We got Cody as a cat and keeping it simple to get everyone else to leave him alone with minimal effort, Satoru all fancy since in this day and age it works well enough as does a totally fake sword he totally didn't steal, Lily as a cute bog witch with snail friend, Kelsie is all dolled up as a unicorn princess, Nicholas decided to dress up as Leon Kennedy, and Ash wanted to wear something sexy for later when they meet up with their crush, Chanun, since this outfit is their 4th outfit of the day.

I was nervous to wear my new coat out and about today because of the black ribbon on the back to give it a corset look is a bit different but as soon as I walked into the bath and body works here 3 employees started hyping me up going off about how much they loved my coat, my platform docs and nails and it was the sweetest thing ever 🥺

I ruined one of my rings tonight when I closed a door and got it stuck between the doorknob and the frame. I'm trying not to be too bummed about it because I'll take it to a jeweler and see if they can replace the big quartz stone that got lost in the carnage. but ngl I am bummed.

I think I'm more upset about it than usual because this is my second week in a row of family social obligations. my social battery is absolutely dead and I'm supposed to attend brunch tomorrow and I'm tired just thinking about it.

(I feel like most of my personal posts have been bummers lately lol. things aren't actually that bad, it's just a lot all at once and I'm tired.)

#the good part of not living near my parents is that we get some much needed space #the bad part is that whenever we visit each other it is a nonstop marathon and i get very little alone time #random text post silliness #ughh my apartment is such an accurate reflection of my life recently #it's a mess in here and i have not had the time or energy to tidy it #i think that's part of why my mood has been meh lately #I'll be a lot happier once i don't have to look at stuff everywhere
