I want a T-shirt with this so badly but I know next to nothing about making designs for T-shirts and printing them
I wanted to have a Tea-rex T-shirt but all of the designs were terrible so I decided to conjure up my own. But I came up with a joke for Latimeria instead! (At first it was meant to be Latte-meria but then an even better spin on it hit me square in the face)

getting emotional over footage of an amateur scuba diver interacting with a coelacanth. they are hunted by large deepwater predators, and here comes a large creature bearing the brightest lights it's ever seen, making strange noises, but it does not shy away. it hovers, calmly, as the diver reaches out and trails a hand down its back. im strongly against the anthropomorphizing of real life animals but the stupid emotional part of me loudly insists this is because it recognizes us, the alternating movements of its four paired limbs matching the diver's four paired limbs, & it is thinking, "hello, cousins, we missed you these 66 million years, it's so good to see you again. welcome back, welcome home."

If someone were to ask me what my ideal doll would be, my answer would always be a 1/6 scale mermaid with interchangeable legs and tail. Now no one has ever asked, but Depths Dolls went ahead and created Latimeria, my dream doll, anyway! The pics below are super quick and not great but I couldn’t wait (I haven’t actually had time to put the tail on yet but stand by for those pics when I have a minute).
The white wig is currently a bit crazy looking but will hopefully be able to be tamed.
The red will I think specifically be for when the tail is on.
The tail is so pretty!
Closed eyes pic turned out a bit blurry because of the hair and the autofocus on the camera, but the face is just as gorgeous as the open eyes faceplate in person!

just wanted to say hi bc i honestly haven't spoken to you in so long, and to make sure that you're doing alright.
but on another note, i created a second blog so that i could write yandere/horror/dark content, and i just wanted some tips, like where do i start off, how would i write these kind of things, etc. i plan to become a professional author once i finish college, so i'm hoping i can get a head start by writing here. pls don't feel pressured tho, i hope you're feeling amazing and having a good day/night! When it comes to getting started, there are some things you can do:
Open the inbox for requests/brain rots.
Post some drabbles/brain rots/fics of your own.
Reblog/interact with other writers if you’d like to find mutuals with similar interests.
Post your fandom list/what you will and won’t write for as well as rules/dni/byf so that visitors to your blog will know what to do before sending asks/interacting.
Make an introduction post to introduce yourself and your blog.
When it comes to writing dark content/horror/yandere:
Write only what you’re comfortable writing.
Use and tag the appropriate content/trigger warnings.
With any type of request, whether or not it’s dark content, you are always allowed to decline writing it for your own reasons.
If you want to create a certain atmosphere or evoke a feeling of fear/dread/tension/etc. listen to music or instrumentals that have similar vibes of what you’re writing about.
If writing and listening to music isn’t something you prefer to do, you can always watch or read something unsettling/tense/frightening beforehand and channel those feelings into your writing.
Utilize prompt generators and the like if you need inspiration or would like practice writing for specific horror elements.
Always be proud of your work! In most cases, you are your greatest critic. If you feel you’re doubting a piece of writing, you can always find beta readers who will be willing to read it and give helpful feedback.
With dark content, it’s important to remember: an author’s writing does not equal their real opinion/views. Just because someone writes about yandere does not mean they would support it in real life. It’s crucial to be able to differentiate fiction and reality when reading any type of fanfic, but this is especially true for dark content.

so regarding kaveh, i saw some leaks that essentially confirmed that he's gonna be a hot-tempered brat, which makes so much sense bc he's always complaining abt al-haitham. and i'm pretty sure that it's also confirmed that he's a blonde now, so he's gonna be a pretty boy, albeit very bratty,,
