I really think Wilf and K-9 should meet. They would be instant best friends. So I had to get it out of my system in this very quick silly thing. That’s all.
Sometimes I remember the best thing about that Australian Doctor Who TV spin off K9 was how unapologetically anti cop it was.
Every other episode was Starky or K9 see the cops committing and act a brutality so they intervene and try and stop, this trigger the plot of the episode.
Now comes the best part, it was a kids show, and by kids show I mean Sarah Jane age range or even slightly younger.
And it was still so very much anti cop and anti surveillance.
And I wish we had more kids shows like this, shows which hate on the cops.
Oh and the main character Starky was in the first episode described as a revolutionary and guerrilla.
Like good fo you weird little Australian K9 spin of good for you
Really does dawn on me: when is Modern Doctor Who going to get a time-displaced companion again? Like I understand that Companions these days are kinda ment to be a Psuedo-Audience Surrogate but like there is something a bit more fun yanking someone from like the 16th Century & they are baffled at the modern era or beyond.
the "secondary" doctor who companions, aka the girlies
sorry I didn't include Sarah Jane :( I didn't think of her until now, I consider her more of a classic who companion, and not a "secondary" one as she spent a significant amount of time with the Doctor (and got her own spin off!)
tag list for the creators: (sorry if you don't watch Doctor Who and therefore don't understand!)
