pop sensation, y/n, and her boyfriend, hockey player Jack Hughes, were seen out by a fan last night. the fan claims that they overheard y/n consoling Jack about his recent injury that has left him unable to play. in the video (on our site), you can hear y/n telling Jack “i know not playing is hard, i know it’s sad-”. Jack is heard cutting her off and snapping “you don’t get to tell me about sad. you don’t get it, so stop acting like you do.”according to the fan, y/n left the date alone and in tears.

In the spirit of the season, here's a little KC Christmas fluff. Enjoy!

“Kol, I'm going to tear your balls off and rip them apart,” Caroline muttered as she moved around in the kitchen, frantically stirring and whisking.

It had been over and hour, and Kol was late.

Yes, she was aware that he was busy, but so was she, and they had been given off days at the hospital, would it really hurt him to arrive on time for once?

The doorbell finally rang and Caroline sprinted to open it, ponytail flying behind her, flour on her cheeks.

Kol stood at her door, looking sheepish and his hands in his pockets. “Kol, there you are! I swear, if you're late one more time, I'm going to do some serious damage to your dick—”

“Caroline,” Kol interrupted her, a very fake smile on his face, his teeth gritted. “I hope you don’t mind, but I brought a guest.”

He stepped aside slightly to reveal someone Caroline had seen many times in the hospital, not many of which had been very good.

“Caroline,” said Klaus Mikaelson, with a smile that was all teeth. “It’s a pleasure.”

“I cannot believe you right now,” Caroline snarled at Kol while he sat at her kitchen island, nervously drinking wine. “You are such an ass.”

“His flight was cancelled,” Kol muttered. “What was I supposed to do?”

“Um, I don’t know. Tell him to go away and not come to my house?” Caroline suggested furiously, whipping the cream with vengeance. “He pisses me off enough at the hospital, Kol, I do not need him in my house at Christmas as well.”

“He’s not that bad. Oh, come on, don’t look at me like that, Caroline, he’s nice to you.”

“When he is, it’s a rarity—he teases me, Kol.”

“Everyone knows about your little crush, darling.”

“I do not have a crush on him. He’s an ass.”

“Just be an adult about it and tell him. You're not five.”

“Yeah, but I'm mad, and mostly at you. He’s my boss, Kol.”

“Mine too!”

“Yeah, but he’s your brother. And anyway, what the hell am I supposed to talk to Dr Mikaelson about?”

“A variety of subjects,” said the man in question, stepping into her kitchen. Caroline huffed and turned away from him. “Oh, come now, love, we’re all adults here.”

“Are we, really?” Caroline asked, a saccharine smile pointed at Kol, who scowled at her. “Look, we’re not at work, so you're not my boss and I'm not your subordinate. That means I'm free to call you out on your bullshit as much as I want without any fear of you giving me scut to do. Now, go away.”

“You know,” Dr Asshat said casually, sitting down at her table next to his soon to be dead younger brother, “you never did tell me why you hated me so much.”

Caroline scoffed. “Are you seriously asking? You’re an ass. To me, to my friends, to Kol—”

“Yes, well, he deserves it,” replied Dr Asshat with a winning grin.

Kol tossed him a filthy look. “Go fuck yourself, Nik.”

“I swear, this is not the Christmas I had planned,” Caroline muttered, poring over the cookbook. “Kat’s late, Bonnie’s not coming, and Rebekah’s forgotten to bring the cookies. And this damn pie—” she said frustratedly, shooting the oven a foul glance, “isn’t cooking in the middle!”

“I could help,” Dr Asshat cut in, all dimples as he smiled at Caroline. “If you wanted.”

“I don’t.”

“Are you sure, love? Wouldn’t want to be the hostess who served half-baked pecan pie at her first ever Christmas dinner now, would you?”

She hated the fact he was right.

“Fine. You can help," she growled. "But don’t try to make small talk.”

He looked at her with a mock-hurt expression, his hand on his chest. “You wound me, love. And I had such hopes that we’d develop a beautiful friendship.”

Caroline barely managed to bite back a reluctant smile before he sidled up to her, grabbing a spatula. “Did you finish making the gingerbread?”

“I was going to start on it after I finished the pie, but clearly that’s not happening soon,” Caroline grumbled. “This sucks. Elena was supposed to get here early and help me with the sticky toffee pudding—the one Rebekah loves so much, and now she’s ditched me. And I still have to finish decorating the sugar cookies and make the glaze for the baked ham—”

“We’ll get it done.”

“Dr Mikaelson—”

“Klaus,” he said, smiling at her in amusement. “I'm temporarily not your boss, in your kitchen cooking, surely we can go by first names, Caroline?”

“Klaus,” Caroline said, glaring at Kol when he rolled his eyes behind them, “there’s a lot to be done, and I'm obviously running out of time because I have so many things to do and nobody’s shown up to help—”

“Caroline,” Klaus—Dr Asshat, Caroline scolded herself internally, blushing slightly at the comfortable touch of his hands as he ran them up and down her arms. “Calm down. Take a breath. It’s fine. I'm here, aren’t I? I'm going to help you make the pudding, and we can force Kol to help—”

Kol made an indignant noise from his seat at the kitchen island. “Excuse me? I never offered to help.”

Klaus—she’d given up on the Dr Asshat thing—fixed Kol with a glare. “No one asked. Now get your arse off that chair and start decorating Caroline’s cookies.”

“But I don’t want to,” came the petulant reply.

“Do you want to eat?” Caroline snapped, and Kol looked dutifully cowed. “Then you're helping. So be a good boy and listen to your big brother, Kol.”

Kol sneered at her as he stood up, abandoning his wine glass and snatching the piping bag from the counter. “This is all your fault,” he said to his brother furiously. “I knew bringing you here was a bad idea. Why couldn’t you have acted on your interests on your own, Nik?”

Caroline froze, and Klaus growled. “Mind your tongue, Kol.”

“Excuse me?” Caroline said, her voice slightly high-pitched. “What does he mean by that, exactly?”

Klaus opened his mouth but Kol beat him to it. “He fancies you, of course,” he grumbled, snipping off the top of the piping bag. “Has since a long time. Honestly, haven’t you noticed him mooning after you pathetically every morning after rounds?”

“Kol, I swear—”

“Not that you're much better, darling,” Kol continued, bordering the cookies. “You and your complaints. Your brother’s an ass cause he’s wearing the cologne I don’t like, he’s pissing me off cause he’s being weirdly nice, how does his hair look so good every day, this is not a pageant—”

“Kol!” Caroline squeaked, mortified. “Shut up. Right now.”

