When they try to flirt for the first time (Monkey, Mantis and Crane)

Monkey

He saw you for the first time when you were starting working at Mr Ping's Noodle place, and boy... At the very moment he gazed at your bright smile while attending a table he was smitten.

He returned much later as a client. He wanted to talk to you, getting to know you better. He planned to order a bowl od noodles and the add "And a smile with it, please~" Yeah... A good pick-up line to break the ice.

"Hello. What would you like to order?" Oh no, his mind it's blank as the rice! "Yea-- Huh... Huh... Wh-- What do you serve here?" "... Noodles, some dumplings..." "Oh, yes, yes! A bowl of smile-- I MEAN -- M-Mile. Yes... huh" "A Mile of Noodles?" He do not dare to speak now... So ackward. "I'm gonna ask Mr Ping if it's in the menu." And you left.

He banged his head againts the table. What was that?! Now they would belive he's weird. The Master Monkey weird!! This is worse than having his brother getting all the girls in his teens. Or ever worse that the Love Letter prank that certain panda made on him. (Po: I said I was sorry!!)

Before he could recover, you were coming back. "There's no such a thing of a Mile of Noodles..." Monkey wanted to disappear so badly. "... but I think he's going to try to make it happen in the future." You said in a funny tone; just for that he gazed at you. "If you're still unsure, I would recomend you the noodle soup with radish and tofu." "huh... Well, that does sounds good." He's doing it. He's talking normal. "One Noddles soup with radish and tofu coming right up."

Mantis

He told himself that he was DONE with romance! No more Miss 'I'm a butterfly now', no more Hao... No more lovey dovey feelings! ... But then you entered at the Jade Palace as a servant, right at the front door with the sunset behing you, basking your presense in magnificent golden light. Yep, he's an hypocrite, but also a simp.

For once he's glad he's small, so he can keep a good distance without you noticing so he can admire you from afar... Oh, but he also wants to talk to you; but what could he say and do? Only a fool of himself. Like this time he was training in the patio, lifting some stones a weights...

"... 10...11... *huf*... 12--" He saw you coming to deliver a message to Master Shifu, and you indirectly stared ar his direction. " Twelve--- HUNDRED!!... *huf*" He throw the rock up avobe with great strenth and quickly made a pose. You both meet each other eyes... In a second. The stone landed right in front of Mantis... and over one of his feet. "YOW!!!"

Yow... He screamed 'YOW'?! Now, why didn't hold the scream like a man or screamed with a deeper tone or with a 'OUCH'?! Man, that was so lame. He was making a 'Po' of himself. (Po: Hey! Why Am I a expression?)

Mantis begged to not see you soon after today... But when he entered the kitchen to eat something THERE you are--- With a pained look? "Hey, are you ok?" "Oh, Master Mantis--" you wanted to bow with respect at the insect, but the monent you flexed your left wrist you hissed with pain. "--- Huh, I just got an accident, but I'm ok..." The green master quickly took a look at it. "That look sprained... Let me see it." You asured him that it was nothing but he insited. You showed the hand and the wrist, he carefully moved the hand with his 'hand thingies' with care. "I think I can fix it. May I?" You nooded. "Ok, let's get to the point." he try to joke, he did mange to get you a small smile. Aaaand... he 'ponited'. "YOW!" ... You both couldn't help to laugh

Crane

He didn't planned this to happen. He just was dragged by Po to see the Dancing and Music Festival of the Valley, and maybe eat something; he's with Po, so food it's mandatory... But then he saw you dancing. So gracefull and playfull... It was like his mind erased everyone and everything around the place, and you where the center of the universe... He did NOT planned to be so into you at all.

At the third time he came to see the festival, Po found out that Crane was coming just to see you. (Po: I'm in this story? Sweet!) And as a good friend, he was happy that Crane was in love with you!! And, yes, he would help him out to talk to you. Crane REALLY don't think it's a good idea... But again, he has no courage to even speak at your direction... You're so god-like in his eyes, and he was so nervous.

