Recipe Ingredients -1 red onion thinly sliced -1 bag pre washed chopped kale, stems removed -1/4 tsp onion salt -to taste -1/4 tsp garlic powder- to taste -dash of pepper to taste -1/2 cup feta cheese -2 Roma tomatoes, diced -corn tortillas . . Sauté red onion. Add kale, onion salt, garlic powder, and pepper and continue sautéing until kale is wilted.
