On our last summer trip before school starts, I've discovered a new "must-have" item for any trip with kids and babies. We used to travel with a huge sound machine that needed to be plugged in. Then, place the squares over the holes in the muffin tin, and use the heel of a small glass to mold the paper into the indent. Boom!!! Can say after trying, it worked like a charm! Kale Tacos are my go to weeknight dinner! They are healthy, easy, delicious and filing. My kids even love them and ask for seconds. . . Recipe Ingredients -1 red onion thinly sliced -1 bag pre washed chopped kale, stems removed -1/4 tsp onion salt -to taste -1/4 tsp garlic powder- to taste -dash of pepper to taste -1/2 cup feta cheese -2 Roma tomatoes, diced -corn tortillas . . Sauté red onion. Add kale, onion salt, garlic powder, and pepper and continue sautéing until kale is wilted.
