Let's never forget the time my players found a very old grave that had the words "Here Lies Asmodeus" on it and dug it up.

Future Plans ?
Note: The following is a pretty serious deal for me. Because of this, I would greatly appreciate it if anyone who follows me or enjoys my content would read and/or respond to this in a comment/reblog/ask/etc.
I have made several ‘audience polls’ recently asking about things, and while a large part of this is just wanting to improve as a creator, another part of it is that this blog has grown far beyond any predictions I would have had when I started.
I’m starting to realize now as I’m continuing to grow that I may be able to expand and/or monetize what I create, meaning I could create content as a part or even full-time job
I like Tumblr, but I feel like it may make sense to expand to other platforms as well as look into ways to monetize what I will do / what I am already doing.
So far I have thought of creating Youtube videos, creating a unique blog/website (like @probablyadrpgideas‘s Kovaud), and look into other niche websites / Tumblr alternatives.
For monetization, so far my only ideas are Patreon/KoFi/Subscribestar or running ads
If you have any thoughts on any of the above, you would like to see any of them happen, or you have other ideas on platforms I could expand to or things that I could do in the future, I would greatly appreciate it if you would tell me through a comment/reblog/etc.

Some fucked up worldbuilding I've done is the culture of fish people in my world have a lineage that resemble anglerfish. And yes. They reproduce the exact same way. There's a famous in-world romance novel written about it too.

On Kovaud, Dragons are born falling.
Once every few hundred years, an event which lasts for just a day known as the Dragonfall occurs. During this time, asteroids fall from the sky which burst apart midfall releasing a wyrmling from within who must then quickly learn to fly.

Orbiting Kovaud are the sun, and four moons which are each formed entirely from one of the four elements of earth, air, fire, and water.
The fire moon known as Kolair provides additional light and warmth to the world. The earth moon known as Thryn further influences the tides and provides dim light during the night. The water moon known as Waver and the air moon known as Vortir both influence the seasons of Kovaud.
When Waver is closer to Kovaud it brings increased rainfall. When Vortir is closer it brings colder temperatures and dry air. When Kolair is closer it brings warmer temperatures and when Thryn is closer it brings thrashing waves and increased storms.
All four in tandem drive the seasons. Kolair, Thryn, and Waver bring the equivalent of spring, Kolair and Vortir bring the equivalent of summer, Vortir and Waver bring the equivalent of winter, and Vortir and Kolair bring the equivalent of fall.
These four moons are the kovian equivalent of the elemental planes.

So a tidbit about vampires in Kovaud. The most powerful and influential of them have flying castles. These castles are powered by blood magic and piloted using arcane harmonics. In order for a vampire to steer their castle they must vibrate the enchantments keeping it aloft in a certain manner. They commonly do so by blasting organ music which can be heard long before the castle is seen as it approaches.
So in essence some vampires have flying castles which move by playing an instrument.

In the world of Kovaud, there is a deity which belongs to no pantheon. They are Krheavn (Kr-ee-ven), the deity of dungeons. Their origins are not known, but their effects on the world are fairly substantial. They are responsible for the sudden transformation of abandoned or neglected property into dungeons. The reason for which is also unknown.

I really liked the flavor of the Worldslayer card, so here it as a magic item! Only use as a last resort!

Finally got around to making a players handout for Kovaud. It's just a little document with some comprehensive, yet basic knowledge of the world that most people would have. So here's that if you want to have a look.

In Kovaud the term "Gungaxian Error" means to cause a disruption through your reckless curiosity that ultimately harms you. This is in reference to the hero Gungax. A goblin who woke up the Tarrasque by throwing a bomb down a hole to see how deep it went. Gungax was later eaten by the Tarrasque.

There's a species of dinosaur on Kovaud that resembles the Tarrasque, or well the Tarrasque resembles it.
For some reason whenever the Tarrasque dies, a random individual of this species begins to grow and change to become a new Tarrasque.
This was only discovered recently after the Tarrasque was killed for the first time. The first time this happened a long time ago, they just put it to sleep and buried it in the ground. So a bunch of world leaders are kind of panicking trying to locate the next individual and kill it or put it to sleep.

Demons in Kovaud are the manifestations of the collective fears of mortalkind and as the most common fear in Kovaud is fear of the ocean, the realm they are from takes the form of a sunless ocean with no bottom and demons appear as horrific sea monsters.
When a mortal is plagued by a recurring nightmare, that may be a sign of demonic possession. If the nightmare is not dealt with, the demon will eventually seep into the world and cause chaos.
