...I just found out you can use afterpay on justfab...this is bad for my wallet

So going back to the whole clothing thing.

I haven’t yet gotten the clothes my mom ordered for me, but some of the clothes I bought have started to trickle in.

I technically have “subscriptions” to some of those “credit” based clothing stores, like JustFab, Fabletics, AdoreMe, etc. I am usually good at remembering to “skip” the credit charges, but sometimes I don’t, and I don’t really buy from those stores a lot because like. I just don’t need to. And they don’t always have things in my size/colors/styles anyway (I go for “dark/deep winter” color palettes, for instance).

Anyway I had like 10 credits from JustFab, which I generally like their purses, and I figured I might as well look for some new purses to go with the whole business casual thing. (I’ve liked some of their shoes in the past but I have stupidly wide, short feet so few things actually fit). I found a few purses I think would work well, but then also saw a few things clothing wise that I liked, and I thought why not treat myself to some new jeans + shorts?

Here’s the annoying part. Most of my jeans are from when I did Wantable, usually brands like Vervet, Kensie, Democracy, Mica, etc. Maybe 1.5-2 years ago I went up a size, not a big deal, but I’m usually the same size in all of these- it might be a little tighter or a little looser brand and style dependent. So I was looking for that size at first on JustFab, and yeah, there was enough of them, but the bottoms all looked pretty… not-stretchy? And I was a little worried about having jeans specifically if I gained a little weight during school. So I went up not one size but literally 2-3 sizes.

Half don’t fit me at all (either don’t button, or are obviously too tight and VERY uncomfortable), half barely work? And these jeans are sized by the waist size.

Ugh. I would return and get bigger sizes, but they aren’t in stock 🙃🙃 Trying to remember: my body isn’t the problem. The jeans are. Women’s sizing is hysterically inconsistent.

Tbh also low key thinking, now that I’m on stimulants, maybe I’ll unintentionally lose weight, and they’ll fit me and be nice to have.
