I want to read a lcf fic where tboah cale from a shitty alt-universe gets thrown to lcf universe and now krs!Cale has to deal with an 18-20-year-old tboah!Cale with below zero self-esteem.

And it's permanent.

The universe-hop thing, not his low self-esteem (I hope).

Tboah!Cale doesn't mind staying there. Maybe he ended world-hopping on purpose, maybe he knew beforehand he was changing universes, maybe it was worth it, maybe he thought no one was going to miss him anyways. Maybe all of them.

And the Henituse family welcomes him. They're warm, they try to make him feel like one of them, they include him, talk with him, smile at him. They listen to him, actually listen, and try to get to know him—

—And that's more than anyone has done since his mom passed away.

They all have their ups and downs, of course. But they're slowly becoming a family and that means so much. And everyone is happy about it, too.

The most excited one out of them is Lily. She has four brothers now, even if she can't see one of them too often. Y'know, different worlds and everything. Besides, this new brother of hers practice martial arts like her—well, not exactly like her, but he fights— and joins at her training sometimes. He also fights as he walks, like an elegant cat. And she thinks that's cool and cute.

Deruth and Violan are going through an emotional roller coaster, just at different speeds. They both, although delighted to have another son, are experiencing a lot of feelings about the situation. Mostly worry about their new child who gets surprised every time someone is genuinely kind to him, but also shock because they have five children.

Still, Violan is overall content that all Cales are minimum willing to try, calmly bounding with each of them at their own rhythm each one. Tboah!Cale and her have styling afternoons once a week now. Deruth, on the other side, is silently having an existential crisis after another, overthinking about every reaction tboah!Cale has and wondering if og!Cale did or does the same, and feeling worse every time he can't remember. He already ordered Hans to punch him if he gets too trapped on it or does something stupid. He doesn't want to charge any of his children with that again.

Bassen accepted the whole world-hopping-alt!hyung really quick because he just got used to weird shit from krs!Cale and Cale!Roksoo's unique ways of thinking. Something like this was just bond to happen at some point.

He caught tboah!Cale's bad mental state on the first hours of meeting him and assumed it had to do something with their other selves. He just wants to know, why does his brother have to suffer in every life? At least he can do something about it now.

Bassen is very surprised when they announce that tboah!Cale is staying. He thought that was a given. Was it not?

Then they proceed to insist that the other should be the heir. Tboah!Cale wins but not for the reason he expected.

After some time living in this world with his new family, getting to know each other and healing, meeting Krs!Cale's friends, and just learning to be himself, Krs!Cale gets in his usual shit. Tboah!Cale is not amused. He goes after him, kick some people in the face, set fires a bad guy's pants, and comes back, wearing heels, with Krs!Cale over his shoulder.

That's how he and Alberu meet.

for the post of what I wanna see: twin krs&cale au but they hate each other initially. just stupid things like krs assuming cale is just some drunktard and cale hating the fact krs wants to slack when there’s a WAR coming.

so they tug each other’s hair, play pranks on each other and try to sabotage everything the other does. BUT. they are the only ones allowed to hate on each other. if one of the twins get insulted or courted the other twin will be SWINGING. regardless of everything they’re still a team dammit.

sure they get to know each other but this rivalry thing they have going on is easier to keep going than admit they actually like their twin.

THINK ABOUT ITTT

If asked about the other, you'd probably receive a roll of the eyes and a scoff in response.

"Hell if I know where that lazy bastard is, probably chasing after that slacker pipe dream like the irresponsible fuck he is." Cale would bite out, his teeth almost audibly grinding as his face wrinkled with disgust.

"It doesn't matter where that drunk piece of shit is. Could be dead in a ditch for all I care," Roksoo breathes out, not even bothering to look up from the novel in his hand.

Cale despised the useless "aspirations" that his brother would spew. There was a war brewing on the horizons, looming over them like the shadow of the grim reaper themself, yet Roksoo wanted nothing more than to lay around. The very sight of his brother lazing around in bed served as fuel to Cale's ire, bubbling and licking up to his throat with a rumbling growl.

To make things worse? Nothing seems to deter Roksoo from his stupid goals.

"Oops," Cale lilted, eyebrows raised in mock sympathy as he knocked his bottle of wine into Roksoo's lap, startling him awake from his nap.