"Ok, now that they are resting, try to compliment them. Just say that you loved their dancing." The panda walked with the avian toward your resting spot. "Ok, huh... Your dance was great... Like that?" "Yes! Super easy. There they are, go on." Po gently puched him on your direction. He walked a few steps close to you, and you noticied his presense. "Oh, hi. Can I help you?" The poor tall bird stared at you umoved, at the third mississippi he... stturtered. "You--y--you heh... You dance good?"... Ackward... "I think I do?"

Po the rescue! "Hey there! I'm Po, Dragon Warrior, and this is Master Crane. He just wanted to tell you that your dancing back there was awesome." Thank godness he came, Crane was dying from the inside of embarrasment. You got up politly. "Why, thank you." "And..." Oh no, Crane knew that look of his eyes, the look of 'Po's having a bad idea' face! "... my friend here would like to know a few dance moves. Maybe you could..." "Po..." "Oh sure!" What? You said yes?!

Poor Crane was a sweating wreck. He was watching and placing his steps at the same tempo as you, while his panda 'possible' ex friend was watching from the distance giving him thumps up... Trying to not mess up the dance rutine. "Step and step... You are doing it great." "Huh, really?" he, managed to say. Looking at Po, encourage him to keep talking. "I-- I think I'm better at kung fu than dancing... i'm not-- Gracefull at all." Suddely, you tripped... Crane's fast move prevented you from hit the ground, gragging with his wings at your waist. Now you were face-to-face. You smiled. "Well, that was a gracefull catch." Crane let go a small giggled as he helped you to stand on your feet. Maybe it was a rush of the contact, or because of his friend quiet scream of the sutuation, but he gained enough confidence to ask you. "Maybe, you could teach me more some other day?"

Wolf bandit leader to Tigress: "HAHAHA! Sorry to break it to you, kitty, but you and your pudgy boyfriend are no match for us!"

Tigress, growling: "'kitty'?"

Po, taking a double take: "wait- 'BOYFRIEND'???"

The five and the group of bandits they're beating up: *freezes midfight* "uh oh."

Tigress, pounding her fist together: "I'll show you who's a kitty-"

Po, holding Tigress back: "WHOA WHOA WHOA FREEZE, PAUSE, TIMEOUT- I'M NOT- ME AND TIGRESS ARE NOT TOGETHER!"

The bandit leader: "you're not?"

The five and the rest of the bandits: "you're not??"

Tigress, surprisingly: "we're not?"

Po, flustered and sputtering: "wha-HUH-WAIT WHY ARE YOU ASKING THAT??"

The idea about names of KFP ships

I was inspired by one post with Genshin's ships names, so, I decided to do smth with KFP ones. Also, a warning that the list has some spicy ships. Let's go!

Po x Luthera (Pothera/LuthePo) - Dragonknightshipping Po is the Dragon Warrior, Luthera is a Knight + the formule is canon and explained in s2

Po x Veruca (Poruca/VeruPo) - Controversialblossomshipping They make each other blossom in different ways

Klaus x Veruca (Klaruca/Dumontcest) - Sectantmageshipping It's interesting that in one of translations their clan was interpreted as sectants, so I use this as a reason

Tired of his shit so you bit his hand.

If you've watched KFP 1 and the scene where Po makes Tai Lung bite his tail by accident and the "Meow" noise and his iconic scream

Imagine that but you biting his hand

If your KFP OC is for example, A leopard or a Black Panther (which is mine) or just a predator animal

I'm assuming you have sharp teeth so he had to get bandaged and cuddles+Kisses

"Sorry but somewhat not sorry for biting you"- From you

He forgave you but it hurt like shit for like...A month

If you're a prey animal, Like a bunny, Fox, Pig or squirrel, If you have sharp teeth then just read the other one but if not you didn't do much damage but my headcannon is that he has these "Reflex things" where if he gets injured or attacked he'll just start kicking and punching random stuff so he actually kicked you in the stomach

Man was almost SOBBING when he hurt you while your bite felt like a tiny papercut

This time, He's the one that is giving u kisses and cuddles because he has experienced being kicked in the stomach many times...Too many.