“Half our class has a pool going,” Kol muttered. “Even Stefan and Marcel are in on it, Nik, and they're just as fed up as I am.”

“What are you—”

“Everyone has lost at least fifty dollars because you two never seem to get together. I needed that money, Nik. And due to your combined stubbornness, no one is winning that pool. So if you two could please,” Kol concluded, slamming a perfectly iced cookie on the rack, “get yourselves together and just bloody shag already, it would really be beneficial to all of us.”

He picked up his wine glass and swaggered out of the room, taking his cookie with him for good measure.

Caroline couldn’t bring herself to look at Klaus, who couldn’t stop looking at her, ironically.

“Um,” she started brilliantly, and Klaus looked at her expectantly. “I'm going to murder Kol brutally.”

“I'll help,” Klaus offered, “after dinner.”

“Right,” Caroline started, turning to look at the half-finished glaze she had started on. “Well, if we hustle, we’ll be able to get it done in—”

“Not that dinner,” Klaus interrupted. “This Friday. I want to take you out for dinner.”

Caroline gaped at him. “Seriously?”

“Seriously. Although I'm going to cause Kol bodily harm for his outburst, I can't help but feel it was overdue. So, dinner?”

Caroline blinked while desperately trying to fight down the blush that she was sure had formed on her cheeks. “You're my boss.”

“And you'll be a resident in a year like me anyway. In the fear of risking rejection for the last time,” Klaus grins at her, all dimples. “Dinner?”

Caroline bites her lip to keep from smiling like an idiot. “Sure.”

Both of them (C&C) seem to be driven in part or in whole by negative emotions towards the idea of Prince William in power - envy and/or jealousy on the part of the King, and fear on the part of the Queen (I can feel her fear as I write this. I can not stress this strongly enough - she is terrified of Prince William having any Kingly powers).

Wow, Celta, interesting reading! Camilla’s fear of William? Some thoughts on this:

- William won’t be cruel or unkind to Camilla “IF” KC dies before her. She will be comfortably ensconced somewhere in the country,.

- William WILL, most probably, exclude Camilla from any “working royal” events once he accedes (as W will “retire” Camilla from working royal duties). That means a peripheral role for her, if any at all, at his coronation, no TTC, no balcony appearances, etc. As a Dowager Queen with no children in the LoS, she’ll be out of the royal loop. She will virtually disappear.

- Catherine will have exclusive access to the Royal Vault, not Camilla any longer. So Cam better wear alllllllll the tiaras and jewels now (as she’s been doing lol), because she isn’t getting much after KC’s death. She can consider this karma for her/KC’s petty attention-mongering vis a vis tiaras at their coronation….maybe she’ll even have to order a bespoke beaded “headpiece” for W’s coronation, instead of a tiara ;)

- William will posthumously re-bestow his mother, Diana’s, HRH. Diana will be publicly referred to/included in W’s reign…both as his mother, the mother of the current King, and as the grandmother of the future King George.

- William will do Diana, the UK, and us all a favor and commission a befittingly beautiful statue of Diana, while storing that current hideous one of her in KP’s basement.

- William will honor the Middletons during his reign, elevating their role while drastically reducing Camilla’s. Perhaps W will bestow a much-deserved title on the self-effacing Michael Middleton (and thus on Carole as well).

If any, much less all, of this comes to pass, Camilla does indeed have much to “fear” from William. Her historical legacy will be miniscule, barely more than a footnote. Her garden will look great, though, with all the attention she’ll be able to devote to it!

Some of your comments made me laugh, especially about the statue. :)

I am not sure what, exactly, Camilla was afraid of happening. The energy was like a bolt of ice that speared through me and I just froze in fear and was unable to do anything for a moment. It is that sort of intense fear that I felt. Whether that fear is rational is another question. Queen Camilla may be worrying about nothing. What she is so scared about may never some to pass. I don’t know. I just felt this overwhelming and crippling fear and I couldn’t tell much more about it. It could be related to Camilla losing something/s that she thinks she had earnt, but I am really not sure at all as it was hard to get any details except for the fear, and that came through very clearly. :)

I think that Prince William will do right by Queen Camilla when William becomes king. The issue facing her as Dowager Queen that I can see is the one you have picked up on above - Camilla is not the mother of the next king, so she doesn’t really have a role in the monarchy after her husband dies.

out of curiosity, are you a hosie or a hizzie? you're pretty loud about your dislike for handon, but i rarely see you post either hosie or hizzie.

Honestly, I had to think hard to answer this because I really did enjoy aspects of both ships. Short answer, I like both but don't love either. If I had to choose I would likely say Hizzie.

With Hosie I feel like they lacked a lot of the depth despite them being the most popular ship in the show. Ironically enough, they followed in KC's footsteps in that sense. They never really had enough build-up for them to start a relationship at any point in the show and it didn't help that the writers seemingly put a ban on them in s3. After being called out for queerbaiting the audience they just decided to completely cut Hope and Josie off from each other, even in situations that would've called for them to interact (s2 literally ended with them having an episode heavily centric on their dynamic, yet there was no follow up in s3?).

Their dynamic for the most part bored me, even as someone who enjoys the friends-to-lovers trope. Often times their scenes felt a bit empty, which definitely could’ve been intentional on the writers part to dissuade people from shipping them to be fair! They just didn’t get enough content for me to fully jump on board. I do think that out of Hope's popular ships, they had the best chemistry. They felt very natural in the scenes they shared and could've been great in canon. Had DRR and Kaylee been given the chance, Hosie would’ve been one of the few canon Legacies ships that had real romantic chemistry.

Hope and Lizzie’s relationship very clearly the star of the show. The best elements of the show were jumpstarted by their relationship (their rivals-to-friends era in s1, their hilarious scenes in s2 and 3, and their tribrid/heretic, sirebond, and enemies era in s4). The writers put more effort into Hizzie than any other aspect of the show, including Hope and Lizzie's canon relationships with their boring boyfriends. Typically, Hizzie is the thing the Legacies writers are praised for the most, and the praise is deserved.

Based on the writing alone Hizzie would've gone down as one of my favorite TVDU ships, maybe even one of my favorite ships period. But I don’t think DRR and Jenny have much romantic chemistry. Very close friends and platonic soulmates, yes. Girlfriends... I'd have to actually see it to believe it. They had the potential to start something, especially in season 4, but I’m not sure how it would feel to actually watch them have romantic scene.

