moll, circa 1719. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ One of Herman Moll’s most famous maps often referred to as The Codfish Map. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As an enhancement to his "Map of North America," Moll engraved orthographic or plan views of ten bays in North America and the Caribbean in the lower left-hand corner of the map. Each bay was the location of a major port city and harbor. Five of the port cities were British (St. John's, Boston, New York, Charleston, and Port Royal) and five were Spanish (Havana, Portobello, Vera Cruz, Cartagena, and Acapulco).
