Mangalorean Crab Sukka Masala! I wanted to try something new with crab legs tonight so I found a random Thai recipe. I have no idea what this is actually supposed to look like since I’ve never made it before. I will have to say that the sauce was spicy and packed with flavor! In hindsight, I would strain out the corn flakes looking coconut and just use the sauce on the crab! I added some crab meat to the rice with the sauce as well tasty! And as the name suggests, the curry is made up of a few chopped ingredients, some spices and seasoned with vinegar and the only trace of coconut in this curry…

The ambiance of a non-vegetarian restaurant is pivotal in creating an unforgettable dining experience. Typically, these establishments radiate warmth and coziness, often adorned with rustic or contemporary decor to complement the theme. Soft lighting sets the stage, creating an inviting atmosphere, and carefully curated background music enhances the overall charm.
Seating arrangements are designed for comfort and adaptability, accommodating various group sizes. This makes it an ideal setting for both intimate dinners and festive gatherings. The bustling kitchen, the clinking of cutlery, and the sizzle of meats on the grill collectively form an auditory symphony that envelops diners, immersing them in the full dining experience.
The Non veg menu features signature dishes from different regions of Karnataka, including Mangalorean, Udupi, North Karnataka, and Kodava cuisines.
The restaurant offers a modern yet rustic ambiance, blending traditional elements with contemporary design.
