went to check in on the bells hells lads stats cuz I wanted to see what Orym's Strength score was (its 10 btw in case you didn't remember like me asjhda) and i had a laugh at the fact that both Chetney and Ash are at 18 Strength. Man... I gotta draw Chet more beefy!

Hey! While at work today I met someone wearing qilliqti (I'm not sure if that's solely an Inuktitut word, and if it is, what the Inupiaq translation is, google was no help) today and i was surprised to see they were unbraided, which I thought was the usual way to wear them. Do you know this some kind of regional difference or simply another way to wear them? (It's International Circumpolar Inuit Day in my country!)
To my knowledge that's not an Alaskan style. The closest i've found in my research is a Saint Lawrence Island Yup'ik style where strings of beads, typically with loops, are worn in the hair
I don't know the word for this style.
Looped braids aren't unknown amont the inupuiat, but it's always, as far as I can tell, two side braids that use all the hair rather than small braids at the brow
But yeah, i've never seen anything accurately described as qilliqti (the irl style that water tribe "hair loopies" resemble) in Alaskan history