If he gets too annoyed at you, He'll just use his "special technique" that he used of the furious five (besides crane) on you for like...An hour until he un-does it and apologised for what he did

(He got a slap on the back of his neck for that)

Kung Fu Panda Legends of Awesomeness - "Huge"

Episode 49 overall

Synopsis:

Mantis ingests a growth potion that increases his size, but he soon learns that being big is no life for an insect.

Characters:

Mantis feel genuinely terrible for endangering Po and not being able to defeat the bandits.

It's neat to see them go back to the market Po learned about from Mantis.

Mantis continues to be brutally honest not only with other but also with himself. At first he loves his new body, but as soon as it becomes more of a hindrance then an asset he wants to change back. Only reason why he drinks more magic potion is to save Po. He didn't see any other option and it worked at first.

I love how everybody showed their opinions and doubts:

Crane asks if it hurt Mantis to turn huge.

Po thinks that as long as Mantis is happy it’s great.

Tigress asks Mantis if he’s sure.

Shifu shares his wisdom and lesson of the episode

Crane is still a doctor of the group.

Monkey jumping on Tigress was cute.

A ''it's okay to be small'' x ''giant monster kaiju battle'' episode. And it’s very enjoyable. If you like Mantis, you’ll like this episode.

Villains: Fung and the Croc Bandits are bitten by a duck/goose with an axe. That was funny. Lidong is their only truly formidable member. His backstory faithful with what we heard in his debut episode. He was small and then he grew bigger than anyone expected. Now he has a complex similar to Mantis. He has to be the biggest.

This is yet another ask I stalled on cuz I wanted to write a short skit for the dementia part I hate laziness (but tbh it's probably cuz I'm not a part of this fandom anymore still tho) either way am sorry for the really long wait anon 😣 *cutely ignores the "or" and does both prompts*

Dementia!Po

Typically develops due to old age/failing health, but in this case, it would make a little bit more sense for it to be a result of a bad head injury.

Fights can get rough, especially when you're dealing with a more powerful enemy, so, the enemy was fighting dirty, and did not show any mercy to Po.

The fight that is happening, would resemble the one that happened in s2ep7-8 of legends of awesomeness (if you don't know what I'm talking about, you're gonna have to look it up, I would rather not spoil in case someone who hasn't seen it is reading this)

I guess, because of his chi, he recovers a bit faster than a regular kung fu master, but he's still in bad shape

He's quite confused and disoriented, in which Shifu and the Five dismiss as a result of having engaged in a hard battle, not yet knowing the severity of the situation yet

They do recognize that he hit his head really hard, and take him back, and have a medical professional come over to check on him

As time passes, Po first starts to forget what he's talking about, and often stutters trying to remember what he was saying

Then he starts to forget how to do kung fu, and all the valuable things he has learned as Dragon Warrior

Then he starts to forget everything that's led up to him being in the Jade Palace.. is that the name? He's losing his memories.

The hardest part, is not forgetting about himself (last stage), but forgetting the people around him. His friends and family, he can't place a name to them, and it's like, he knows, but doesn't have the knowledge of them.

The gang tries to help him remember, by reminding him of his signature moves, giving him his favorite foods, even having him let the day off and have him do the things he likes, but it's not working

Even when they remind him of who they are, and what he'd call them if he was, well, himself, Po doesn't know who the people talking to him are.

For example, Monkey would tell him, "Hey.. remember me? Monkey? Your best pal? We'd pull pranks on the others a lot..." and his heart sinks when Po just looks back at him, with confused and dull eyes, he doesn't remember.

This is even worse than if he had died during the fight. At least they don't have to watch him lose somebody they knew so we'll, become someone they don't know at all.

It's frustrating for Po himself too, because, in the early stages, he knew that he recognizes, but he just.. he just cant.

