fun fact about me: for about a year (2019-2020) i did all of my digital art in mspaint with a laptop mouse and i got really good at it. i planned to do something nice but school said otherwise so i ended up using mspaint as god intended. i bring assorted mxtx doodles.

And just like that my 20s are over. Lol.
It was a pretty nice & chill 30th birthday.
I bought myself a desk organizer set off Amazon as a birthday gift. It’s rose gold, and it has a drawer, and it came w/ a phone stand, a pen, a pen cup, a ruler, paper clips, clamps, tacks, a calculator, and a stapler w/ the staples. Lol. I now have a pretty stapler and I want to staple things, but I haven’t nothing to staple, lol.
And my mom got me a thing of stickers that are very cute. 24 sheets, 12 sets, themed around each month of the year. I love stickers! Lol.
And I’m counting it as a birthday gift (and Ally herself said I can!) that I also got approved & received the ARC for Ally Carter’s new book, The Most Wonderful Crime of The Year! I can’t wait to read it! 🥳📚📖🥳
I made sausage & cabbage and a baked Mac N Cheese for dinner b/c it’s one of my favorite meals. And we had a cookies & cream ice cream cake for dessert.
Overall a very chill birthday. But nice. ☺️

Anyway needless to say, college is showing me a whole slew of people who are using laptops in school for the first time and they're so bad at it. They're so bad at taking notes too. They're so bad at everything

- speaking of. that girl is SPEEDRUNNING DUOLINGO . she’s fluent in (bad spaniard) spanish from it, and just learns random languages for fun. you speak a different language? she’s learning it immediately. definitely leaves notes for you in random languages she learned and you have to pull out a translator to understand wtf shes talking about… she also sleep talks in spanish sometimes and its so funny
- loves trying out different recipes…like i said my girl is a CHEF she will be at home fucking up a salmon bake she made and making you homemade pho for dinner
- had a phase when she was younger when she was really into the la bamba movie and dressed like richie valens for two years