It’s hard to say which I'd rather have been canon because of this. I can't see how Hope and Josie’s relationship being entertaining to watch (assuming that I can't go back and rewrite their relationship) and unless DRR and Jenny were specifically toning down whatever romantic chemistry they may have, I can't see myself rooting for them to kiss on screen. If I absolutely had to choose? Before s4 I would’ve said Hizzie by a long shot, but s4 gave Hosie an edge (I love ships where one or both of them are obsessively down bad and s4 Josie fit that to a T. Josie caring more about the girl that beat her father nearly to death, threatened to kill her mother, and actually killed her sister? EAT EAT EAT!), but also the sirebond gave Hizzie a bit of an edge (how could you not get even a little buzz from “I hate you for making me love you”?)… Hizzie was the first Legacies ship I fell for so I feel like I’m always gonna be a bit bias towards them.

I’d choose either one of these ships over the train wreck that was Hope and Landon in a heartbeat though! Both had potential to be excellent in their own ways if H.ndon wasn’t shoved down our throats.

I love Earth’s new design it’s more fitting though I would’ve loved to have her be plus size that’s the only think I’m going to miss, why do they have to always be skinny? >:c

BM is working with this tails doll named Rodrick or something but it feels the same BM meets someone new and they get used like a tool, Solar (aka Nice Eclipse) helped him get upgrades but I don’t know what episode did I miss that eventually now he is in hated territory by BM, bc that’s the perception I have currently with newer episodes.

I wish there could be a redemption arc but the person I wanted to help BM get better was killed off, I feel like they didn’t know where to go with KC so they just said you know what let’s get rid of it, but I truly feel they had a lot of things that could happen with KC.

Just like when his killing thing came back idk how he managed to suppress it i’m guessing power of friendship and all so now I think they are going to take that route with Ruin bc yes the virus got eliminated and whatever but for him to keep humming “You’ll be back” from Hamilton is sus.

HIII NEW ASKKK!! yea! I think I mentioned it once- but it bother me how she is clearly a big woman! (yea model is messy but! still!) and it made me look at bit confused how the fans draw her skinny! like- even I as an old hater of her respected her curves! :V they missed a chance to make her plus size- shame.. I mad dislike the character- but the fan art was ok- if only they draw her plus sizee aaa also- ye- I know of Tails doll- bothers me that they use an actually cool character like this.. like. cant they just made up a villain? leave my cool creepy TD alone! :C (I cry in Sonic fan!) Also- I am of the idea that KC was better as a "another side of moon" and when he was given a new life- I lost interest- becase he NEVER deserved such chance- he made Moon life miserable for YEARS- then was the FIRST one to use BM- eventually left them - only when they show up- be an ass to what is- in theory- his mini him.. how can KC be of any help? KC was a poorly used character.. also- yea- how the hell does he suddently controled the only reason to be alive? he is a Kill Code- not Rapper Code! or Cook Code! bruh had it easy while Moon had it worse! also..Ruin-- I hoped to maybe see his eps? but also-- ngh.. I cant have the same route I took with Eclipse.. seeying someone so great eat dust- be a walking joke- then be killed in such way.. CHAPTER 44: FIRE IN THE SKY

The victory party was in full swing, but Orion didn’t feel like celebrating. The high of the match had faded, leaving him feeling strung up and drained from a night of little sleep.

Ever since Murphy and Katriona had invited him to the World Cup, he had been looking forward to it, yet none of it had turned out like he had expected. In his eagerness to fill the emptiness inside him, he hadn’t questioned what had looked to be an act of generosity, and now he was back where he had begun, his heart filled with a longing for Lizzie that he didn’t know how to deal with.

Not sharing the high spirits around him, Orion kept to the side of the party. He busied himself watching the fireworks flashing across the sky, nodding at familiar faces as they passed him. Luckily, most of them were too ecstatic to bother him in his gloom; it had been a while since he had seen any of his friends, too, but it was just as well - the party was noisy enough without any of them bothering him on top.

More out of habit than anything, he scanned the crowd for Lizzie. He found her standing close to the World Cup trophy, talking to a witch covered head to toe in Irish colours. Lizzie seemed to know her because she put a hand on the woman’s arm before suddenly turning to walk away. When she paused abruptly, the Irish witch whispered into her ear before yelling something Orion didn’t understand. Then, she raised her shirt up to her shoulders, flashing the hollering bystanders and vanished into the crowd.

Shaking his head in astonishment, Orion looked back to where Lizzie had been but found that she had disappeared. When he spotted her again, she was headed for the exit, Skye’s unmistakable blue head right behind her. Then, the two of them were gone.

Without thinking, Orion made to follow them, but he didn’t make it very far. Katriona materialised by his side, her brows drawn together in an angry frown.

“What is going on? Why is Lizzie leaving?” She narrowed her eyes at him. “What did you do?”

Orion sighed wearily. “I did nothing, my sweet but quick to judge sister-in-the-stars.”

At that, Katriona blinked. “You didn’t? Why?”

Hadn’t he been so tired and frustrated, Orion would have laughed at the absurdity of her question.

“How can I cause disturbance in waters that I do not go near? I’ve kept my distance from Lizzie since you so kindly abandoned us at the fire yesterday.”

Katriona tilted her head. “I repeat my question - why?”

“Because there is no use. Every word we share is another twist of the knife in both our hearts. When Lizzie and I parted, we did so hoping to heal, not cut ourselves even deeper.”

Katriona snorted. “All I hear is yada yada yada. I thought we were over this - if you want something, you’ll need to go and get it. You want her. She wants you. Wherever is your bloody problem?”

“The problem,” Orion said, irritation rising in his chest,” is that she has left. Lizzie chose to go and stretch her wings, and as much as it pains me that she has flown beyond my reach, I know she deserves it. She earned it. I will not be who keeps her from her destiny.”

“Not that again.”

“Yes, that again. We played with fire, knowing what happens when you hold your hands into a flame. Who are we to complain now that it burns? We were never meant to be. It was a lie we told ourselves because we didn’t want to listen. We should never have put our careers on the line for this fever dream. What have we to show for breaking every single rule I can think of? Nothing. Absolutely nothing.”

“The rules, the rules, all I hear is the rules,” Katriona answered hotly. “Sod the rules, I say! If they don’t suit you, bend them. You always did. Where’s your creativity gone?” She grabbed Orion by the arm and pulled him toward the exit. “Come on, Lizzie’s hasn’t gone for long. You can still catch her if you hurry.”

