I will answer right off the bat though who I think she'd have the most chemistry with and that would be BTAS!🐧 birb. And leaning more towards The New Batman Adventures where he looks posher like the 60s RL birb. (also i love paul Williams's voice so i'm biased alkfjwer) Idk if you ever watched the animated series? But I like how they wrote him in that series. Like the episode where he legit tries to go good I felt bad for him since he did a lot of faux pas, socially, and... in a lot of other stuff like even eating, and instead of anyone helping him they just made fun of him and tried to take advantage of him. But he's been shown to be romantic or open to it (romance that is) and Sophie is more open if the other person is more open. So they'd have a better time connecting. She'd find it amusing also how he has henchwomen nicknamed after birds, as well as this version, likes animals a lot. I think in the animated series his BG story, or one of them, was his mother owned a pet shop and it was not that he was old money like in other versions. Generally, this version of the round birb is a lot more sane but still sneaky, but smooth and calm so they'd complement each other well. ALSO I LOVE THE THOUGHT OF HER BEING TALLER THAN HIM AND JUST LEANING DOWN AND GIVING HIM KISSES! like fucking uhhhh morticia and gomez vibes.

NOW Gotham 🐧 is who I originally made Sophie for. (yes i am that person who makes ocs cuz i want to ship canon characters alkfjwerkl) It's a lot more difficult but that's because they made Gotham Oz a lot more complex and complicated. As well as unhinged. They added Danny Devito Penguin as much as they added classic Penguin also. The actor actually even made remarks how they added Devito Pengy in. Um but it would really only work after that 10 year stint in Blackgate because if they met during like any of the seasons when the show was going on... She'd just be like "i hope this man dies." also they wrote him to be in love with The Riddler. Or they baited it soooo much but you know these CW writers or Fox writers or whatever. But they totally had feelings for each other! Or it was so one sided for Oz. BUT I DIGRESS. I really just wanted the chemistry of them having a back and forth, being cunty to each other but they work so well in business and playing games. It was less about love and romance at first and more... Gotham is a big chessboard and Oswald is a Chessmaster and she could be one also, but prefers to be Chessmaster Sidekick trope. I just wanted a character that could outperform him and for him to know that but can't do anything about it... Because she can use magic and simply petrify him, so he'd have to figure a way out around that or get her to join him but along the way they fall for each other. But it takes a long ass time since fucking Gotham is full of betrayal and shit happening every episode so his ass is super paranoid, insecure, a sociopath. I just want conflict.

Arkham!Games Penguin... Total bastard. Sophie would just be 'this man needs to leave' just like how she feels about Black Mask at that point. But at least Black Mask I think.. I think if I remember right he freaks out when his GF gets killed so even Roman kind of has more of a romantic or at least possessive bone in him. Because OZ in that game is such... a little bastard lmao also he's sort of not smart. At the beginning of the second game bruce wayne is seriously doing parkour right in front of him and he doesn't make the connection that could be Batman. tdlr he's not romantic and if she is not desired by her SO then snake lady don't want him.

Okay so I split the humans and mermaids up meaning group one is

Edd,Susan, Amanda,Anya,Patrick,and izzy(the humans)

And group two is

Tord,paul,Jenny,roxxi,tom,and Matt(the mermaids)

So basically I thought I would go off of the characters personalitys and and the place they take in eddsworld episodes and head cannons and I think these made good head cannons so enjoy

So imma give short explanation

Edd & Roxxi: edd would meet her sun bathing on the beach or something because he went down their to meet with friend's but got lost,plus she seems very flirty and I like the creature flirting with the human so...yep.

Tord & Anya: (already have their own stuff but imma add on) basically she visits him every day after work and the talk for hours .

Tom & Susan: from most of your animation,streams, and especially from the hazbin au I like to think Susan was part of a Mean(group? Or pod?) Of mermaids and one day she got feed up with them and left only to meet a drowning tom after he fell of a party boat.

Matt & Amanda:( I really liked this one) since Amanda loves photography and stuff I belive she would be a ocean photographer,and one day she went to sit behind some rocks to look at her work and somehow sat on Matt's tail as he was on the beach looking for shells,rocks,and other shiny objects.

