Things are heating up as the month of love rolls up on us with chocolates in hand. Figuratively, of course. It's still freezing here in NY. But what better way to warm up than with 12 new tracks to get your blood pumping?
We're dipping our toe in the pool of love, and checking the temperature of the water. Do we let it wash over us, or do we just want to splash around? And what's with that Bowie track? Did I really include it just because of the name? (yes)
Remember, each Mixtape will only be available for one month - with a new volume going up on the 7th. At the end of the day, the old one is deleted. So get them while you can.

Heartbroken to learn Akira Toriyama has passed away.
I'll be listening to Dragon Ball songs for the remainder of the week I guess. Their never-ending enthusiasm matches so well what the manga meant to me.
Hironobu Kageyama: Day Of Destiny ~Spirit vs. Spirit~

If you asked any DBZ fan what the most iconic song from the franchise was and quickly managed to shout out "And DON'T say Cha-La-Head-Cha-La" before they answer, 9 times out of 10, they will respond with Day of Destiny. It's powerful enough on its own but it's also the Ultimate Gohan moment: I will go against the imaginary mold here and say Gohan's Super Saiyan 2 moment was better depicted than Goku's original Super Saiyan moment, if not as iconic. It is considered one of the anime moments and the song from the original Japanese dub only makes it more acclaimed.
Or maybe they'll answer Revelation by American Pearl, which will give you legal pretense to kill them on the spot.
The storms are rolling in, playing the fanfare that ushers in March. In like a lion, and out with aplomb - we're also celebrating a birthday this month! Read on:
It's my daughter's birthday month, so we celebrate these stormy days with a little bombast. Some reflection, a little melancholy, and a whole lot of fresh new music to share.