Orion spun away from her, his anger at her, which had been simmering beneath the surface since he had seen Lizzie and Skye at their camp, finally spilling over.

“I don’t want to catch her! Don’t you get it? I want to forget her, and you should support me rather than make everything worse. She and I aren’t meant to be - never were and never will be. The sooner you, and I, and everybody else, accept it, the easier it will be to finally move on. Maybe - just maybe - Lizzie and I can both actually be happy for once.”

Katriona blinked at his sudden outburst, her face illuminated by the green and gold explosives in the sky, but Orion wasn’t done. It was like a dam had broken inside him, all of his frustration spilling from him in a rush of words.

“Every time Lizzie and I try to be together, we part hurting. Every time we try to love each other, we break each other’s hearts. We made our choices - both of us - and all they ever do is lead us away from each other, every single bloody time.”

He took a deep breath, dipping his head back into his neck. His eyes searched the sky, but the stars were eclipsed by the fireworks rising from the tents beyond the party area. When Orion spoke next, he felt light and heavy at the same time.

“It’s time to let her go,” he said, more to himself than to Katriona. “Let her go and be free. Both of us.”

Katriona’s face was a play of light and shadow as the fireworks flared again, but Orion could see the spark of sympathy in her eyes. She placed her hand on his arm again, lightly this time, but Orion shook her off. He wanted to tell her to, please, leave the matter alone but paused.

All of a sudden, the light seemed to have changed. The sky was still glowing in the distance, but it wasn’t fireworks anymore that were lighting the darkness. It was a flickering orange sheen, which was growing brighter by the minute. Orion thought he could hear the faint noise of thundering, but it didn’t sound like fireworks being set off.

Slowly, the music began to die as more and more people noticed the change in the air. A murmur rose among the crowd. Suddenly, Murphy was there, reaching for Katriona’s hand with an alarmed look on his painted face.

“Do you know what’s going on?” he asked, his voice strangely loud in the strained silence.

Katriona opened her mouth to reply when a new sound cut through the atmosphere that made Orion’s blood run cold.

Screams.

Sharing a look, the three of them followed the throng of people into the open, where they would be able to see better. They were met with sounds of confusion and panic as witches and wizards darted to and fro, some headed for the woods in the distance, some straight for the cause of the commotion.

Now that they were outside, Orion could discern a row of cloaked and hooded people in the distance. They were marching in succession, setting tents on fire as they went. They kept their wands raised in front of their faces, hidden by what looked to be silvery masks and joined by a constant stream of equally dressed people coming in from both sides.

Above them, four shapes were floating through the air. They were weirdly contorted, limbs twitching, and movements too unnatural to appear human. When Katriona realised how small two of the hovering shapes were, she drew a sharp breath.

“Come on,” she said with a pressed voice. “We need to see if we can help.”

They fought their way through the people running in the opposite direction from them - away from the hooded group of wizards - but soon had to give in to the fact that Murphy had no space to manoeuvre his wheelchair.

The dark figures had turned from them and were walking in a different direction, but the general commotion seemed to have spread beyond their wake. Emotions both good and bad had been running high over the last couple of hours, and now all of it was breaking ground. Fires were blooming everywhere, the air thick and biting with their smoke, and the sounds of screams and hollering were storming in on Orion from all sides.

“Let’s go and find a meeting point,” Murphy suggested. He had to shout to be heard above the racket. “Maybe someone will be able to tell us what’s going on.”

Orion was about to agree when the atmosphere abruptly changed. Where everything had been black shadows and flickering flames before, the campsite was suddenly cast into a pale green light. An eerie silence settled over the burning field as hundreds of faces turned skywards. Moments after, screams erupted all around them, followed by the cracks of several people Disapparating in panic.

Slowly, Orion raised his eyes to the sky.

“Oh my God,” Katriona whispered next to him. Her voice was hoarse. “It can’t be…”

She reached for Murphy’s hand, who watched the image of the skull with a snake winding from its gaping mouth with his lips tightly pressed together. He nodded.

“The Dark Mark.”

Orion was still watching the sign of He Who Must Not Be Named - the symbol the whole wizarding world had hoped to never see again - when a sudden explosion in the distance made them jump. As if the sound had kicked time into motion again, people began to run, away from the fires, the explosions, and the skull in the sky, without looking left or right. Standing completely still amid the people fleeing around them, Katriona turned to Orion. Her face was ghastly pale.

“The explosion,” she said, her blue eyes wide with fear. “That was by our camp, wasn’t it?”

She clapped a hand in front of her mouth.

“That’s where Skye and Lizzie are.”

They manage to eventually fix KC and get rid of what the creator did, then a few days later, CC creator shows up. He introduces himself and answers any questions that the others ask.

KC is still greatly upset, So Moon ends up explaining everything going on with them.

Instead of being upset at KC, like KC was expecting, CC creator starts excitedly gushing over the fact that not only did KC become sentient, but he also stopped having the urge to kill, the thing he was coded to do.

KC decides to be in control of the body, out of curiosity, and starts talking to CC creator.

KC: “You’re not upset with me?”

CC creator: “Of course not! I know I’ve never made a Killcode before, but what you’ve done is still incredible! You’re being your own person and evolved past your code! I’m so proud of you, KC!”

KC is quiet for a second before responding.

KC: “Oh... Thank you.”

CC creator: “You’re welcome son. Wait, no, sorry, you’re not technically my son. But I suppose you technically are since I’m an alternate version of your creator? Then again, as I said before, I’ve never made a Killcode before...”

KC just waits for him to finish rambling, since he’s basking the genuine praise he just got.

The boy needs praise, he’s been trying so hard to be a good person, he deserves all the praise.

Loved the submission you just posted! And wanted to comment on something mentioned in it - “I think there has been a serious breach between Charles and William.”

IMHO - the reason for this is clear if you pay attention in that the public embraced Charles III as King.

William truly believed what his mother and the media have claimed for decades - that the public would revolt when KC3 became King, except that never happened. Immediately after his accession, KP still played nice but from my observation that all shifted after the German state visit. That’s when the decades of work KC put in as Prince of Wales started paying off - the rapturous welcome, speaking German in Parliament, receiving firsts that Lizzie never did like the Air Force escort.

After that the briefing against The King from KP has been relentless, same as they briefed against H&M, as well as the public disrespect because they know the media won’t criticize them to keep those exclusives flowing.