Patrick & Jenny : he got dragged down to the beach by Anya as she wanted to hang out with him but also go see her "secret friend" so once she trailed off pat began to explore and every once and a while he would hear something splash from the water he ignored it until Jenny just dived out from the ocean infrot of him and all she said was "HEY! I just wanted to say you look really really cute,BYE!!) And jumped back into the water leaving him flustered and confused.

Paul & izzy:( I know you don't do alot for them but I had a idea) izzy was a marine biologist and she had seen Paul many times just chilling in the water and decided to take her chances and talk to him didn't really work well as the first few times he tail wiped her with water an swam off but eventually he let her talk to him and agreed to let her study him as long as he would like.

This took a while but it was worth it plus some head cannons are still in the works for me and as always you can change anything on here,hope ya liked it tho :).

All of these were very close to my ideas for the Au.

I kinda had the idea that Izzy Amanda (and the other bg people from my army hcs) worked at the Marine Biology research center, tho Amanda mostly did photos for the blog.

Bing is a scientist and Jenny is his half sister (who is also half mermaid, and can change more freely, while others need a decent amount of magic and practice)

Patryk had moved there for the summer as a job opportunity for the tourist season, and Anya is there bc the army rejected her and she needed to be somewhere new to clear her head.

She and Pat become friends aaaaaand Tord tries to drown him thinking he's trying to become Anyas "mate" and Jenny has to both save Pat and smack sense into Tord.

Which afterwards, Jenny takes every and any chance to both startle and follow Patryk around. Jenny also helps Anya get a job at the research center helping take care of the animals to keep Tord docile now that they have more tine together.

Things I love about Alola/S&M in honor of the 1-year anniversary of Ash’s victory (and maybe a bit bc of last weekend too)

The warm, laid back atmosphere (yet, like no place, it’s not perfect, as there’s some dark stuff happening in the bg)

The music is awesome

Basically the entire cast is one big family

Ash finally has a father figure (and a place to stay for a longer period of time)/later on a full ‘Alolan family’ (which is even canonically called such and it’s wonderful :3)

Speaking of which, Kukui best professor (and dad) hands down. I love how he deals with the kids’ shenanigans and hey, never forget that time when Kukui decided to get a famous baseball player to teach his pupils just bc Ash seemed to enjoy the sport :’) (I dare to say that Lei will be a spoiled bb)

The little home-y moments, f. ex. Ash simply doing dishes with his Alolan family while casually chatting. Maybe not everyone cares about them but I sure as heck do.

Ash gets to act like the kid that he is (and go to school) yet he’s still a good trainer (I also love the softer version of Ash we see in this series)

Ash’s team is awesome too

TR is the best it’s ever been, I was honestly getting a bit tired of them at one point but S&M returned my love for them (their bond with their ‘mons, that they actually do a lot of honest work and even occasionally forget their original goal instead of trying to catch Pikachu every ep, protective mama bear, the arguments with Matori…)

The Aether arc was imo better executed than in the games. Not saying that there weren’t any flaws (I was particularly annoyed that Faba had v little consequences for his actions) /but/ I 100% preferred this version of Lusamine to the game one; it just made more sense to me. Also, I definitely did cry at the Lillie remembering scene :’)

Daring to deal with even serious topics, first Stoatland, then Minior and Mallow’s mother…

… And also bringing us some adorable moments like the entire wedding episode (and continuing that with the baby :’))

I definitely was emotional during the final episode of the Necrozma arc too

The Ula’ula arc was awesome, I especially love Nanu and Acerola’s interaction bc they are a lot of fun! (Also Nanu is kinda creepy but in a way that weirdly entertaining?)

MASKED ROYAL bc yes the eps in which he was were some of my favorites!!

Basically, I just love Kukui in general and the episode in which Ash timetraveled to meet him as a child was sweet even tho I’m in desperate need of rewatch bc I remember too little of it.

And finally, the thing that /really/ made me love S&M: the league. Yes, of course I am so happy that Ash won after all those years but it was more than just that: it was the longest league we’ve ever had, Guzma got some development, Mallow and Lillie found their trainer sides as well, Gladion and Ash laughing for the cheer fun of battling, etc, etc :’)

And of course, the most epic battle this anime has ever had (sorry at those who still claim that Ash vs Paul was that): Ash vs Kukui :’) I loved every moment of it from the moment Ash found out he was really battling his dad Kukui instead of ‘Masked Royal’ and Burnet fainted because she was so excited, to Ash and Pikachu’s epic final Z-move.

