Hi! Can I ask a question?
How do you deal with posing your drawings?
I wanted to get back into drawing, but I struggle so much with poses, and I find your drawings so dynamic.

Oh my god! For some reason I keep being surprised that im an artist?? I HOPE I CAN GIVE YOU GOOD ADVICE FANG! Thank you for asking!!
What I tell myself when I begin thinking about what im gonna draw this time, is "i need something happening in this art", my mind goes to, for instance, "autumn themed...snuggling, warmth, cuddles" so i try to transform this into a specific action instead, if they're snuggled maybe "let's make mc hold a mug, omg maybe it can hide her mouth as she's lifting it to her lips to take a sip" and my next thought that just came to me right now is "or maybe napoleon stealing the mug and mc making a surprised/angry expression at him" - which is close to that dynamic you're looking for, I hope! this was my thought process #1 showcased in action... now, if your imagination doesn't happen to work today, your second best option is to get inspired from elsewhere - my go-to account for pose references is kamitokatachi on twitter!
(i forgot the username and. i follow 1600 people on there. i went to my gallery to find one of their pics i saved so i could reverse search it. i suddenly remembered that i wanted to see on which date last year i put up the xmas decorations at home, so while i was already there... i started stopping at nearly every photo along the way in my gallery. then a song came up on my playlist that i havent heard in ages and i just had to stop and listen and.... 20 minutes later i found the username! I still wonder why i dont just keep a note with it somewhere. This happens every time i start drawing, fang. save me, fang)
Dynamic poses are pain in the ass, so dont be afraid to look at references, otherwise you'll piss yourself off and it would lead to nowhere. look at other art (twitter artists, pinterest, zerochan, even google might do the trick...) until you find that one where the character is facing the exact way you want yours to face - remember to only take small details from there and there and twist them into something original and yours. for me this happens naturally because as much as i try to duplicate a pose, i never do it right and it becomes a whole another pose HAHAH
if you want something simple but still dynamic, like a character standing prettily but not like, just standing, think about it like a movie scene where the director really wanted to make them look nonchalantly sexy while going through their day, and you have to pause at one frame, and that movie still is your drawing!
anyway, that's how my brain works! hope it was helpful!

Welcome to the fourth annual installment of Visions of Temptation - the multifandom kinktober content creation challenge hosted at my blog.

Voyeurism - secretly watching someone participate in sexual activities or do something private and intimate like taking off their clothes. An idea is person A catching person B masturbate accidentally but lingering by the door just a little longer...
Frottage - Rubbing against another person's body/part of the body.
Mirror sex - Sex in front of a mirror.
Dacryphilia - Crying during sex.
S/M - Sadism and masochism.
Spitroasting - A three-way sex act in which a person is penetrated orally and either anally or vaginally.
Omegaverse - taken from fanlore. org: A kink trope wherein some people have defined biological roles based on a hierarchical system.
Somnophilia - Intercourse while a sexual partner is asleep.
Anonymous sex - Here is an idea: masquerade balls.
FWB - Friends with benefits, no feelings attached.
Impact play - Slapping a sexual partner, could be across the face or spanking for instance.

actually i happen to be a lot like the mc... especially his mc... it's crazy, when im streaming his events for my friend i comment on everything and it always happens that i say something and mc says the same thing??? she's, well, the mc, so her personality is somewhat vague, but the difference im seeing is that napo's mc is A LOT into the whole "outdoing the other" in terms of affection and loving. his birthday story comes to mind (the very first one i think? or maybe it was the second one...) but it happens in like all story events... he teases her a lot, so she teases him back, it's like he nudged their dynamic into that direction. and i love it. because thats me!! i wont stay quiet i'd totally bite back!!! id be all ">:)"

also I neeeeeeed to know your thoughts on Virche Evermore so far!!! I’ve been debating getting it, but I def trust my mutuals’ opinions more than game reviewers lol
aww im honoured! 🥹 hope i can help you out! i meant to reply to this sooner but i couldn't 🥲 but that's good because I have now completed my first route meaning that I can give you a better answer! so. the game really is as good as you've probably heard it is. Now, when you say you've been debating getting it, I don't know if you were held back by the same things as me but just in case you too are worrying about this: while tragedy IS the domineering trope of Virche, you'll find yourself enjoying every other aspect of what you'd expect to see in an otome game just as much! The romance is romancing. The comedy is there. Nothing suggestive is happening yet you're thirsting over your fave just as much. Get this, I'm not good with extreme angst! The beginning of the prologue had me worrying about that, but in the next moment I was laughing at a funny moment so yeah those definitely exist and they will only make you bond with the characters further. that's part of why the writing is so good. god. the writing. I can't praise it enough honestly. The worldbuilding is complex and interesting to find out more and more about as the story progresses, it has its own brand of angst that would only exist within that universe so you're guaranteed to be taken aback by it. You know it's good if you're not just crying but also blinking in realization of what just happened. If you're like me and play mainly for the characters and your driving force is your fave, I'll tell you that my fave-radar is almost impeccable as often one look is enough for me to know which route i'm doing first, and the prologue only solidifies my choice. And here? I didn't see him coming. It went from 0 to 100 so fast that by the second chapter of his route I was unable to stop thinking about him. And again, what makes a character appealing here has a lot to do with the plot. The LIs are unique and fleshed out and I was ready with my choice for a second route right away after completing my first. What else? The bgm? Amazing. The art? I was looking at one cg of my second fave for a full minute yesterday. SOOOooo Yeah Andy I think I can vouch for the quality of Virche, the rumors are true LMAO ive no idea if you've read any reviews or anything, but i'd say, give it a try! I hope I didn't overhype it or anything, I just seriously haven't found a single flaw so far. But be warned, even if there are funny moments or cool worldbuilding introductions or these instances of subtle sexiness that are imo better than the typical fanservise, there is lots of dark and disturbing stuff too! Especially later on in the game, from what I've heard! So anyway, I hope this helps! If you end up getting it, you're always welcome to come tell me what you think and ramble about it 🙇🏻♀️🙇🏻♀️❤❤ LOVE YOU HAVE A NICE DAY