His brother sat up on his bed, the merlot wine sticky against his skin as he turned a heated glare towards Cale. This. That blank stare that barely did anything to conceal the displeasure in Roksoo's eyes was yet another thing Cale hated.

He hated liars, but he hated those who refused to speak their minds just as much. To him, they were just as bad with the way they would spin people in circles with their sugar coated words and glib tongues.

"My apologies, brother," Cale spoke with a smile, sitting at the edge of Roksoo's stained bed. He was satisfied with pushing every single one of Roksoo's buttons in hopes of seeing the other explode one day.

"...the alcohol must have rotted your liver as well as your brain," Roksoo said through gritted teeth.

Before he could get up to leave, a hand had reached up to yank at his hair, the other one still wet with alcohol, wiping against the collar of his shirt.

It devolves into a jumble of wrinkled clothing and petty smacks or kicks, only ending when Ron enters the room. His benign smile looking... menacing.

Roksoo watches as his brother scoops up the soup with the elegance of a noble. The same elegance that had technically been trained into him, but he was too lazy to show. He had to hide how the corners of his mouth threatened to curl up with a slow sip of water.

"AASHGHJGSFDK," Cale sputtered, soup spraying out of his mouth in a panic.

It took so much convincing for the chef to finally give in to Roksoo's schemes. If anything, it was probably Ron who ended up convincing his own son, who looked scornful as he dumped spices into Cale's bowl.

Roksoo continued to watch with a raised eyebrow as though he had nothing to do with it.

His brother reached for his glass of water in hopes of saving his dying tastebuds, snot and tears already starting to dribble down his face as he took a massive gulp.

"PFFFFFFFFFF-" Cale spat this out, too.

Roksoo personally dumped salt into his brother's water, making sure it dissolved completely. Cale turned to him with a messy face, coughing as he tried to find words to curse Roksoo with.

"You.. YOU FUCKING BASTARD," he screeched, launching himself at Roksoo, whose face split into a wolfish grin.

Roksoo had been minding his own business at the tea house when he overheard a pair of women flapping their mouths and spouting worthless shit.

"Ugh, the older twin, is such a piece of garbage!"

"I know! Why does the count even bother to keep him! The second son, Roksoo Henituse, is an angel compared to that--" The woman's voice cut off with a shrill scream.

Roksoo leaned against the ledge of the window, cheek resting against his palm as the porcelain cup dangled from his fingers, "Better watch your mouth before I accidentally drop this cup, too."

Their faces paled at the sight of him, their mouths failing to form words to defend themselves before they scurried off.

"fucking roaches."

"isn't the second young master... kinda lazy?" A man voiced, almost drowned out amongst the rowdy crowd of the bar, "It's like the war doesn't exist to him or something.."

Cale felt his veins pop at the slander, his grip around the neck of the wine bottle tightening until his knuckles were white.

The tavern goes deathly silent at the sound of the bottle shattering on the wall next to the stranger's head.

No matter how they act as though they hate each other and continue to slander one another... their true thoughts and feelings towards each other are revealed when the war surges through their territory. Surrounded by the stench of blood in the air around them and the clanging of swords ringing through the battlefield, they cover each other's backs while tearing down enemy after enemy.

(part 1)

I don't think Im ever gonna finish that lsh and cjs transmigrating into lcf fic so Ill just put my half baked au + unhinged ramblings here

-Deruth and jour died. Twins were raised by Marquis Stan (for...reasons). That was why Roksu ended up the way he is right now

-Roksu also blew up the entire Stan territory when he came of age and that earned him his infamous reputation.

-Roksu is the cold, aloof Northern Duke but he is also a pyromaniac at heart. (Alver was not amused)

-He is also ,essentially, a corporate slave like lsh and cjs which helps enliken him to them.

-Lsh got over his morality pretty quick and gets selective blindness in front of Roksu's various bouts of insanity later. Cjs had a thing for crazy northern archdukes so he was having the time of his life

-They forcefully make him sleep and eat food all three times a day. (krs really didn't wanna eat but the puppy eyes got to him)

-Eventually he gets used to the sleeping sessions so much that he cannot sleep when they leave so he asks them to stand in his room. To his annoyance, he still cannot sleep and lsh jokingly asks him if he wants to hear a lullaby.

Krs : Do I look like a baby to you?

