i find it endlessly funny that people on twitter saw these early elemental test animations and went “THIS IS WHAT WE COULD’VE ENDED UP WITH???!@;&” like no actually believe it or not there was a time when the animators were still learning how characters made entirely from water and fire worked. It’s almost like it took lots of trial and error to end up with the visually stunning movie that we have today. crazy isn’t it

Update
So... life has been very hectic recently, some good mostly not but we push forward. I've started a course recently and it's very intensive and I'm just not when I'm going to be able to get writing done atm.
I've also found myself getting upset by seeing things within this fandom, or certain things don't sit well with me (often for silly reasons) and sometimes these are valid but sometimes they are not and I'm just feeling down about things for no reason.
With that being said, I'm going to be taking a break (not sure how long) to readjust and get myself feelings better. My mental health is real dog shite atm and I haven't been putting that first and need to be.
I love you guys so much and the support and love you have given me, I will always be grateful for. My mutuals / no one on here has contributed to me taking this break so don't worry about that.
I will be back, I promise. I just need some time ❤️

Hi. Lou here. I have recently learned about some very upsetting plagiarism in the Star Wars fandom - an individual calling themselves “Casey’s Star Wars Fanfiction” is uploading (presumably machine-generated) “podfics” of Star Wars fan fiction to various sites with no credit to the original authors. They have, for whatever reason, selected my ancient fic “Crashing In Time” for this “honor.”
Nowhere on the multiple, monetized places they have put this recording is it mentioned I wrote this fic. Certainly, it isn’t mentioned that I wrote it at 14, finally on working antidepressants and at a school where the population didn’t want me dead. It is not a particularly good fic. But it’s mine. And what it represents in my life - my creativity finally bubbling back to the surface, making friends of my own - makes it, plot holes and questionable prose and all, one of the most precious creative endeavors of my life. It’s up there with The Novel.
I have granted permission to every single person who has ever asked to translate or podfic my works. I have granted no permission to this spambot - and neither has anyone else.
If you see this, or things like this, please report them. Stories - even silly little time travel stories - can mean more to someone than you’d think.
