TW eating disorder mention

I woke up this morning and told myself that I was ugly. That I needed to loose weight and that I’ll never look at cute as I want to cause people will hate my body. I planned on relapsing on my eating disorder, which I have tried a few times this month but didn’t continue. I’ve struggled off and on with restriction and bulimia . It started in 6th grade and it continues to weigh on my mind. I continuously fall into the trap before crawling back out. But hey guess what!

I’m beautiful! Weight doesn’t mean anything. No number will make me happy if I don’t love myself as I am today. Im adorable, im an angel and so are you. Chubby is not bad, heavy is not bad , fat is not bad.

I continue to fight against my urge to relapse but I have to keep reminding myself that I starving myself and forcing myself to throw up all my meals won’t make a difference on how I Veiw myself. I deserve to exist! 💕