There’s not going to be joint engagements between father and son because William cannot be trusted to position himself publicly as serving his father. The last years of QEIIs life, Charles was regent in all but official title but not once did Clarence House ever brief anyone to refer to him as such. KP can’t even bring themselves to say that Willy does investitures “on behalf of The King”. He will gladly not only take credit for his fathers work without honoring, like town developments in the Duchy, but attribute it to being inspired by his long-dead mother.

I hate to admit that Harry has a point when he says William is the problem. He’s drunk off his own self importance (hid well by the same PR facade Harry benefitted from) but he’s hoping that pretty family pics and media obedience will hide something any thinking person should be able to admit - he’s a woefully inadequate Prince of Wales compared to his father and is shaping up to be an even worse King.

Yup.

And I do have to wonder how far William thinks he can take his secret pissing match with his father. To what extent will William try to upstage his father because William is used to being the UK media's "goldenboy." Because William is used to having people whitewash his reputation in the media because he was the heir, and Harry's exploits were always published to make William keep looking good.

I'm reminded of the comments @helenaaurelia made about William after he threw Lady Susan Hussey under the bus, almost a year and a half ago.

Its making me rethink everything he’s done, everything the palace has done. I’ve always blamed the more heartless decisions on Charles ,with William just supporting his father. Now I’m wondering if the roles have been reversed, looking at the changes that seemed to have occurred as William became more and more powerful, wondering how much of it he was responsible for. I just deleted a whole paragraph of speculation, deciding that he probably doesn’t deserve me thinking out loud about every ruthless and possibly heartless decision the BRF has made in the last decade and wondering if he was behind it. (No I won’t tell you what I deleted, that’s the point of deleting it.) From now on though, I’m looking at him through the same lens I look at Charles with. No more benefit of doubt for William.

The stories about him reminding everyone exactly who he is and who he’s going to be. I always assumed they were false, and that the stories of him always humbly waiting in line, not telling anyone who he is, trying to fly under the radar, being a nice helpful, friendly guy were all true. Now I wonder why I was so quick to believe the good about him and so quick to dismiss the bad. I still think he’s a kind, decent man who truly wants to do good. I just will no longer dismiss any unpleasant stories about him without the same scrutiny I give stories about everyone else.

And I think the anon from yesterday is totally right that "William is having a mental crisis of some sort."

The KP timeline of Kate's cancer and William's work schedule doesn't make sense. In the world according to the Kensington Palace comms team, W&K found out about her cancer on the 27 February, and she was able to start her "preventative chemotherapy" in less than 48 hours after that. And yet, William didn't need to change any of his work schedule to accommodate her first round of "preventative chemotherapy" that week.

Adjuvant therapy, aka "preventative chemotherapy" can be finished in as little as three months. KP has conveniently not let anyone know how long Kate will be doing "preventative chemotherapy." Is she doing this for three months or six months? IF she's only doing this for three months, then that means when the kids started back up at school after their Easter break, she would only have one month left. Which is the same time the KP comms team let everyone know that William can only work ONE DAY per week while his kids are in school full time. Kate could theoretically almost be done with her "preventative chemotherapy," yet William needs to hide from the public for even longer? Except for the big events like Trooping, Garter, D-Day 80th anniversary, etc., because William won't have to engage with the general public for those. William has to get his picture taken for the big events.

As I said before, there are so many problems that the situation is not “Where do you start?” but “Where does it end?”

Because, yeah, I do think William is having a mental crisis. I think he has been hiding something in an attempt to upstage his father's big announcement. Because that is something William would do. It was something he had no qualms about doing until his home life started unraveling with Kate. And who really knows what is going on with her because KP has never been honest, and I've always found it suspicious that Kate filmed her cancer announcement video with William's private secretary present instead of her own.

So, yeah, calm before the storm 'n all, and I can tell there is going to be a huge shit storm because Charles just called Kate a rank celebrity on Tuesday with that "honour." We're about to have a major BRF scandal because William decided to prove that he really is Diana's son by going full Spencer. And any longtime BRF watcher will know that "Spencer" equals crazy or egomaniacal crazy.

Gonna say my honest feelings about some of the Sun and Moon Show villains.

Bloodmoon, Solar Flare, and Killcode deserved better.

For Bloodmoon, I personally believe that he had barely any time to reach his full potential as a villain. Yes, we knew he was a threat and that he did some pretty awful things, but for the most part, he didn't do much to directly harm Sun and Moon up until the very end (from my knowledge at least). Also, he never had the opportunity to develop as a character. Towards the end, he began to show some awareness that Killcode was using them as a pawn, but he never got to act upon that feeling or at least further elaborate on it.

What also irks me about Bloodmoon was the fact that they died for no good reason. Yeah, I will admit that they were asking to be killed since they were teasing Sun while he was snapping, but where did the Sun snapping arc go? Nowhere. So Bloodmoon's death was pretty much for nothing, except for him to become some hallucination that taunts him, but also borderline gives him therapy at the same time. He also never had the chance to become a better villain or even be redeemed before he was killed. I could go on and on about Bloodmoon but I'll end it there.

Solar Flare on the other hand barely even had the chance to be a character. I will admit, I was on the fence about him at first, but he grew on me and became a character I genuinely enjoyed seeing, even if his entire personality was pretty much protecting Killcode. Poor Solar Flare was written so poorly (in my opinion) that I didn't even know he was considered dead until much later on. He was pretty much created just to die a few weeks later and at that point, I don't even see why he was needed. Other than Eclipse using his body, and Solar Flare giving Moon instructions on how to build a satellite, I don't think there was any substance to his character at all. Justice for Solar Flare.

As for Killcode...I don't even know what to say about him. When the homicide code arc started, Killcode being introduced was not something I expected, nor was it something I was pleasantly surprised about. I feel like the arc could have worked even better without him because...KC was barely even explored in his own arc. He deserved to be the proper villain he was made to be before getting his redemption. Besides, his redemption didn't do much besides have him disappear from the show almost completely and just eliminate him as a threat for Sun and Moon. If he was going to be incorporated into the show, I just wish that he had been more fleshed out as a character.

WELL FUCK.

I've had a complicated relationship with this particular franchise, one I've mostly washed my hands of and refused to engage in for the last... Ooh, what was it, fifteen years, give or take.