OK, I should probably stop before I get too ‘adsbhfh’ but anyway, basically, I love Alola :’)

Pokémon Problem

I’m gonna try and collect my thoughts about this but there is an issue that the Pokémon community needs to talk about more to which I don’t see any, or that I just happen to be missing when looking up Pokémon posts on here and Twitter. I don’t know how long this will be and I’ll probably make some spelling errors along the way (though will try to correct any I see A.S.A.P.), so I’ll make a keep reading bar and put my information below.

As of June 1st, there’s only two posts about the problem here

So we all remember when Logan Paul created his first Pokémon unboxing video last year (or the year before; the pandemic has made my sense of time more terrible than it usually is). 

My brother’s the one that first showed it to me, though I’m not too sure it was this ass’s first video. My brother knew I still loved Pokémon since I always ask for something Pokémon related for one of the options for Christmas and I thought that was sweet of him. 

As a kid, Pokémon was always a big part of my life. I watched a couple of the show’s episodes, played whatever games I was able to get, and collected cards. Out of all of the Pokémon things I tried to own, the cards were usually the easiest to collect. They were cheaper than VHSs/DVDs and the games, and they were very accessible! Whenever my parents went out, and my sister and I came along, we’d usually be able to nab a pack if we went to the gas station. Not only that, but my grandparents even helped us out by buying any cards or packs they saw whenever they went to any garage/yard sales and would gift them to my sister and I.

Back to the issue-

At first, I thought the Pokémon unboxing video was an innocent upload that would help give birth to new fans of the franchise, and in a way it did. Even if that ass might not have changed and gained any morals, he still had tons of impressionable followers and it didn’t seem like there was anything malicious attached to the video at the time. It was only after thinking about what I was watching that some fears about the video pop into my mind. It seemed like there were lots of excited commotions every so often, to which came from finding legendries and holos inside some packs. This would be normally fine, since these are rare cards, but as the video went on and more rare cards were found the more I realized this wasn’t about reliving the feeling of opening cards to add to a collection, this was just about how much a card was worth and how much money they would eventually get once they sold it.

Don’t get me wrong! People can collect for the purpose of price alone, but as Logan uploaded more videos about “finding” crazy expensive cards inside booster packs, the more my fears became front and center. I didn’t even hear about what else Logan did in these videos until the Pokémon problem got really bad and I had to look up how it became a problem.

Apparently there was a “Pokémon card expert” that Logan Paul decided to bring into his videos to tell the audience how much each rare card was worth as well as advise the team on what packs to buy. Hilariously the dude had purchased packs for other people as well, because of his connection to Logan’s unboxing video(s), and they turned out to mainly be useless or at least non-rare cards. There’s a theory that I have about it after watching this video, so I was going to say how ironic it was that it happened at all, but now I’m pretty sure the dude knew what would be in the box and was hoping the group he was with would open the it once he was gone.

Because of things like this, even with the duped “expert’s” purchase, a lot more people have been getting into buying cards. Again, I’m not saying that buying Pokémon cards for profit is a bad thing, but it’s generally a bummer when there’s more competition with people grabbing good packs just to have a better chance at getting the legendries and holos.

Unfortunately the problems don’t end there and it’s not even the worst of it. Because the videos were doing so well, more people decided to take part in buying their own booster packs and record their finds. Even Youtubers that were not known for Pokémon participated! From what I can see, most videos are basically just the creators trying to get in on the bandwagon, getting into the craze to get money as well as to help grow their channel. Obviously nothing bad and there weren't any messages directly towards the audience to buy as many cards as one can.

Even if the other channels weren’t directly responsible, the usual clickbait titles and expressions thumbnails would work like they’re supposed to and get people to check the video out. It was clear Pokémon was popular again and certain money hungry people knew that this was a safe bet to try and get in on the action. Since it was mainly the card collecting of the franchise that was affected, many people started rushing to start a collection for the first time while others dusted off their old collection and restarted buying packs. I, myself, definitely returned to collecting 4 dollar packs at Walmart when I found any available, yet as the pandemic continued and people had the money to spend, a new problem arose. 