Depressed/Suicidal!Po

Po isn't too good at hiding his feelings, especially if he's really feeling it hard, so it's kind of a stick out to the others something is up with him.

If I ever said anything otherwise about that uhmm no I didn't (I'm glad I'm watching Legends of Awesomeness and eventually paws of destiny because I had seriously forgotten people's character...)

A lot of the signs that Po is showing of depression, Crane notices easily, since he's struggling a little with some mental problems as well

He isn't sure if he wants to confront him about it or not, because he's nervous Po might get mad at him for getting involved in his business, after some thought, he decides, it doesn't hurt to ask...

It's night time, and Crane goes to Po's room to ask what is up with him.

Po gives him a look, and he's like, ".......what are you talking about?" He's not unhappy that Crane asked, he's scared that somebody knows about it, like, uhm, what, he'd been hiding it quite well but it got through?

Crane freaks, dang it, should have known this would happen, he rapidly starts to apologize he's like "aaah I'm sorry I'll leave, I didn't mean to bother you, I won't tell anybody I promise I wont-"

Po sighs, shakes his head, he can trust Crane.. he lets him in his room, and takes a deep breath, and says to him, "Okay, I'll tell you, but promise you won't tell Shifu or the others...?" And Crane promises, he will keep it a secret.

So Po tells Crane how he's been feeling lately, and some of the stuff he says, hits Crane directly in the heart, because he knows exactly how he feels. This is not about him, however, this is about Po.

Crane tries his best to comfort Po, and give him advice, worried that he might have accidentally said something that would make Po feel even worse

Well, Po is just happy to have somebody listen to him, and he's glad that Crane is here to talk to him about it, and didn't ridicule him about it (which is why he was scared at first, he thought he would get made fun of)

He thanks Crane for his time, Crane lets him know, he's not alone in this, there's always someone to help.

If Po is feeling suicidal, he probably had cut himself a little, and it'll take more than some talk for Crane to help Po feel better, and some extra steps to let him know, he's not alone, and people care.

I don't ship Prane (tbh I'm not really that huge of a shipper anymore, ships are cool and all but I prefer individual character content) but for the people that do here's some stuff for you guys

Crane immediately notices something is wrong, and wants to talk to him, worried.

Po's thoughts mainly include, what if Crane doesn't actually love me, and he only dates me cuz he feels sorry for me, he's feeling rather insecure as well as depressed and suicidal.

He thinks that he's being a waste of Crane's time, he should go date somebody else that's actually worth it.

Crane emphasizes the fact, he loves him, and him only, pulls him into an embrace, maybe a kiss as well, he has nothing to worry about.

He loves him for the way he is, and there's nothing he needs to change about himself.

Just Like This

Tigress gazed out at the Valley of Peace, which for the past twenty years had actually experienced its namesake. From the steps of the Jade Palace, she could see the new flourishing rice fields where the last battle had taken place. There had been other battles across the rest of China of course and even at her age she still fought in them. But here, they had finally achieved what Master Oogway had always hoped for. She only wished that those who had passed had been here long enough to see what they’d spent their lives fighting for, come to fruition. “Sorry.... I .... huh! I’m late!” Po gasped as he sat on the mismatched stone next to her, where nearly forty years prior he and Ty Lung had crashed into it. She smiled. Even after all these years stairs was a skill that the dragon warrior had never managed to perfect. Although now she guessed that it was caused more by his frailing bones than excess mass. His arm fell into place around her shoulders and she rested her head against his in return. This had always been their spot, even before they became couple. If after a long week of gruelling training sessions or a particularly difficult battle, they would come here, and remind themselves of what they had to protect.

They stayed in that position for a long moment, taking the time to savour each other’s presence and the break of peace before everything had to come crashing down again. “What did the doctor say? Is it terminal?” Po asked eventually, his tone serious. Unlike everyone else who either saw the Dragon Warrior as a goofball or a stern leader, she was privileged to understand both sides of him. “Yes.” In her voice were emotions that only Po had ever heard. And this time there was no miracle flower that he could search half of China for to save her. Although she knew that wouldn’t stop him from doing everything in his power to find a cure. Even if it only prolonged her life by another couple of years. She never thought it would end this way. She always assumed that she would go out in one last glorious battle. There was still time for that she supposed.

