Comin’ real hard, man, Bumpin’ in your car, man; Finally caught up with a devil named Tarzan, Swingin’ on a vine, Suckin’ on a piece of swine; Jiggaboo come up from behind. Hit him with a coconut, stab him in his gut; Push him out the tree, he falls right on his nuts.

Could you please share with us one or two of your favorite workout music tracks? or maybe even a playlist? I'm kinda curious, since you look fit af
Ah thank yah! 🙌 Tbh I haven't sorted a workout playlist! I need to, it's just so daunting, I "like" any song I enjoy, so it's a big ol'mess of genres in there.
Last couple songs I ran to were, vvv

rap hot take, because I need to just write this down somewhere
Waka Flocka Flame was (and possibly still is) a good rapper. like it was a thing back when Flockaveli came out for some people to say he can’t rap. but like it’s not like he was coming up at a time when lyricism was at its height or anything. To me, he sounds just fine. sure, Hard in the Paint is pretty simple, but that’s your Character Introduction Song. there’s tracks on Flockaveli where he has some real bars, and of course, hate to go there but compared to what’s coming out these days, he’s Ice Cube in his Lench Mob days.
but what I always liked about Waka was his energy, all the adlibs, the shouting — which he was actually pretty vocally smart about, compared to like Lil Jon — and then just the precence in videos. you actually kinda get why Tyler and OF were fans of him*. and while there are rappers who do the same agression, no one else is doing it quite like he did. I don’t really liek Dark Trap that much because it’s so minor key. Waka was always Major Key. also yeah you can do emo rap with the anger and talk about feelings and or be Death Grips and shout about the dark web, but Waka talked Street Shit, and not that it makes it more ”real”, it’s just a real subgenre of rap, and it does hit different.
*they shout him out on Oldie, and I remember reading that it was very explicitly meant as a tribute. I say ”were” because I don’t read follow any of these people like that so I don’t know if the fandom persists. I would like to see Tyler and Waka sit down for like one of those youtube roundtable talks