Because of the increased popularity of cards, people that think of ways to make a profit have tainted the hobby. People created connections with vendors; they kept schedules of when stores restocked and headed there early just to buy out the store’s card stock and sell for double the price on seller sites or their own.

As of the first of June most if not all stores have pulled cards off shelves and have halted any sales. What used to be a hobby where the products were easy to acquire, now people can really only buy Pokémon cards online. And even then there’s no guarantee... Though I’m only slightly sad for myself for not always being able to get a pack every so often, I’m more frustrated about this situation for the kids. 

When I was their age, even if I didn’t really know how to play the game, I loved collecting Pokémon cards for the art and to possibly get my favorite pokémon. Even if I didn’t get them, there are tons of mons that I liked and get excited to see when opening packs! Now, kids that want to get into collecting, or have been collecting can’t go to Walmart or Target to get their usual packs anymore because of this. Like I stated before and even in the picture above, cards aren’t always available online either! Pages of the Pokémon Center’s TCG inventory have mostly been stamped with a sold out sign most of the time. The only other sites that sell them are from the very same people that created this problem in the first place. Scalpers. 

Guys, we need to do something about this! 

Not just for us to have a better chance at gaining cards, but for kids to be able to actually get a pack for a normal price! The ones who are the actual demographic.

season three episode three

Let me start off by congratulating the producers – not you Ish – on this great episode. I finally feel like we’re back to THE SHOW. Not a weird Bachelor spin-off with minimal drama and blatantly horrible editing (see: Juliette’s grad party scene, where Chloe’s nails change color DURING THE PARTY.) Nope, we’re done with that and back to the good stuff, so on that note, let’s cut to the feeling.

Come ON MTV it’s like you weren’t even trying. And yes, I created this, and no, I don’t have a life.

I know I’m going to like an episode when it starts off with the angelic sounds of my lord and savior, Ariana Grande. As break up with ur girlfriend, i’m bored plays, we zoom into Cara’s house. Personally, I’m hoping to see Victoria. Alas – it’s just Cara…and Garrett. God, Garrett STOP. Your ex-girlfriend has already outlined exactly how Cara is using you – since she did the exact same thing - and you’re still asking Cara on dates? This is so cringe. Where’s Victoria?!

Even though Garrett can’t score a date, Brandon can! Maybe instead of asking Cara to go look at babies, you should ask her to rollerblade, G Baby. As Amanda and Brandon glide around the Key, we learn that Brandon is celebrating his 24th birthday on Friday! And it’s “24, Like, Karat Gold Slash, Like, Pirate, Sort Of” themed, of course! He debates whether or not to invite Juliette while giving us viewers amazing helmet safety tips. Meanwhile, after Cara has removed G Baby from her property, she makes her way to Chloe’s to checkuppé on her. This is where we learn that Chloe has officially called the cops and filed a police report. I have a lot of opinions, but more on this later.

Okay, something I haven’t touched on because I wish it wasn’t happening I haven’t had time is that Kelsey and Jared have sparked a little romance. If you don’t remember, while Kelsey was dating her random LA boyfriend, Jared was the 86th person she cheated on him with. I see this going well! I mean, it always works out when you leave someone you cheated on for the person you cheated with. Right? Plus, there’s Twisted Tea and mudding involved, so Kelsey can rest assured she’ll be going on sophisticated and expensive dates instead of the shitty and poor dates that Garrett used to take her on.

FINALLY, the C + V scene I need and deserve. Donning a black one-piece that contrasts perfectly with her frozen fruity pink drink, Victoria is effortlessly exuding two polar opposite, chaotic energies. I’m getting “sassy”, but I’m also getting “I’ll fuck you up if you insult my 90’s Quiksilver skater shoes.” AKA, I’m getting Avril during the Girlfriend era. And I love it. As she floats next to Cara in the pool and shockingly proclaims that she’s not into guys, (what?!) I’m on my knees praying to God himself that she become a main cast member vis-à-vis a relationship with Cara. It’s Victoria’s show, and we’re all just living in it, baby. After Cara’s bizarre comment about how her parents punish her by locking her in their wine cellar (weird flex, but okay) Victoria giggles about how dumb Garrett is and we move on.

