Heute haben wir die Yasaka Pagoda besucht 🎑. Es war wirklich wie auf Bildern. Da heute Sonntag ist, war ultra viel los aber trotzdem war es mega atemberaubend und schön. Viele kleine cute Lädchen und kleine Seitengassen, wo es anders aussah als gedacht ✨️. Mehr Fotos sehr ihr noch in meiner Story, die auch im Japan Highlight gespeichert werden 💜. Have you read Norwegian Wood? I finished it last week and once again I was completely smitten with Murakami’s knack of story telling. It’s a tale revolving around relationships of various kinds, young love, sexuality (a lot of it) and deep sadness in the late 60s and early 70s. ⛩ I find Murakami’s books difficult to explain which is why I feel one needs to experience them for themselves. That being said, this author is intense and probably not everyone’s cup of tea. ⛩ Lastly, I would like to point out that I think the title of this book is brilliant! Please listen to the Beatles song with the same name before and after reading this book. Day 5 of #30x30directwatercolor2018 today I painted Kyoto sunset. This is another one of my paint in the car on the go works. I drive around a lot and I like to find a cool place to park and take a painting break 😅 today's special was made using a super old mijello palette that I made centuries ago, filled with most random colors half of which turned out to be student grade - eeek! Da scrubbing to took to get some colors going!!! Yauuuuch! Paper is Strathmore 300 series watercolor paper @strathmoreart and brushes were Royal & Langnickel @royallangnickel.