She felt his paw take hers, his thumb stroking her pads as though they weren’t harder than the ironwood trees that still grew strong outside the palace walls. “Do you want to talk about it?” She heard Po breathe near her ear. “Not now.” But they would talk later. Po had always been able to make her face the questions she’d shut out about herself, where the Furious Five had been too scared and Shi-Fu hadn’t cared enough about her to ask.

The thought of the Furious Five made her heart lurch. She wished she hadn’t been so cold towards them. They were the only ones who she could relate too. And she’d pushed them away for so long. If it wasn’t for Po crashing into their world with his once annoyingly caring attitude, she worried she never would have opened up to them. They hadn’t seen each other for a while now. Crane taught students with Mei Ling in the academy where he used to work as a janitor. Tournaments were often arranged between both of their schools. Viper was the head of the Emperor’s war council, although she still found time to perform her ribbon dances in the Royal Theatre. And would teach sessions on how to dance and fight with ribbons at Mei Mei’s studio. Monkey had spent the past few years travelling across China in his own search for inner peace. Unfortunately, Mantis never got to do any of those things, having sacrificed himself when thirty years ago he snuck behind enemy lines to ignite their entire stock of gunpowder, neutralising the entire enemy army. She gazed up at where his statue now towered beside Oogway and Shi-Fu’s. “Oh yeah I almost forgot!” Po cried interrupting her thoughts before they could go to darker places. “Lei’s coming over at the end of the week to pick Yan up.” For the first time that day, good news graced Tigress’ ears. Her and Po had never had children of their own. Po had always been keen, but Tigress never trusted herself not to treat them like how Shi-Fu had raised her. Besides, they didn’t need their own children when they had the largest orphanage in China and the next generation of Kung Fu masters to nourish and look after.

But Lei Lei would always have a special place in Tigress’ heart. She’d trained the panda since she had been a young cub until she was accepted as a member of the Emperor’s personal war council. Tigress hadn’t known it was possible to feel that proud. She wondered if Shi-Fu had ever felt that way about her. Although by then, she had missed any chance to ask him. And now she trained Lei’s daughter Yan, who was just as talented as her mother.

“Hey! Do you want to see a new trick Yan taught me today?” Po asked, his face appearing every bit as joyful as it had when they’d first met, despite his growing wrinkles and greying fur.

“Of course.”

With a playful smile and more energy than someone his age should have, he dashed over to one of the nearby blossoming peach trees. When he came back, he opened his palm to show her a flower, the same colour as it’s fruit would be.

“Ok so you see the flower, right?” He then put his hands together, encasing the flower. “But now…boom!”

With a flourish of jazz hands, he opened his palms to reveal that it had disappeared. “But wait, what’s this?”

He gently swept his hand behind her ear, the fuzz of his fur brushing against hers.

“By the power vested in me as the dragon warrior, I return this beautiful flower to the plain of existence!” He shouted, opening his paw to display the flower, it’s petals still perfectly intact. “For you my love.”

He placed the flower behind her ear. Tigress purred a chuckle. She had stopped trying to hide her amusement at his antic’s years ago. Yet her heart still warmed at the smile of achievement on Po’s face as though he had accomplished a great feat by making her laugh.

“I love you.” The words slipped out of her mouth before she could catch them. Just like they had the first time. Po’s eyes still widened, not believing for a second that someone like her could love a fat, stupid panda like him. Like how she had confessed that a monster like her didn’t deserve someone as kind and as wonderful as him. Before he smiled softly and pressed his forehead against hers.

“I love you too.”

And as they watched the sun go down together, for the first time in her life Tigress hoped that when those last moments came, they would be just like this.