We leave C and V for a Madisson and Kelsey reunion, but it’s not a happy one. Madisson delivers the unfortunate news that Chloe may be pressing charges. Oh no! I would be really upset by this, but I can’t focus on the content of Madisson’s words because of how she’s delivering them. Madisson, we fully understand that you’ve been to an acting class in LA because you won’t shuttupé about it, so you can stop over-enunciating everything that comes out of your mouth. Thanks!

After Kelsey tells Juliette about her impending stint in Florida prison, she gets understandably upset. Luckily, Boring Robby is there to teach Juliette how to apologize. Don’t say he never did anything for her! I want to point out that Kelsey truly has been redeeming herself this season. She’s been pretty level headed and a very good friend. If only Boring Robby could do the same… Later in the day, Kelsey confronts Robby about another thing Madisson spilled during their meetup. Apparently, while Juliette was fighting everyone last week, Boring Robby had the audacity to applaud her! How gauche. Boring Robby vehemently denies these claims, saying, “Always take the high road, because the low road is way too crowded,” and, “Silence is the best way to react to a fool, and happiness is the best revenge.” First of all, stop lying about things that were FILMED on national television. You’re now Boring Robby: The Liar. Second of all, why are you the human embodiment of my ninth grade Pinterest quotes board?

Grab your pillows and sleeping bags because we are heading to a SLUMBER PARTY! But before anyone can start braiding each other’s hair, Chloe begins to stir the pot, yet again. She delights in bringing up Brandon and Amanda’s new relationship right in front of Madisson. But to distract from the awkwardness, Amanda changes the subject to her missing phone. After the fight, she lost her phone and no one has been able to find it. She starts to give us a play-by-play analysis of why and how she thinks Boring Robby: The Liar stole it. I’m sorry, am I watching Joe Goldberg on You, or am I watching Amanda on Siesta Key? 

It’s the day of the BG’s bday, and I’m so excited to see everyone’s 24 Karat Gold Slash Like Pirate themed outfits! They don’t disappoint - G Baby and Victoria are even matching!! I’ve never screamed so loudly in my life. Garrett obviously refuses to drink, and we’re off to the party. But first, there’s one guest who needs to arrive.

As Alex descends from his family’s PJ strapped with Louis luggage, a BEER, and fresh digs straight from the Siesta Key mall, I can feel the blood coming back into my body. I can feel individual atoms multiplying. I can feel my soul re-entering my empty, hollow frame. I feel exactly like Bella in the fourth Twilight novel, Breaking Dawn. After her half-human, half-vampire baby has eaten its way out of her uterine lining, Edward is forced to do the unthinkable: steal Bella’s mortal soul by turning her into a vampire so she has a shot to survive. (It’s the second time in the series that vampire Edward is forced to resist sucking all of Bella’s enticing blood to save her – that’s true love.) As she starts to respond to his venom, each and every one of her cells begins to freeze over and restore life to her body. Suddenly, she is awake. Her vision is sharp, her mind is clear, and she’s never looked better. And that’s EXACTLY how I felt as Alex exited his plane.

I expect nothing less than for Alex to arrive at BG’s party with three underage Ukrainian mail-order brides. And he doesn’t disappoint. Unfortunately for the brides, he immediately begins discussing relationships with Cara. It’s fun to see Cara pride herself in not cheating on people for the past year. I kind of feel like that should be a given, but okay. As they’re undressing each other with their eyes talking, Garrett is having an interesting convo of his own. Classic Chloe starts stirring the pot AGAIN by telling Garrett that Cara is using him. Really Chloe? Cara is supposed to be your best friend. What’s more shocking is that VICTORIA starts to betray Cara as well. This causes an immediate fight between Carrett. They leave the party and start screaming at each other in the jungle. I’m so enraptured by the fight that I momentarily forget they’re at a themed party and fixate on Garrett’s outfit. Why am I watching Garrett Miller scream in a jungle dressed as a pirate? Oh, right. Anyways.

