The horrific loss of my baby girl aside, i am surprisingly fortunate in the aftermath of this tragedy

Work sent me a huuuge bouquet and are helping find a new house (they lease and we sublease,so if we leave for another job, it can be used for another employee), i have a place and some things with my family, half my coworkers and friends have things to donate re furniture, towels, crockery to help me start over, my family took care of babys funeral arrangements *cremation, scatter box) and i have some money to purchase new clothes

Also some of the parental units coworkers who watched me grow up gave me a giftcard for big w to at least get some non kentuckyfried undies and basic items

It was so bizarre to shop for everything again. I have around the house stuff at the family home, but nothing work or fun style.

Lost a lot of my dumb silly shirts that said things like Birdwatching goes both ways, etc lmao.

Its awful how fast tragedy goes from a burning aching horror to, average with periods of sadness, because you have to keep going and sometimes that means getting on qith the mundane... qhich sucks because it sends waves of guilt about moving on too quickly etc.

Its so weird. And bizarre, and while id trade it all for my furbaby in a heartbeat.. i cant. It sucks, but life is rarely fair or predictable.