Lsh : (internally) yes *starts singing all the lullabies he remembered*

Krs : *Out like a light in 0.1 sec*

-They help him bathe and get dressed too.(wrapped him up in a bathrobe and then placed him on the bed, telling him about the itenary even if he already remembers everything as they slowly dry his hair and then help him dress up. Krs lets them bcoz their voices are surprisingly soothing and he gets to sleep longer this way)

-Cjs's eyes gleaming mischievously when krs almost purred while his head was being scratched. Krs, who had initially argued that he had no time for such useless things, froze. He later had to get a lot of head scritches and scalp massages after that.

-Drunk Roksu calling lsh hyung. Lsh nearly trips in response. (He came back home drunk from a masquerade at the royal palace and made it everyone's problem. Lsh and cjs had the time of their life though)

-Og!cale comes up one day to meet his lil brother to check if he is still alive or not, only to find him cuddling with his butler and aide (what the fuck, Roksu????!!)

-He ends up in a staring contest with the two hounds who were clinging to his precious little brother, annoyed that someone dared to disturb their private time. (Cale's hand twitch and move towards his sword when cjs smirked proactively at him as if he was taunting him)

- Cale looked gobsmacked when he saw Roksu's ears flushing when lsh and cjs were squabbling over who gets to feed Roksu. He gets so annoyed that he shoves a spoonful of food in his brother's mouth, earning a stink eye from everyone in the room but does that stop him? No.

AU - og!cale is Baron Thames #3 - Enter KRS

Baron Cale Thames meets Kim Rok Soo while the latter is sleeping under a tree in the woods of the Bason’s residence. Cale has been given a reprieve from work on this day because it is his mother’s death anniversary.

Cale approaches KRS, believing him to be dead. He looks closer and sees KRS has many scars. He thinks KRS is a strong wanderer because of the scars and he needed to alarm Ron and Beacroix (who are in charge of the security). Normal people are scared of them and what they can do (Yes, Cale is aware of their origins and their capabilities. He takes it in good stride). Cale thinks they can recruit him and he can be a good asset to his territory after vetting. Cale reaches for KRS’s arm but his hand was suddenly swatted while KRS lunges his hand to Cale’s arm. Cale panics and he sees KRS looking directly into his eyes.

Once Cale signed King Zed’s decree, Ron Moran put on his former patriarch hat and created his young charge’s regency. Cale cannot effectively rule as a minor; he needs to have a working court that will uphold his title and claim to his new lands. As the foremost person responsible for the young minor noble, he and his son were given almost infinite resources (by the King) to set up the fledgling barony and Cale’s regency. Beacroix is in charge of Cale’s new household and inner support system while Ron busied himself on the dirtier aspects of ruling like establishing domestic security that includes countless intelligence reports on possible vassals, servants, and people of the land, the neighboring territories, the Henituse territory and sniffing out possible competitor nobles.

He also helped Beacroix more a more robust, dynamic, and progressive security system that can deal with inner and outer threats. To live to his reputation as the patriarch of a family specializing in intelligence and assassination, Moran is proud to admit that he already has spies in the households of neighboring territory and some very forthcoming volunteers from his former employer’s estate.

In Henituse county, Deruth and Violan (DnV for short) meet up with a family representative to decide his actions and their implications. The family gives them an offer – Deruth can give up his title but will remain a Henituse in a lower position or he will continue his title but the family will have a say on DnVs immediate family matters. If Deruth still wants the title, Lily will be the heir but Basen cannot hold any position in the family. The family will advise on some issues like Lily’s education and marriage. Deruth protests after the declaration, saying that the offer is unfair to him and his family. The rep stares at him, saying that Deruth acts like an entitled lord who thinks he can do everything with no consequences. He reiterates that the offer is the only thing the family will consider and acknowledge. Else, they will resort to drastic actions that will not make things pretty for them, which includes legally declaring them not part of the family.

