READ ME BEFORE YOU REQUEST
Please note I don’t write anything that is illegal or borderline inappropriate. This includes sibling smut, adult baby kink (I dont even know what its called), teacherxstudent relationships and anything else I deem off. I also havent been to high school for many years so even if it’s innocent fluff I do not write HS AUs. If you’re unsure just ask! Can even be anon and if you don’t get a reply to your request then it’s a no. I’m fine with Daddy kink and most sex stuff as long as it doesn't cross lines into over infantilising, acting like an actual baby.
As much as I’d love to sit in my bed all day and write fics... I have a big girl job and answer my requests in order I receive them (lol OCD tings) and I cant start one until the other is done (again sorry OCD tings). So please note there is a 3 week ish turn around for requests at max. And sometimes if I get a good idea I’ll write my own first cause I have to get it out of my head. But if you want updates feel free to message me or I’ll post an update if I get caught up in life!
I’m always up for a chat and am pretty active on here so you’re welcome to talk to me about whatever, ask questions or just chat! Please note it’s an 18+ account and if you don’t specify that I won’t reply.

Happy April Fool's Day, Boston Dumb Fuck! But then it is no longer just a day for you anymore, is it?
You really gave it the office over the past few years, haven't you? Made a joke of your life, your family, friends and fans and look at where it has gotten you.
In honor of this most sacred of days, let's take a quick look back down Untrustworthy Lane, shall we?
You saying you loved love in your SMA article, then taking this massive dump on it. That was awesome!
Also saying you hated yourself in the same SMA article. Too bad no one close to you believed you or intervened. Maybe this mess could have been avoided
Your then fake girlfriend, now fake wifey, crashing the Thanksgiving family celebration at Disney World, where you pretended to be creepy niece-creepy uncle. I am sure your family laughed and laughed at that one
Tried to convince us jump scares were cute beyond brothers and could be easily staged
Also thought it would be fun to hide a misogynistic snuff film behind a dumb chin puppet video
Tried to trick us into thinking being good at Mario Cart was a noteworthy feat, and being bad at it was worthy of derision
Proved Valentine's Day is a joke by releasing a few handfuls of unflattering photos, plus some obvious photshop fails and even 2 or 3 photos that had absolutely nothing to do with the day of forced love. The joke was on you, however, since all that accomplished was to murder so many lady-boners it doomed you to only finding pleasure in your own hands, or perhaps a realistic fleshlight, for the foreseeable future. But you are a big "alone guy" so that should suit you well!
Extending this shameful stunt to the "Ghosted" premiere. That was a double whammy- the little racist, clout chasing twit thinking she was going to walk the red carpet and Ana and Dexter thinking they could save that festering turd of a movie from further embarrassment. Are they still talking to you after that prank?
Orchestrating two ghost kinda ceremonies using only vague descriptions of locations and pictures from family and friends in the vicinity of possible kinda locations, including a very real and special birthday party for a young lady that was probably ruined, but all in the name of a fun manipulation, right? Pepper in some online quotes about getting mentored by RDJ (he's doing a bang up job, by the way), as well as a line in the online version of the disaster of all disaster interviews in GQ, (that if people truly cared, would have put a 5150 hold on you and your dissociated life) and voila! Sham marriage complete.
Continuing with the joke-in-and-of-itself ASP. I mean, having a discussion on antisemitism where your guest chides those who normalize this behavior, just as you shove that poison ring in the camera, symbolizing the unholy union between you and the Nazi wifey. Great job, man!
Almost as good as you wearing the colors of the Nazi flag for your red carpet debut with your charming anti-semetic "bride", fake kisses and all
The best jest, however, was you not even getting to catch up with your more successful friends at the Vanity Fair party because you and that prize woman of yours were shuffled off immediately to the pick up line to be taken home, alone to your fleshlight
But you should be used to not getting into parties. There was the pathetic loitering in front of the CAA and UTA pre-Oscar bashes, but the best prank on yourself had to be the SNL Christmas party, where the wifey recreated the bratty niece look from the first pap walk and you tried to drive a wedge between one of your best friend's marriages (at least Colin has gotten in some good jabs at you on the show), all while the two of you probably were hid away in a dimly lit basement room for 20 minutes, then let out a back door to go home, alone to your fleshlight. And Alec Baldwin and his wife were actually invited. That's gotta hurt!
And just recently being called a "car enthusiast". More subtle than some of your other hoaxes, but still hilarious!
Now I don't know if you signed onto this because of duress or the promise of something great (hopefully not the Gene Kelly movie, because that was never going to fly- that was another trick on you, and even if it was miraculously offered to you, after this, it would not be a good look playing a male chauvinist who preferred young women).
I am sure you have had your fun, but let's hope this time next year you will have long hung up the jester's hat and become a real life boy!