no cuz I’ve been thinking on this so hard lmaooo. I think Dante would still want the ceremony at the church, and that would likely be very private. Only select few would be invited to it. Then the reception can be a bit bigger and louder and busier!
And I do like to think tho that we’d have a good relationship with at least Gil and Oliver, so they would be invited to the wedding too, so I’d wanna keep it in a more neutral territory! Somewhere in Arca would likely be best, but I think as long as it’s not at the Falzone manor then that would be good too.
Also I’ve already picked my wedding dress sgzbsjzks still haven’t thought about first date, first kiss, etc but the dress has been decided on 😅 and the fact that we’d do a huuuuge dessert table as well as a cake!!

I know you already talked about but this I think the fandom has changed a lot. I am a shy reader so I stay on anon and I don't reblog much because my Tumblr is small. But I have been around for a few years and its not the same.
There was a lot more playfulness and silly posts. People reblogged other people's writing a lot more. I also had fun following how people talked to each other.
The kind of writing people wanted was different. You didn't have such a focus on how "good" the writing was or how much imagery a writer used. It was about the stories being told and it feels like that has changed. The fandom seems to only want that flowery writing, those blogs that write at a "elevated" level. I was just fine without it, to be honest.
I am sad that people are not liking things and that Prince is taking over more and more. There is no love anymore for Vamp or Sen or Rev (my beloved Rev 😭)
I don't know why I am reaching out to you except you have been here a long time, one of the best blogs in this fandom. And part of me is just sad that it feels like the fandom is dying.
Oh my god anon..... when i saw your ask last night i got overwhelmed with emotion and with all the things that popped up in my head that i wanted to say to you, but today real life gave me another portion of problems and I'm sitting here giving my screen a blank stare. i hate this, i really want to give you a better answer, but let me try. and thank you for sending it in this blog, i feel even more comfortable talking on here!
The thing you pointed out about the quality of writing and people's demands.... it's actually something i wrote in my last reply to you. and then deleted it. because i thought, "haha no it must be just me", but now that you say it, im prone to agree - your angle of things is actually very trustworthy in my opinion, being someone who's been here for so long and observed from afar. for me it's easier to forget how it was in the beginning, but now that you say it, you're absolutely right... the blogs i looked up to, the writers i admired, weren't put on a pedestal for their skills, it was purely in my head how great they were - to a point where it makes me sad that it feels like ive received more praise now than they did back then. some of them don't write as often anymore, if at all... it's not right. i wonder why did that happen and when, and if it's actually harmful for us writers or im being too cautious. i want to be just like you sometimes, to enjoy the fruits of this fandom from the comfort of being a small blog seldom interacting with posts but still appreciating them from afar - i've been that person in other fandoms, and it has its perks definitely. it's just some strange miracle that i became what i am right now and broke through the shell of being a shy reader! seriously! i appreciate you and people like you, because im glad that i can make more of those fruits for you to enjoy. it's an unpopular opinion but ive never been mad at lurkers all that much. everyone has their reasons to feel uncomfortable interacting, and other than that, i personally want to have a blog where people escape from the hustle of being seen and present. again, that's just me, and i'll encourage commenting and sharing work when it comes to my peers... we're getting off topic, haha. and i should make a paragraph break already
i want to comfort you somehow but without lying to you that "nooo it's alright we're still having fun around here and the fandom is totally not dying" and we could make what the musicians on titanic did, but hey, we're not in the middle of the ocean and i seriously cant be a pessimist 😭 i don't think that it's that bad - i did say that some writers are put on pedestal, but are they really? i doubt anyone is seeing those things so dramatically, well maybe that one anon. but that's just one case, and unfortunately it affects how we see things A LOT , because noone else allows themselves to point out things in such dramatic light, no matter if they're right or not. we're paying the anon a lot of attention, so this fucks with our heads to a certain degree. i think that you should rest assured that this mood around the fandom is temporary, same with the more fun postings that you mentioned - i have a theory for that too, and it's because ikepri is simply not allowing for as much goofing around as its predecessors. you still see your doze of cursed jokes but they're not realistic in the nature of the game's world like they would in ikerev for instance, or even ikevamp . but that's fine because, and this is something i actually thought about the other day, they can't keep making more and more dramatic dark and twisted all overly serious games (right? right?) , somewhere along the way a game with the carefree atmosphere of ikerev will come to existence again, and we'll heal again. and the hateful anons who dont see that we're just a bunch of people having fun without that made-up hierarchy , will get bored and go away eventually. i believe in that, and i really want to make you believe too
i enjoyed talking with you about this, and i hope i didn't gave any unnecessary seriousness to our talk because im trying very hard to stick to the belief that our time here should be purely just positive and fun... and hey, we might have not interacted much, but knowing that you've been here for awhile already makes me feel you close somehow hkhkhkhk is that weird??

If not you, idk who to share this with.
Maybe it’s because I like both of the characters but there’s this Manhwa called “ginger and the cursed prince”. The male lead is.. I don’t even know how to describe it. He reminds me so much of Napoleon because of the constant teasing + being admired by the MC. The manhwa is old and completed, full of embarrassing moments because the FL is clumsy, slightly air-headed (but she’s good. Trust!).