An informal gathering of servants is underway for Mrs. Seine, the formidable housekeeper of the Henituse Manor for decades. The housekeeper is leaving her post after working with a new mistress…and she’s not the only one feeling discontent. The new mistress is intelligent and present but the staff is exhausted from serving her. The housekeeper is exhausted from teaching a mistress how should she act (as she is not born noble); teaching her the finer nuances of noble life (not giving away expensive contracts to her former colleagues only) and cleaning up from her mistakes (after she directly criticized the opinions of the noble women she just met). Most of the staff are discussing plans – whether they should stay after Cale leaving, Deruth being publicly lambasted and the mistress playing favorites with some staff. On one corner, Hans stands quietly all night while everyone takes their time discreetly giving him an envelope (something Ron Molan would love to know). It's an open secret among staff that Mrs. Seine took a post in the Thames barony under Ron Molan’s recommendation. Hans has written his letter of resignation and has just waiting for a signal to start a new journey and honor his debt of honor to the late Countess.

….never thought this AU will be popular and I hope this one feels right after the two posts in this AU. I think I got all the premise done because KRS IS HERE! I don’t wanna make him meet Ron and Beacroix because he might run and the rest of the AU will be not good..

Apart from that, I hope I did the staff justice because they are stuck between hell, hell, more hell and hard place. The next post will probably be a time skip, more on KRS and Cale (and maybe Alberu) plus there might be actual dialogue in it.

Favorite tcf headcanon you never told anyone about (or you did)

OH MAN.

Choi Han with monolided eyes.

Sometimes when I draw Choi Han or the Soos I would look into the mirror and think about using my own eyes as references, and that got me thinking about Choi Han falling into the TBoaH world which is vaguely European-inspired, and how the idea of him being the probably only Asian-looking person in this world is just so interesting to me. Choi Han already doesn't belong to that world, so the idea of his appearance further distinguishing him apart from this "novel" world is just—interesting? I like Choi Han being visibly a foreigner. I like him being drawn with ethnically east asian features. I watch TV and see typically Caucasian features and compare them to mine— my nose, my skin colour, my monolids, all so very Asian. If youre Asian and have stood in room full of white people, lemme tell you haha, you definitely feel how much you stand out—you can also see it, too! I love the diverse features us humans take, and I love the monolids that are so common amongst my ethnic group.

Choi Han being South Korean is so important to his identity, and while features are of course diverse in every ethnic group, there are as well large common traits as well, and I just think him with monolids would be so neat to that aspect of him. In a character design standpoint it's just so good, too! The webtoon doesn't show this, and though the art is incredibly beautiful ofc, sometimes I find myself wishing Choi Han's design had that little detail—so minuscule but so significant haha!

Also imagine Kim Rok Soo waking up in Cale Henituse's body. Local South Korean man wakes up in the body of a white European man—the fact that the guy has accepted his situation so quickly really speaks of his mentality (and we all know how his backstory went for him to grow into such a person :')) but STILL.

I also like to think that, as the only South Korean-looking person in the entire world, KRS, as Cale, probably finds a bit of comfort just looking at Choi Han, perhaps. A small reminder of home—maybe he even shares the same eyes as Choi Jung Soo! And since I am unable to hold back my choicale soul, I also like to think that Cale would probably call Choi Han's eyes beautiful at some point. Probably offhandedly, or maybe in a rare show of quiet tenderness—and in response Choi Han would smile very brightly, his eyes crinkling softly at the corners, and he'd call Cale-nim beautiful too (to which Cale would ofc deadpan at hahaha and Choi Han would follow up by saying that KRS is beautiful too! CJS' memories definitely seem to agree)

I definitely went on for a bit too long but yEAH SKSJFKSKDK that's pretty much it! As an artist and a writer, this is definitely one of my biggest and favourite LCF headcanons that I have 🛐

TCF/LCF SPOILERS

Thinking about the new cover and the phrase, "heavy is the head that wears the crown."

Cale knows the weight of having many responsibilities well from his life as KRS and the war in part one. With the way part two is going, I feel like this phrase is going to become much more fitting. He's going to have his responsibilities as the Commander, the lives of his loved ones, and the deaths of innocent civilians on his shoulders.

And not just him, but Alberu too. Everyone's going to be looking to him for answers and reassurance. And yes, he'll have Cale and the others supporting him, but I don't doubt that they'll be separated at some point, likely for a long period of time, and that he'll have to stand on his own.

Of course, he's done that before and knows how to handle his kingdom, but this is different. It's like Choi Han was thinking in this latest chapter; previously, it felt like Cale was always ahead of the White Star, but these attacks were so sudden that no one saw them coming, and no one could defend against them.