I got no guff with the show (but plenty towards its creator), but a combination of secondhand embarrassment, an once overtly enthusiastic rose-colored bias on a show that was really better with the sums of its parts than it was as a whole - alongside an abysmally terrible final season - and a fandom I've long since left for other pastures (which, from what I've gathered, is doing great, so thumbs up and keep up the good work) meant I was more than content locking this thing in a skeleton closet somewhere rooted deep in my psych for the rest of eternity (and will continue to do so.)

I had no clue that the fandom would persist to this day, twenty damn long years since the show aired. So much so that internet exposure to this bloody cartoon was a frequent, involuntary presence that I still can't seem to escape from; I swear it's my fandom jumpscare. The times I would interact with any blog posts related to it were often linked to a private discord chat so I could equally horrify a friend who was also a former fan of the show ("if I have suffered, so will you!")

Never have I considered willingly going back (if not briefly.)

until fucking goddamn now i guess I found out an official comic existed and from what little reviews I've read, it seem to have been written by someone who either had the same level of contempt for the ending as most of us did and/or was a huge enough fan to deliver something to satisfy the unanswered questions fans been asking and theorizing for decades.

So I was left sitting grumpily with arms crossed, going full on KC Green's "I GUESS" mode, debating how much I was willing to spend my hard-earned money on this comic. But I did. Because authors of comics and novels deserve to be paid for their work and I legit want to support them.

So.

I am exposing myself.

Today’s episode just proves that Moon really is a good big brother and his first instinct is to accept new prospective siblings with open arms (because remember, he did try to help Eclipse at first before Eclipse turned him down flat—and Bloodmoon didn’t express an interest either way, but they were still met with tons of empathy, even if it wasn’t expressed to them directly). He also has tons of empathy, and it is telling that the Computer was the one who shot down KC’s first suggestion of just getting rid of him by saying Moon would never allow it, being proved right by Moon confirming as much with no hesitation literally seconds later. But yet again I worry about his general mental state and self-worth, because while it is good that he was taking responsibility for his actions and attitude toward Sun in the early days, I do think he was still shouldering a bit too much of the blame. Though I do give him credit that he did, actually, acknowledge KC as a contributing factor to that.

And I think it is interesting that KC prefaced his desire for Moon to live with saying “just let me do this for you.” I’m not sure if he did that intentionally to mimic what Sun was saying before going off on his hunt for Eclipse, but either way I think it’s going to have a big impact on Moon one way or another. On the one hand it might just further cement his stubborn self-sacrificing nature and determination for KC to live, since what Sun ended up doing right after saying those words resulted in the absolute fiasco the two of them have found themselves in currently. On the other hand, it might sway him to actually sit down and listen more to KC’s reasonings and arguments, since Sun just proved that desperate people really do actually do desperate things, and KC and Moon are currently in a more desperate and delicate situation than Sun was.

Speaking of Sun, Moon’s absolute joy at hearing Sun had come back to the daycare was really sweet. He just sounded so relieved his brother was safe. And he didn’t even care that Sun accidentally put him and KC in this dangerous position.

I do hope the two of them can survive, though. A terrible father KC might be, but he does deserve the chance to live and continue growing. And Moon deserves the chance to be able to relax and enjoy autonomy without having to worry about sharing or having someone unexpectedly take over.

…Not to mention that he deserves to have friends who actually like him and spending time with him and acknowledging him, and not someone just pretending to be him. It’s fine if they’re friends with KC and Lunar as well, but Moon shouldn’t have to take a backseat to all of that by default.

Honestly, at this point it is probably best if he just gets a new set of friends altogether, because it is abundantly clear that outside of Monty (and sort of kind of Golden Freddy? He’s more of a mentor, so I don’t think he really counts in the same way) the others don’t really know him or care about him more deeply than being on friendly coworker terms. And, like—Sun and Moon have been dealing with literal world-ending threats! Even Vanny was nervous about touching any of their shenanigans in the course of her current evil schemes. And the others don’t seem to even notice, let alone care. And yet Moon is continually offering them free therapy!

Gregory gets a pass since he is a literal child, and so does Roxanne—at least to an extent—given that she was one of Eclipse’s victims. But—from a completely story-driven point of view, and ignoring the limitations imposed by real world schedules and such—it is getting ridiculous at this point just how out of the loop everyone is on Sun and Moon’s life.

Anyways… that aside, I will be interested to see what ultimately happens with Moon and KC’s situation. But either way, at least they aren’t at odds anymore and can actually understand and sympathize with each other, and there won’t be hard feelings on either of their ends no matter the outcome. Maybe lots of regrets if one of them does have to sacrifice themselves, but at least that will show that both of them did care about each other.

Hi I'm Megh.I'm a new Vampire Diaries fan and have been reading your rewatch posts for a while now.They have indeed helped me see things from different perspective than I had initially perceived.Full disclosure: I'm not exactly sold on any of the romantic pairings and there are too many of them and too much shipping wars about them.LOL! I'm currently on the final season and 6 episodes away from the finale and I have a few questions for you

1.Was Enzo-Bonnie an afterthought because I just watched Damon-Bonnie letter scene and that was more compelling than the whole Enzonnie or Benzo relationship?

2.Damon-Elena and Klaus-Caroline are walking disasters but I have heard the former is endgame while the other one is adored by the showrunner for some reason. Is it true or just fandom theory that Caroline's & Klaus's love interests were killed to make way for Klaus-Caroline?

3. Did the writers put Caroline and Stefan with everyone because they wanted to or did they think that was absolutely necessary for their story ? I enjoy their dynamic but I felt like their constant isolation once they were together was a bit upsetting.

4.Realistically I'm supposed to believe Stefan got over Elena but the narrative seems to play up the triangle and Stefan-Elena for drama,maybe,intentionally to undermine caroline-Stefan.I know the ending and I know they didn't end up together but I would like to know your opinion.If the actress of Elena hadn't quit, how do you think the show would have handled stefan's relationship with Caroline?I think they had great potential and the lack of enthusiasm at times is just too obvious to be ignored.

Hi Megh! Glad you are enjoying the recaps and welcome to the emotional clusterfuck that is this show and fandom, though it's pretty dead since the shows ended. One of the reasons I did my rewatch now was because I wanted to do it completely removed from the ship wars (which were easy to get caught up in) and watch from that perspective. Thanks for the questions! I put all my answers below

Sadly I don't even know how to answer this best SO MUCH SAME! I never felt anything for Bonenzo (we'll see if it changes during my rewatch) and found Bamon way more compelling. It's honestly because of the showrunners, none of them felt strongly enough about Bonnie to give her Damon as a love interest because in their minds she couldn't usurp Elena. They gave her Enzo because even though he's the most NPC on the show he's still a powerful white male and falls into the higher tier guys (though not as high as the Salvatores or Mikaelsons) which they finally felt she deserved after her S6 storyline. In a way that's because Damon was now shown as caring about her a lot even if it's never romantic.

