Hiii! As some of you know, my blog has been suspended and deactivated. I’ve been attacking support for many days in a row (including their Twitter, thank you Fae! I used that thing for the first time in my life :D) and even asked some of you to help me AND WE MANAGED TO REACH THEM! I was even sent a separate message saying "please don't ask your friends to report the same issue. We know they love you, but they’ll clog up our system and make it harder for us to respond quickly" skjdasjkjs. I don’t know if it really interfered or helped, but we were definitely noticed and heard! Thank you all for being with me, for all your kind words, for your support and for helping me with this mess. I thought I'd lost everything and didn't want to start over, but now I'm here again and I'm incredibly happy. I love you all very much!!!

WHAT GOD ARE YOU?

— force of flood.

It’s torture. You feel every blade of grass, every kitchen tile, every little set of running feet as you consume the land. You don’t mean to! You’re so angry! Why do they treat you this way!? You were an ocean spirit once, calmly sending waves and rains inland. The people were happy, you were pristine. Now every summer they have only built more, dumped more, stole more from you. WHY COULDN’T THEY BE HAPPY WITH THE RAINS AND GRASSES? “I WILL WASH AWAY YOUR ROADS! I WILL SOONER WIPE YOU FROM THE EARTH THAN SUCCUMB TO YOUR SLOW POISONING!”, you bellow from roiling brown flood plains.

You often appear as a small green light, constant as the North Star in the eyes of longing souls. There you are across the bay that separates lovers. There you are, a faint green landmark on top of a mountain, inexplicably radiating a great ache for ‘home’. Many have tried to find your source and all have failed. It saddens you that you must leave before they reach you, but you have yearnings of your own. You are looking for your lover, looking for your home, every night.

[Distant roaring noises] You come from pressure and intense heat. You want to escape this place so badly but know you would hurt the gentle world above. [Grinding] You must cool slowly, expand into your solid self. People will come to cool their minds to you one day, but for now you are raw [the ground trembles].

You are a very powerful fire demon (you think so anyway). Since this house was built in 2008 with an electric heater, the occupants have never called upon you. You wonder what you would do if they lit you up (burn the place down probably). You want to roar ferociously and combust into fire the size of the sun! For now, you lay in the hearth invisibly next to unlightable decorative candles and wait.

You were born free! As free as the grass grows! You could go in so many directions right now you might pull yourself apart trying. There are kites to fly and wheat to whip through and birds to knock around and- Oh no, you’ve tornadoed an old woman’s garage sale sign away. Go pick that up!

— spontaneous spark god.

You are charming, alert, alive! You spring from the friction of the world and into the spotlight. People pray to you to change their lives. They seek inspiration from you! They seek to recapture their youthful spark and enthusiasm for life! You are also quite responsible for cataclysmic life changing events. You are cursed for these and tend to put them at the very bottom of your god resume. You give a 50 year old woman the spark she needs to train for The Boston Marathon. You strike with lightning, the tree that sets off coast to coast burring season in the United States. You contain multitudes!

my fave edits of 2021

soooo it’s been A YEAR (AGAIN) and i’m still not consistent but i think this year really comforted me in the fact that i’m back making content indeed (even if it’s still motivated by strong hyperfixations) and looking back i can see some progress so i’m glad and i want to keep that positive feeling with me so i’m making a top 15 of my edits made in 2021 (out of 77 posts including edits, gifs, videos and writing i made this year 😱).

also i’d like to tag some mutuals, bc y’all inspired me to keep going and also it’s been rough for everyone and we deserve to be proud of ourselves, but there are no obligations to interact with this post or do this as well, like there’s absolutely no pressure and no rules. if you’re comfortable you can use this post as an excuse to share the content you made this year that you’re proud of as well. can be any kind of content (art, writing, edits, music, crochet, anything), can be one thing or twenty, you can just list them or elaborate on your pieces. if you’re not tagged or we’re not mutuals you can (of course) do this too only if you want to💗

so here’s what i’m particularly proud of (no order and with some coloring/no coloring comparison for gifs when i can):

1. my posters for my swtor oc rikie and the one for my swtor oc zalmos, i’m really proud of this series

2. this gifset for my swtor oc nathale (they loop perfectly??? still don’t know how i managed that and the coloring is cool as well)

3. my most popular edit of 2021, my presidium gifset

4. my syberia anniversary post.... 19 years after the first release that also marks the day of benoit sokal’s (syberia creator) passing

5. my kate walker gifset from the last syb:twb trailer (that caused me to decide to start using watermarks, hello syb account cm, no worries we’re cool now) also my most popular syb edit (her power <3)

6. my bg3 gifset for my oc delphene and wyll because they invented doomed romance <3

7. my bg3 gifset for my oc delphene and (technically) my oc hanka in the form of the tadpole, seeing them next to each other, really made me think more about their relationship

8. my first big gifset for arthur x guenièvre from kaa melott with blending, typos, coloring, the whole thing

9. another swtor gifset with rikie, because the coloring was so fun to work on (even if i was too lazy to correct her skin which is orange not red)

10. this old gay grandpa aka the gifset of sallustius from kaa, because yes AA i managed to neutralize your yellow filter!!!!

11.another kaa gifset for arthur and guenièvre where i tried a new thing aka animated text!!!

12. of course my cleopatra gifset from asterix & obélix: mission cléopâtre (monica bellucci is to die for and i really love my coloring)

13. my latest bg3 oc gifset for tibanne bc i love the coloring even if this gifset of tibanne is my fave of all time

14. this coloring test of guenièvre from kaa, i’m happy about how it turned out

15. this mf big gifset for arthur and guenièvre from kaa (again), my biggest gifset project yet, after 2 weeks i can look at it again and i am so damn proud of it