This time, our side is chasing behind the Hunters. This time, the royal palace, the shining symbol of the kingdom, has crumbled to the ground. The citizens can't look to the royal palace and know that it's there, standing as strong as ever, symbolizing the kingdom and all it's glory. (And what's to say they wont see the shield crumble next?)

I can't help but think that if Alberu and the Crossman family are symbolized by the shining sun, then the Hunters and these attacks are like an eclipse, blocking out their radiance and shrouding the kingdom in darkness.

We can only hope that our side can stand tall and rebuild, bigger and better than before, and save as many lives as possible along the way, even if it's difficult. Reminds me of lyrics from Hadestown, "It won't be long / 'Cause the darkest hour / Of the darkest night / Comes right before the dawn."

Ayo hi? I didn’t expect myself to be updating this series so soon 😂

anywho, a longer one this time with only 1 idea but it’s more fleshed out then the short synopsis style of the previous ones

Fandom: Trash of the counts family

There are 2 children, wait what?!

Brace yourself for a shit show

Literally, I had this idea 2 days ago at like 3 am and I’ve just gotten to write it out and work on it

Is it gonna make sense? No, who do you think am i??

It’s gonna be damn long cuz I kinda fleshed this out more then the others

Okay, so the idea was that after everything settles down, everyone low-key decides that Cale won’t be doing anything for at least a year or so

Cale has no objections of course, cuz that’s his goal

So, the first few weeks go by peacefully and Cale thinks ‘man, I could get used to this way of living. Nothing can get in my way now, right?’

Baby, no, you’re soo wrong

One day, as Ron goes to wake his young master up, he finds 2 children in the bed instead of one

Yes, you’ve read it right, 2 little red haired boys who look like the reflection of each other

One of the little shits boys is our Cale/KRS and the other one is OG!Cale

Somehow, OG!Cale travelled from the past of a different world into this world’s future

He’s terrified of course, because who the hell are these people and oh god one of them has a sword someone save me

As for our Cale/KRS, his body and mind got regressed into the age of 7

he has OG!Cale’s memories as well as part of his own from his childhood

Everyone freaks out since there are 2 self sacrificing idiots now and one of them looks ready to bite them if they even look into their direction

OG!Cale and KRS lowkey act like siblings since they’re both kinda stuck here with these weird people

KRS takes on an older brother type of role towards OG!Cale and he can’t explain it but he feels like this little boy that looks like him deserves a lot of happiness

OG!Cale is kinda weirded out and panics because he has no idea what to do, but seeing the other boy take care of him kinda makes it easier for him to stay calm

Deruth is lowkey an ass here because he feels a bit too grateful that he doesn’t only have 1, but 2 Cale’s now that he can make up his absence for

But oh boy h boy, imagine his surprise when both Cale’s act cold towards him

Basen and Lily wanna spend time with their little brother (brothers?) but, uh, OG! Cale is shy and scared of them while KRS doesn’t take anyone’s bullshit

At some point they drop them off at Alberu’s and he gets stuck as a babysitter but it was surprisingly fun for him

Erhaben is grandpa ™️ and he fees so attached to both Cale’s

For everyone’s sake, one of them is called Cale while they call the other one Cal (Cale is KRS while Cal is OG!Cale)

The kids are kinda curious as to how their father figure. Is gonna act and they’re pleased to know that he still kinda acts like himself, just a lot ore reserved and rude

Cuteness overload is guaranteed

Everyone gathers together to figure out wat to do, and suddenly they get contacted by 2 gods

The God of Death as well as the Goddess of Time are the one’s responsible for this set up

They explain that OG!Cale is from a parallel universe and that the soul residing within their Cale is also a bit different then the one that was living here at that age

Upon questioning why they brought OG!Cale here and why KRS got regressed, they explain that there is an inter dimensional disaster awaiting everyone, and the only people who could stop it are these 2 children, and being in this form makes it easier for them to full fill the mission since children have a “purer” soul and mind

Everyone is understandably enraged and they want to know how they can bring OG!Cale back to his universe and how to undo the regression on KRS

The assho gods explain that in order for everything to go back to its original way, they have to go through different memories of Cale in a world where they are twins, find the thing that isn’t correct and change the outcome in order to obtain parts on how to stop the disaster from happening (I swear the actual scene in my head is way better and cooler then the explanation I’m giving)