Even though Cara and G Baby are scream fighting, the party continues to rage on. And everyone is makingoutté. Kelsey and Jared, Amanda and Brandon... something is in the air! It must be the pirate theme. #LetsGetScurvy. But one person isn’t feeling the love – Madisson. With Dad gone, she has no one to kish. Clearly bothered by watching her friend and ex-boyfriend eat each other’s faces, Madisson decides to give Brandon the sad news that Amanda is using him. Whether or not she is, Madisson has no right to give her opinion on the matter. And BG says exactly that. Good for him! Another person surprisingly not making out with someone is Alex. He’s too busy being an asshole to Kelsey and telling anyone who will listen that Boring Robby is bad news. Probably true, but literally no one can be worse than he is, except maybe Pauly Paul. In other news, WHERE IS PAUL.

Unfortunately, the next scene doesn’t involve Pauly or Victoria – just Chloe and Juliette. Juliette shows up after Chloe gets out of work to hopefully avoid jailtime hash things out. Now strap in because I’m about to explain exactly where I stand with the Chloe/Juliette drama, and if you aren’t completely focused, please take a 10mg Adderall, wait ten minutes, and check back in.

Okay, hopefully, you’ve taken amphetamines and can really dial in. Here goes: I realize that Chloe is a necessary evil - it’s an indisputable fact that there would be no show without her antics. No one is as shameless when it comes to talking shit and completely ruining their friendships for the sake of television. And for that, I deeply respect Chloe. (I realize that sounds sarcastic but I am dead serious. Thank you for taking one for the team, Chloe.) But I simply cannot stand when she gets what’s coming to her then plays the innocent victim. Obviously, violence is not cool, and Juliette should be embarrassed by her behavior. But Chloe knew exactly what the outcome of that conversation would be. She was banking on a wasted Juliette reacting horribly. With Chloe, you simply cannot win. Earlier in this episode, Chloe verbatim says to Madisson and Cara, “If the roles were reversed, I would have shown up at her house, apologizing.”

Now cut to this scene, where Chloe verbatim says to Juliette (after Juliette shows up at her workplace) “I really don’t know why you’re here, so if you can please leave and leave me alone.”

Juliette said it best herself – “Chloe is my best friend when I’m miserable. When I’m actually thriving…this type of stuff happens.” Let’s take a moment to analyze the similarities and differences of how Chloe and the rest of the cast handled Chloe’s altercation with Amanda during season one, in which Amanda broke Chloe’s nose and sent her to surgery. After sending Chloe to the hospital, Amanda justifies her actions by saying that Chloe started it first. So everyone is okay with Amanda decking Chloe. The fact is, Chloe started it first here, too. Chloe swatted at Juliette’s hand first. So why did everyone grab coffee with Amanda, but ostracize Juliette? Amanda even had a sit-down conversation with Chloe after her surgery expecting Chloe to apologize. The inconsistencies and hypocrisy present…I CANNOT.

Chloe acts like everyone’s best friend to stay relevant and betrays them the second it benefits her. While I do agree that Juliette is only apologizing because she’s scared Chloe will press charges, I think people who talk shit, unfortunately, get hit, on occasion. Until next week!

BREAKING NEWS: Radio Anchorman of RBSFM Bacolod has Died at 54

BACOLOD, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL -- A flagship local radio programme in Hiligaynon dialect of 11 MBPS (Mga Balita kag Public Service) airs his final radio show for health reasons of 103.9mhz DYQU-FM's Radyo Bandera: Sweet FM Bacolod last Tuesday morning (September 7th, 2021), just a week before he was died.

His name is Rushmore Funtevilla Ubas, where he was born in December 14th, 1966. The legacy of his Radio Commentaries, Public Service and the Latest News in Bacolod & Western Visayas. Listeners are tuned in region-wide in Western Visayas including Facebook LIVE (in a TeleRadyo-style format) with a thousands of listeners here in the Philippines and around the world in most of the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs).

During his final radio show, he was encouraged for its Facebook viewers or radio listeners rather to interact as you want while he was tackling a hottest issues and topics of the day. However, he won't be reading any of its nonsense such as the haters in toxic, offensive trolls, negative backlash, etc. in every said of its both of them. Shoutouts and Greetings via Facebook comments and text messages in Short Messaging Service (SMS) is rarely valid for now. He'll be only focused professionally as a balanced news and public affairs format every Weekday mornings at 11am onwards (Bacolod local time).