I think both ships fall into the same category of "drawn to the bad boy, she can fix him" yada yada yada stuff that is a pretty popular trope. I don't think JP necessarily adored KC I think she adores Caroline and the way this show works is the more high-cachet men are in love with you the better your chances of survival are. Stefan and Klaus are like top tier in that regard. I think the KC stuff in TO S5 had more to do with the Legacies spin-off and having them tied to that as a way to draw interest to that show, since it starred their kids. But they weren't endgame and JP made a point after TO S5 ended that she didn't make them endgame because it would have dishonored Stefan. Because even though that season gave KCers more stuff from Caro's POV of like she does care about Klaus (and I think fans could theorize she could have fell in love with him) her falling for him never happened in canon. She wore all black (something she never does) and she had her rings around her neck the whole time so the essence of Stefan/SC was in every scene they shared. IMO JP never felt KC could usurp SC because I think she looks at it from Caro's POV which is Stefan > Tyler > Klaus in terms of who she loved the most.

As in giving them a lot of romantic pairings? I thought that had to do with the writers liking their characters and feeling the chemistry a lot. Stefan always had some woman pining for him because he was the romantic male lead. Caroline as she moved further up in importance of the narrative got more male attention because the misogynistic way this 'verse works. They also liked to parallel Stefan and Caroline's journeys. If you mean what went on with them in S7, that is a very long story and can pretty much be summed up as Caroline Dries hated them and tried to ruin them, then Julie Plec came back and fixed them, this breaks it down. For me though all of S6 and most of S8 they were great and the writers gave them great and powerful stuff, YMMV of course.

Since SE was the ShowTP in the beginning I think that's why there was always a draw to them based on that's what the show was built upon. I noticed during my rewatch how much the writers used nuance to keep certain ships "alive" as in reminding the audience they were a thing and maybe they could come back. There was ALWAYS a possibility that the show could use SC to prop SE and bring them back together and I think it didn't happen because the writers ended up caring about Caroline more than Elena as the show progressed. The thing with Nina leaving is they knew she was going to leave at the beginning of S6 and I don't think SE was ever more platonic than they were that season. And the writers had so much enthusiasm for SC that season so I can't agree with you saying they had a lack of enthusiasm (unless you mean S7 which see above lol). Of course I'm not the best person to ask that because SC makes me feel more than any ship ever has and even the stuff I don't like doesn't ruin the ship for me. I also never felt the pull of SE even if I understand why people do, the transference issues with Katherine and Stefan needing to play a part to be the perfect boyfriend to Elena turned me off about it (plus he let her die!!). If JP left before the end and KW took over then I could have seen him doing the implied SE endgame but JP loved SC more than any other writer and I'll die on that hill.

100% writers like fans have personal preference but for the most part the showrunner controls everything and their preference can dictate more of what's happening. Unfortunately for Bonnie none of the showrunners cared enough about her and she was often sidelined but Caroline got really great stuff in S6 because JP loves her and wanted her to shine. In the earlier seasons when KW was still around and even right after he left everyone still felt Elena as the center of everything (and I mean she was top billed it made sense) the other girls were sidelined the most. Like Caroline was treated horribly in S1 because KW saw her as nothing but a prop to Elena.

Solar Flare would not have betrayed Tickle Drunk Eclipse, who I’m going to try to start calling Tickle Addict Eclipse instead to avoid confusing him with Eclipses when tickle drunk. Nor would that Solar Flare have had his body snatched. The tickle toy loves his dad and isn’t planning on hurting him. And he already has his own little custom tickle toy body, so he doesn’t need Solar Flare’s.

So, Moon does not get the plans for killing Eclipse, nor does he get the plan for getting rid of Killcode. Killcode does demand the body for a week or so to take care of his son, since Moon accidentally lets slip about that little call where he accidentally made Eclipse cry. Moon agrees on the condition that Sun doesn’t get hurt for murdering Bloodmoon or trying to murder Eclipse, because KC will not leave him alone about getting the body and bonding with his son.

KC unfortunately is immediately contacted by Freddy, and has to pretend to be Moon for a bit. Then he decides to stop by the grocery store to grab some gifts for Eclipse, to help him feel better about the crushing loneliness and Bloodmoon being dead. Where he meets and gets attached to Glamrock Freddy.

He comes away with 37 sets of children’s clothes because of his panic excuse, five blankets, some pajamas and nightgowns he claims are for Lunar (they’re for Eclipse), an armful of stuffed animals and soft pillows, two tubs of ice cream (Neapolitan and Cookies & Cream), a bag of pizza rolls, a microwave, and a crush on Glamrock Freddy. Now Moon has to give himself and Sun the ability to eat when he gets the body back, to back up the excuses KC gave.

Meanwhile, Sun finds the base, and Solar Flare. Eclipse hides under the computer desk while Solar Flare tries to handle the situation. He is downright terrified, because that little tickle toy body is tiny and extremely sensitive, and is so very easy to hurt.

He doesn’t come out of hiding until Sun threatens Solar Flare. Sun, naturally, busts out laughing when he realizes this tiny adorable thing is Eclipse. Which turns up Eclipse’s snark and aggression, because he’s still upset about Sun murdering his brothers, and about that call with Moon, and he hates being afraid, and he hasn’t gotten to be tickle drunk to help cope with any of it, and now he’s also being laughed at for the body he custom designed for himself.

Naturally, this leads to an argument between pissy snarky Eclipse and murderous rampage Sun.

Tickle Addict Eclipse: Don’t pretend you’re any better than me! You were going to kill Solar Flare just now! He’s innocent!

Sun: You made him! He works for you and Killcode!

Tickle Addict Eclipse: I made Lunar too. He used to work for me, are you planning on killing him next?

Sun: What? No! Lunar betrayed you, because you’re a monster!

Tickle Addict Eclipse: What do you know? I really do take after you, don’t I?

Sun: What the hell is that supposed to-

Tickle Addict Eclipse: Bloodmoon betrayed me too, and you killed them!

Sun: Bloodmoon was working for you and Killcode!