Confession : I really want Tom to step away from Marvel & ditch Spiderman after one more movie to focus on his career (sorry MCU fans) outside Peter Parker. I've seen the talent he has The Impossible, TDATT, even TCR that him ditching Sony could do wonders for him. Look at RDJ leaving Iron Man role he won his FIRST Oscar. Him doing a play surprised me because I believed his big announcement was charity tournament. Honestly, I'm convinced he's signed to another project before filming Spiderman 4.
Honestly? I wouldn't mind Tom finishing the Spiderman saga and moving on to other things as well! I really do think he has a TON of potential that has been untapped, and Marvel has been a huge commitment for him. I love Marvel (I'm a Marvel Girl), but I wouldn't mind seeing Tom doing other things either. I have seen what leaving Marvel did for RDJ lol 😅🤣
I just think Tom has to land the right project after Spiderman. The right project with the right script, the right director, and the right genre.
I definitely feel like it's coming.... But he might have to end his Spiderman saga before we can see him land certain roles.

okay oppenheimer first impression
the best thing about the film is the structure: i think that is brilliantly done. and it doesn't feel 3 hours long at all unlike the dark knight, which i remember questioning how long it was going to be lol.
weirdly i think it could have been longer and that might have served the film better but my guess is no studio is going to let anyone release a 4 hour movie period.
my big critique of the film as far as filmmaking goes is that the pace is unrelenting from start to finish: it could have used some moments that broke that up a bit. I get why the pace is like that for most of the film and it thematically makes sense, but at the same time, what i really needed from it was a bit more breathing room in a few places.
the performances are uniformly great. i had my doubts about matt damon but i'm pretty sure the trailers used takes of scenes that they didn't use in the movie, and he worked a lot better than i expected in the takes that actually were in the film.
rdj was OUTSTANDING give that man an oscar. i hope he keeps taking roles like this.
i absolutely don't think the film is in any way interested in making a hero or a martyr out of Oppenheimer; it's actually quite critical of him, so that was also a relief.
having read the book the film is based on there's a few little things I wondered about the film leaving out or changing, but i also don't think it was in the service of making Oppenheimer out to be a better person than he was, so it bothers me less than it would otherwise.
As per usual with Nolan the (few) female characters aren't all that well served, especially Jean Tatlock, but Kitty has some good scenes. I think the film could have given better context to them and to her relationship with Oppenheimer, though.
as for Cillian's performance and Oppenheimer as a character (in the film, rather than a real person in history) i need to see it again to really articulate anything useful, but i think there just needed to be a bit more breathing room in the pacing/editing to do his performance justice, if that makes sense. it's so frenetic and there's constantly so much information coming at you it's hard to really absorb what he's doing, because his performance is very internal.
i think criticisms about not showing what happened to Japanese civilians might have some points but also not showing it may have been the right choice, i'm not sure. I need to think about it and read a bunch of reviews.
it was sort of an entire movie about exposition, lol. which isn't necessarily a criticism, it's a very dense story. I definitely didn't catch everything because it moves so fast.
I think this actually would have made a better limited series than it did a movie, but that might have undercut the structure and impact? idk. there's just *so much* to fit in. It would have been interesting to see someone take Nolan's structure and see what they might have done with it, idk.
None of this is to say it's a bad film, it's definitely an interesting film. I think there's a lot to criticize in it but the structure and the cast were really top notch.