As his final radio episode ends, he plays an extro with the Original Pinoy Music (OPM) called "Pasko Ang Damdamin" by Freddie Aguilar under the album of "Diwa ng Pasko" in late mid-October 1994, along with a final batch of greetings before 1pm.

He was a former Assistant Station Manager and a Radio Anchorman of DYWB-AM 630khz's Bombo Radyo: Bacolod for Zona Libre and 104.7mhz's Muews Radio Negros in Talisay, Negros Occidental as stated from its Facebook post in Hiligaynon dialect to Radyo Bandera (an Internet TV affiliation for this news organization in Dumaguete City). And in 2017, Ubas joins for a newest radio programme as he moved here through Radyo Bandera as "11 MBPS" was born.

With a few changes in radio programming, Jean Paul Cañete Generoso will be replaced as final last Thursday (September 9th, 2021), followed by his saddened announcement of its death to Ubas as Generoso noted by this Wednesday morning (September 15th, 2021), an hour later before the radio programme on his first day of radio broadcasting.

Generoso adds, he will be replaced as a radio anchor from "Sentensyador" to Rods Palma the same day, "I am very saddened to inform everyone, ang inyo na-anda na ng anchorman na tingog sa kada alas-11 sang udto basta ala-1 sa hapon, no other than our captain, ka-Banderang Rushmore Ubas... Ang nakakilanlan sa buong sa inyong prayers, ara siya subong na-admit sa isa ka ospital na hindi maayo na kondisyon. And by health reasons, nag-resign si Ubas as he submitted his resignation in RBSFM Bacolod. We were suprised because, last ko sa nakita is Martes eh (September 7th, 2021), sa Miyerkules (September 8th, 2021), nag-absent siya... And if you can remember, ako abi ang naka linya adan na 2nd liner niya. Whenever there will be an anchor, ni-ara ki dapat 2nd liner. In fact, hindi ako tapos in my humble self sa substitution kay Ubas, he is the only one".

The Bacolodnon & Western Visayas radio listeners and Facebook viewers of RBSFM Bacolod tries to pray in for Ubas but, it was all too late.

In a radio interview of RBSFM Bacolod during the 11 MBPS radio programme with Generoso, as his best friend of Ubas is a local physician doctor tells to Radyo Bandera... There is a family history of Diabetes which is due to a low blood sugar level drops down equal to 50 over 50 last December 2020. Christmas celebration for Ubas cancels out, except for everyone else in Bacolod and Negros Occidental. Until this past week today by mid-September 2021, Eljohn Castaño (Station Manager of RBSFM Bacolod) accepts his immediate resignation in health reasons.

Physician Doctor says, he was confirmed dead at 10am onwards by this Wednesday morning as he suffered for a Myocardial Infarction just days after he was resigned from RBSFM Bacolod.

Yves Montecillo (president of the Negros Press Club) told the Philippine Daily Inquirer, an unexpected cause ended up for a vaccine of Corona Virus Disease-19 (CoViD-19) as received from a Johnson & Johnson jab. Montecillo warns the entire community of Western Visayas is to follow a health protocols off from this said virus, "I urged all NPC members to continue implementing the health standards to prevent the spread of CoViD-19 and to get vaccinated if possible".

Ubas is positive for CoViD-19 with a few complications and dies afterwards as Montecillo noted from the NPC. He was laid to rest at a nearest cremation in Bacolod.

well if you want a taste of harry on gbbo...there’s a gbbo au and it’s amazing! but yeah....sigh. i just really want to witness him in that environment and surrounded by pastel baking decor in the english countryside tbh. i don’t think his bakes would be extra looking really...i expect classics with a twist lol. maybe a little penache decorating wise. other than when they have that one challenge where they have to make like, a scene from sugar or something lol. but yeah, i do agree about him being pedantic and a perfectionist :) but i want to see him pout and get all huffy when his mousse doesn’t set or when Bernard takes his ice cream out of the freezer and leaves it on the counter for 15 minutes. or him giggling behind his hands whenever Paul says “soggy bottom” :)))