Tickle Addict Eclipse: I was working for them, and Killcode barely had any control of them! They did whatever the hell they wanted!

Sun: They deserved it!

Tickle Addict Eclipse: So does Moon! So does fucking Monty!

Sun: You-

Tickle Addict Eclipse: You don’t get to judge my brothers for doing the same shit your brother did!

Sun: Bloodmoon?! Are you seriously trying to use Bloodmoon as an excuse to make me the bad guy here?!

Tickle Drunk Eclipse: You are the fucking bad guy here. The worst thing I’ve done in months is make Solar Flare! You hurt Lunar so bad he ran off crying the moment he heard my voice! Even I never managed to scare him that bad!

Sun: I-

Tickle Drunk Eclipse: You lied to your brother’s face! You, the person he trusts most, the one person he knows would never lie to him!

Sun: I didn’t-

Tickle Drunk Eclipse: You killed my brothers! You took away the first people to ever care about me despite how horrible I am! *tearing up* You murdered them! They can’t ever- *sniffle* They can’t ever come back! They don’t have any backups! They *crying* they’re gone. My brothers are gone. You killed them. Why… why would you kill them? None of us ever killed anyone you cared about

Sun, very uncomfortable and conflicted now: ……

Solar Flare, bending over to awkwardly pat Eclipse’s back: There, there, master Eclipse. It will be alright.

Tickle Addict Eclipse, sobbing because the repression bottle finally burst: No it won’t. My brothers are dead. Dad doesn’t love me now that his favorites are gone. Sun’s going to *bleep*ing kill us.

Solar Flare: No he will not. I will not allow it. You have forgotten that you programmed me with advanced combat cabilities.

Sun: What the absolute *bleep* is happening right now?

Bloodmoon, taking control of Sun’s mouth, having watched this whole thing and were enjoying it until Eclipse started crying: We’re not dead! We’re right here, brother! We hope you don’t mind, but we’ve taken your old room.

Tickle Addict Eclipse, excited and hopeful: You’re alive?!

Sun, horrified and panicking: You’re real?!

It’s a cluster fuck all around. There’s lots of help that’s needed in all regards. Eclipse needs to learn that he fucked up and that hasn’t changed, sun needs to calm down, they all need therapy

ohhh my favourite part of ask games, (harmless) petty fandom drama. i know these are a lot so ofc feel free to pick and choose but im nosy and love gossip so if you feel like it *eyes emoji*:

1 - the character everyone gets wrong cedric the sorcerer. he deserves respect as a person, and the royal family was wrong to deny him that, but he does little to earn respect as royal sorcerer. 'oh he has such a good and relatable arc' whup tee doo his grand finale was... *checks notes* doing his job correctly. the one he's been training for his whole life. color me unimpressed by a character that should have either left that job YEARS ago or put a little effort into anticipating what he'd be asked to do and practicing instead of trying to prove his worth through stunts and domination.

2 - a compelling argument for why your fave would never top or bottom can't do it lol, everyone's a verse in my mind

6 - which ship fans are the most annoying? shoutout to the time i went through the snape/lily tag and couldn't scroll 3 posts without a james/lily shipper trying to pull moral rank. however i think 75% of the hp fandom has ship rabies.

7 - what character did you begin to hate not because of canon but because how how the fandom acts about them? eh, none, i don't let fandom influence my interpretations of characters that way. cedric is closest but the fandom misinterpretation is just an additional annoyance, rather than a driving force

8 - common fandom opinion that everyone is wrong about 'cedric and sofia have a good relationship'. shipping or not, they're completely one-sided. what does cedric provide sofia with? he doesn't even listen to her particularly well.

12 - the unpopular character that you actually like and why more people should like them to no one's surprise, my first pick here is wormwood from sofia the first. he was created as a joke, ha ha the pet is smarter than the human master, but then the show makes you judge him by human moral standards as the foil to cedric's 'deserving of second chances'. the show itself asks you to view a character that cannot leave servitude as human, and wants you to believe that his station is right. it's so deeply unfair. i care him. i respect him. i want to see him take the power of humanity for himself, abuse it, naturally, because that's all humans have ever done to him, then grow into a complete person when he realizes he cares despite it all. knowing that, i feel like mentioning areelu should come as no surprise. doing great evil in response to evil that was done to you? that's so up my alley. up my pussy even. making her bond with daeran of all people is such a great idea, someone who cannot forgive her, but must move on and work with her regardless. it seems like most people write her off as too evil to live, but she's still a super genius. there's a lot to be gained by befriending her. the gold dragon ""redemption"" happens so absurdly fast though. 'oh shit guess this is pretty fucked up, so glad you're a piss-colored lizard bc that's the only way i'd ever listen to you' wrath's writing in general has a bit of a quantity over quality issue. a lacking-logic issue. no way my azata would sacrifice herself just cuz without knowing what areelu will do once she's gone.

16 - you can't understand why so many people like this thing (characterization, trope, headcanon, etc) - hero-type main characters in general. idk exactly what it is but i find most of them very dull, and often irritating. a lack of desires beyond duty? can't often be described as freaks? they just never have any footholds for interesting ideas to me. - gold aasimar cum. if you want something golden to come out of daeran's dick, you can just make him piss XD also does that imply his hair is naturally white? - daeran x chill/lawful/'boring' kcs - i can tell that on some level he wants the stability from people like that, but i can't see him actually bonding with them. esp not towards the start of the game. - truly, utterly pathetic meow meows. like, listen, i love shoving a character into a Situation and watching them flounder around, but they've gotta be proficient at something!

21 - part of canon you think is overhyped for just about everything: the worldbuilding. i think people get impressed by the mere existence of worldbuilding, rather than the quality of it. pf surprised me when i looked deeper into stuff and found it gave me the same 'this is a hot mess and i have to make shit up for it to make sense' feeling as stf. i expected better from a massive ttrpg but ok. for wrath, also the characters and the music. the characters rely on one-note personalities with maybe a ~hint~ of spice, with one extremely notable exception of daeran. the degree to which he beats out every other character in complexity is stunning, really. the music is... just fine? it's not amazing, it does exactly what you'd expect a track for that purpose to do. I think most of the tracks have muddy orchestration, too much focus on harmony/vibes and not enough on rhythm and melody. the one track i really love is 'a drink before the battle', it has a great flow and dynamics and i wish it played more often.

22 - your favorite part of canon that everyone else ignores the villains/antagonists, best part of literally any media ever
