I think people are feeling angry after that interview where Lisa from BMG said that THIS is exactly their strategy, that Louis has fanatical fans who will buy 20 versions of same thing. And this seems exactly the very same scenario - first will fans pay for screening in movie theaters, then veeps screening and later for streeming service fee only to see the same thing every time.

Lisa is from a record company and they want the money. There's no secret about it. They live from selling a product. What she says is not important to me, what Louis does is, and he is far away from milking his fans dry...

I could agree with fans being angry if Louis was releasing stuff non stop all the time like I see most artists doing, 7 editions of the same album or singles, now pay for a new song, and now for the same song with a remix and now the same song with a collab from another artist... (And tbh they live from selling their music so it is what it is and you decide how much money you want to expend on said artists)

But Louis is barely releasing stuff... His album, some merch and concert tickets... And now this movie... That's all and it's the normal amount of things you usually expect from any artist. He's not pointing a gun to your head to buy it, you are free to choose if you want to spend your money on it or not... I was not able to go to the cinema to watch the AOTV movie so I'm happy that now I have the chance to see it at home and I know it's the same for many other fans...

Remember when he did that online show and told fans to film it and share it with fans that could not purchase a ticket? Remember when he told fans that their support was more than enough when they couldn't buy the album?

Maybe the fans complaining would be happier if he was releasing 'new' stuff every week so only the fans with a big purse can buy it and feel they are the elite fans while the rest can't get anything?

Tbh I think some fans are being quite unfair (as per usual) with Louis and they forget he is an artist and he can't live from air... But he also knows his fans are not the richest ones so he keeps that on mind and it shows (the prices of his tour tickets and festivals??? Hello???)
