I was on r/Finland and someone asked if you can get a tattoo if you’re under 18 but have parental permission, and all the most upvoted comments are really smugly saying no reputable artist would ever do such a thing, and the bottom of the thread is people saying ”yeah I got like three when I was 16 and never got turned down”

Cults are not just a white people thing. Especially in the US, predatory high control groups actively target disenfranchised people, especially immigrant populations who don't have the best grasp of English, and entered the country with a head full of American exceptionality propaganda.