So, they both go into a deep slumber type of thing so that they can fix the memories of Cale and KRS, and unbeknownst to them, everyone is able to watch them and their memories

After they fix the first memory they receive a page and some text appears on it, but they can’t read

They keep relieving those fake memories and some are pretty harsh

It takes a lot of effort to change them, but at the end, the page is filled with text and they’re eager to read it

Well from here out I’lll come up with something, I swear-

Anywho give me feedback on this idea pls, it’s the most detailed one but I’m still very unsure about this one

send me an au and i’ll give you 5+ headcanons about it:

hoo boy, I’ll do my best!! I don’t know which specific Persona game to mash with TCF, so I’ll just do in general stuff!

1. All the Ancient Powers would probably be Cale’s Personas (plus a KRS one, which would probably be a navigator-type persona)!!

2. God of Death probably awakens him as a Wild Card (since he has multiple personas), but I feel like he would throw the Velvet Key away somewhere in an attempt to avoid responsibility (it definitely doesn’t help).

3. Potential Social Links! Choi Han would be The Fool! Raon would be The Magician! Eruhaben would be The Hierophant! Mary would be The Death! Alberu would be The Emperor! Rosalyn would be The High Priestess! mmmm Ron I think would be The Tower, but I’m still thinking on that one... Jack would be The Sun, and Hannah would be The Chariot! Rex would be The Justice! On and Hong would be The Star! Lock would be The Strength! Clopeh would be The Devil lmao lmao

4. I’m sad to say that I only know the characters of 3, 4, and 5 well enough to say anything on them (please atlus can you make a remake of 1, 2-1, and 2-2, where I actually comprehend the gameplay i would like the story and characters please) And they’re all high schoolers within their games so Cale and Co. would just be like “hello, you’re adopted. welcome to your new family we are going to take care of you now” and that’s facts.

5. Persona 3′s Evokers. Cale’s like I have to shoot myself in order to do things? No way I’d never sacrifice myself!

*shoots himself with absolutely no hesitation*

Actually it’s fine since it was fake all along. Hey guys why are you all screaming?

He's a lil blurb from my fic drafts hehe it'll be written eventually, but : alcale wing fic where flying up high and then spiralling down is part of a courting ritual. Krs wakes up as Cale and doesn't quite understand, but by the end he figures out that he's always been in love w alver !! Like the slow burn understanding where he figures it out and doesn't know when he fell in love because being together feels so natural and stuff

I'll probably start writing it later this year or SMTH? I have other ones that are further along and the ongoing ones to update fkslfkdf

"C'mon Cale!" The avian prince called out to him, "let's go!"

Cale gazed at Alver's outreached hand, listening to the rushing of air with each flap of the wing.

"Fine…" He began to flap his own wings, moving them in large swooping motions to bring himself up into the air.

Alver's taken him far up high in the sky, high enough that it's only the pastel painted skies surrounding them. Cotton-like clouds with their soft edges reflecting the colors of the sky drift below them as slow as snails.

"Ready?" Cale turns to look at Alver, confused as to what the other boy meant.

His confusion must have been visible because the prince began to laugh, his lips forming a fond smile.

"We'll do a countdown," Alver says, carefully taking Cale's hand into his, "and then we fall."

Was this boy insane? Cales face morphed with disbelief, his brows furrowing deeply, "What do you mean fall?"

"It's just as I said," Alver's eyes match the blue of the vast skies, as honest as ever, "we'll stop moving our wings, and we'll fall."

The magic device was still clamped around his bicep, leaving him in his disguise. It's a beautiful armlet with golden leaves curling around the entire piece. Alver's hand is warm around his, gentle and reassuring as he waits for Cale's reply.

"You're crazy," Cale scowls, not pulling away from the grip.

A bark of laughter comes from the prince, breathy and free, "Maybe I am."

(There's something in Alver's eyes that Cale can't quite understand.

They're honeyed and fond, he comes to learn later on).

To that, Cale gives him a deadpan stare, which pulls another delightful round of laughter from the blond.

"Trust me," Alver's voice is soft as he squeezes Cale's hand lightly, "I'll fall with you, promise I won't let go."

"...Alright," Cale finally gives in. He closes his eyes, cutting his own world off from the blooming colors around him in an attempt to shield himself from the fear.

