#bg3 #thoughts about media #where's the outrage over the existence of a 1950s québécois dish in a medieval european setting? hm??#canada...canada doesn't exist in the forgotten realms. the land which this country occupies does- but the concept of the nation does not.#also! in the forgotten realms- bisexuality is the canonical norm and gender is much more complicated than just a clear cut binary.#several races have words in their languages specifically for transgender people.#and it's not viewed as strange in any way for someone to be transgender. transition is also super easy- as magic exists.#in fact. it's very probable that dame aylin CHOSE the form of a woman. based on what I've read- the divine can easily change their form.#and devils are all varying flavours of non-binary. primarily genderfluid it seems. it's totally normal for them to change form and pronouns #the majority of elven societies practice total gender equality- they do not see one gender as better/worse than the other in any way.#and bg3 actually does reflect the forgotten realms canon. pretty strongly. in this respect.#the illithid are genderless and referred to as such. your elven companions are all bisexual & polyamorous...#...duke stelmane has this title because it's a canonically genderless title. there is no use of sorceress/wizardess for the same reason.#and of course- your player character can swap gender & pronouns midway through the game and no one will care. at all.#like. for all the terrible problems with the forgotten realms- it's become FAR more aware of the fact that it's ridiculous for...#...a fantasy world to restrict gender and sexuality in the all-encompassing & discriminatory way that bigots demand.#also this isn't ammunition for anyone to pick on people who have lesbian/gay or straight tavs or durges.#my own main tav is a gay man.

I'm going to make a series of mods called 'It's Not a Bug, It's a Feature' specifically designed to make Skyrim worse and less playable.

#Children can fly but they cant land #All weapon enchantments have had their values increased to 40000 starting #Surprise! I manually deleted all the facegen data #Actually no not that one scratch that one #I swapped a bunch of models around randomly and renamed every interactive object in the world to random Latin words #Sometimes buckets are secretly dragons #Sometimes dragons are secretly buckets #One that just sets the final boss of bleak falls barrow to essential so you cant progress the game #I deleted the floors in all nord ruins (inspired by a fun mod conflict I had when I first started)#Ulfric Stormcloak follows you everywhere #He's not hostile or anything he's just there #You've seen mods that replace frostbite spiders with nords #now get ready for the mod that replaces nords with frostbite spiders #They are hostile and passive and quest-essential NPCs have also been replaced #The cc fishing but all you pull up are daedric artifacts #Beds can now walk around and may strike up a forced conversation with the player about the last person to sleep on them #(Somehow this was always maven blackbriar. She eats crackers in bed btw)#Also the beds are always hostile after this conversation ends #Getting arrested makes your hands bound like they are in the intro #You have to track down hadvar or ralof to untie you again every time

One of my favorite things about the Mario movie Bowuigi scene is the small possibility of someone recreating that said scene, but change it to where Luigi is interrogating Bowser.

#so just to clarify on this roleswap au idea: the only thing that would change is their roles #i.e. Mario and Luigi would be kings of the MK & Dark Lands while Peach and Bowser are plumbers (or something similar) in the real world #now their personalities on the other hand that would stay the same #e.g. King Luigi tries to question Bowser but he's a nervous wreak throughout the entire interrogation #you technically could switch both their roles and their personalities if you really wanted to #but the issue I'm kind of seeing with that is that there wouldn't be much point of a roleswap au at that point #e.g. if you have a roleswap au where Mario and Bowser switched both their roles and their personalities #then at that point I feel like Mario is just a redesigned version of Bowser (and vice versa with Bowser being a redesigned Mario)#does that make sense?#I should mention that I don't hate roleswap aus where both the roles and personalties are swap (I really don't)#but I'm intrigued in the idea of nervous Luigi attempting to interrogate Bowser (a literal 10 ft turtle-dragon who can easily kill him)#I'm not sure if anything I said makes sense but there's my two cents on a possible mario roleswap idea #also I will break your kneecaps if you ship Mario and Luigi together in this roleswap au #bowser #bowser nintendo #luigi #luigi nintendo #bowuigi #bowser x luigi #super mario #super mario bros #super mario movie #super mario bros movie #the super mario bros movie #mario roleswap #role swap au #mario au