They're still flying, but he knows what should be coming next. He anticipates the drop, his heart starting to pump faster at the mere thought. Alver never lets go though, instead, he holds Cale's hand tighter as if to remind the red head that he was still there.

"Ready?" The prince asks. A stupid question, really, because Cale doesn't think he would ever be ready.

Before he could give a response, Cale's body begins to tip as he's dragged down by the weight of the other boy. The muscles of his wings strained in their desperate attempt to keep them both in the air.

"WHAT HAPPENED TO THE FUCKING COUNTDOWN, YOU LIAR OF A PRINCE?" Cale cursed him out internally.

"It's okay!" Alver shouts, grabbing Cale's other hand, "I would never let anything happen to you."

And so, Cale stops, allowing gravity to take them both back to Earth. It takes everything in him to hold back the instinct to try to stop the fall, but he manages. Something within him wanted to trust Alver.

His heart floats up to his throat, sending his blood rushing to his ears. He squeezes his eyes shut when he feels the wind shift differently around him. It's loud- the air ripping around them in their descent.

"OPEN YOUR EYES!" Alver calls out to him, warm hands held in a death grip in Cale's.

Hesitantly, Cale cracks open one eye and then the other. All of the anxiety melted away into awe as he took in the world around him. Shades of tangerines, apricots, and corals take over the vast blue that once was. Baby pinks dance along the edge of the remaining blue to create splotches of lilac and lavender. The assortment of colors make the blue of Alver's eyes deeper.

"Ready?" The blond smiles at him.

"Okay."

Cale watches intently as Alver shifts one of his wings, sending them both into a downwards spiral. Only this time, fear isn't what comes with the change. A giddy exhilaration comes instead, filling his lungs until he's breathless.

(Alver wishes he could have recorded this moment because Cale is laughing. With eyes full of wonder and an open mouth smile across his face. Cale's laughter is filled with a contagious joy that has Alver's cheeks hurting from how hard he smiles in return).

Cale falls in love with the triumphant feeling flying brought him, understanding why Icarus had laughed as he plummeted towards the open arms of the ground.

I had once this weird dream (but that I really liked tbh) where TBOAH world was going to end but, like, not for the White Star nor anything.

It was just going to die spontaneously and everyone there was going there was just going to join the flow of souls (think of it like the rukh in Magi, because my unconscious likes to add Magi hints to everything. Love that anime tho).

But due bad timing synchronization, the flow was already too filled and if it happened, souls would collide against each others and the sequels would cause massive amounts of chaos and stuff in the other worlds from the sane section.

Which was obviously bad.

So the gods in charge of that section decide that the best action course (and the only plausible one) is getting a conductor to direct the energy and souls of this world smoothly into the flow. Of course, the conductor has to be a living being with a strong will to be able to drive a whole ass world's living essence into a single path.

Ideally, the conductor also had to have a connection with Time. After all, time and space were linked and redirecting life into the flow was separating it from a time-space and releasing it into a river where time and space worked different (if it did. Work, that is.)

A regressor, they decided. The conductor has to be a regressor.

Then, the God of Death— because of it was him— nominated a human child. A god from a different section, but who also was responsible for a world in this one, seconded it.

After inspecting said human, the gods agreed he would be a good choice.

So, Eruhaben went on a trip— his last one in this life— to Rain City, because the world tree requested him to find a person.

A child that was supposed to bring an end and a new start to this world and its people.

Well, the world tree had said that this human was technically an adult. But for Eruhaben who had lived for thousands of years, a human who wasn't even on his second decade was practically a little kid.

Cale Henituse.

What was special about him, that the gods believed him capable of accomplish such a task?

It went longer but I'm stoping there now. It was a Naruto crossover btw. And that Cale is Og!Cale. He did succeeded leading the world into the cycle, then everyone got reincarnated in Naruto.

Cale was born as his mom's son again and they were both Uzumakis because my brain said that it fits them (my brain it's not wrong, tho). Eruhaben was his dad this time and Karin was his little sister. I don't know if biologic or if she was Cale's relative that they adopted.

I'm pretty sure that the Soo's appeared and CJS was a Hyuuha or an Uchiha (but that could be because I would like him and Shisui to be friends and my brain went with it), KRS was a Nara (no surprises there), I don't remember what about LSH antecedents, and I think they were planning on opening a store together.