So, about a month ago, I read about Matthew Lawrence from Boy Meets World and several other things talking on the podcast he does with his brothers about being sexually harassed by a male director in a hotel room, and the director in question promised him a role in a Marvel movie if he took off his clothes and let the director take Polaroids.
Lawrence left the room and says his agency fired him for leaving.
In terms of how the industry treats sexual harassment victims, this is not surprising. Especially for male victims, who are expected to act like it doesn't exist for them at ALL.
Anyway, when I first read the quote, I found myself noodling on "Marvel movie" and "Oscar-winning director." Because Matthew didn't--and is not required--to name names, but also, it's such a small pool of options.
There are three Oscar winners in the MCU director pool: Chloe Zhao. Taika Watiti. Kenneth Branagh.
Chloe is off the list immediately because Matthew said it was a man.
But then Taika and Kenneth have never been accused of sexual harassment as far as a quick google search tells me.
The other thing is, Matthew Lawrence in the modern day isn't an actor that would get offered a Marvel contract by having a private meeting with a director. You have to have a certain profile, a certain amount of box office under your feet. He doesn't have that. Not a judgement on him, just a statement of fact. Chris Evans was regularly employed and liked by audiences when he got cast. Same as Mark Ruffalo. Same as Cobie Smulders and definitely the same for Samuel L. Jackson. Same for Paltrow. And even despite his many struggles, the same for RDJ. People showed up either for movies these people were in or--in Cobie's case--the tv show they were on.
Matthew Lawrence joining Boy Meets World was a BIG DEAL. He came on as Shawn's half-brother. Our favorite little meow meow now had a new nemesis/family member. This was top-tier shit.
It was 1997.
In August 1995, The Usual Suspects came out. It won 2 Oscars. It was directed by Bryan Singer. The first X-Men movie came out in 2000.
Bryan Singer didn't win an Oscar for Usual Suspects, but the movie he is heralded for directing DID win two Oscars. Bryan Singer didn't direct an MCU movie, but he directed a movie from Marvel comics.
And this is Matthew Lawrence in the timeframe that he was gaining attention for his role in Boy Meets World and the time Singer would have been casting for Cyclops:
Tumblr media
Bryan Singer has a long, awful history of being a sexual harasser at BEST and a sexual abuser at worst. While his reputation catching up with him around the time he failed to direct Bohemian Rhapsody seems to have finally derailed his career, he was literally untouchable for decades as he preyed on very young men.
To call him an open secret doesn't do it justice, okay.
I can't stress enough: NAMING BRYAN SINGER IS BASED ON ME KNOWING ENOUGH SHIT TO DRAW A LINE. MATTHEW LAWRENCE HAS NOT NAMED HIS HARASSER AND SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO DO SO. YOU WANNA HAVE THOUGHTS ON THIS TAKE, IT'S MY TAKE. LEAVE MATTHEW OUT OF IT.

Scattered thoughts on Oppenheimer (2023)
Tumblr media
First, Cillian Murphy is INSANELY good as the titular character. There's a Shakespearean ambiance to the way he plays the part: he's arrogant and flawed, but also conflicted about his role in the creation of a weapon that might destroy the world. Every single moment felt so genuine.
That's not to say the rest of the cast was lacking. With the exception of a weirdly hammy Gary Oldman as President Truman, everyone was fantastic, with RDJ as the standout. My only disappointment is that Florence Pugh and Emily Blunt didn't get much to do. Their relationships with Oppenheimer aren't quite as developed as I would have liked. They're both good with what screentime they have at least, particularly Blunt.
The visuals are spectacular-- not just the explosive stuff but also the way Christopher Nolan uses shallow focus during some of the more psychologically intense scenes. I'm thinking of the scene where Oppenheimer tries giving a speech after the bombs are dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki: it's like he's trying to rouse his patriotism, but the horror of what's been unleashed prevents him from sharing in the communal joy around him.
However, there were a few things I didn't like. First, the score. It was fine in and of itself, but I hated how relentless it was. A lot of the scenes involve people talking and the score just pounds away beneath all of it, even when the scene itself is lowkey. Nolan almost NEVER lets the scene just play out without the music. It drove me nuts.
Red Letter Media's review of Oppenheimer discussed that too, and they made a little parody trailer of 12 Angry Men with that annoying ass music under it just to show how out of place it is:
youtube
Second, while I was glad the movie never dragged, it also felt like all the action was playing in fast-forward-- like I was watching a clip show from the middle of a long-running TV show. The movie never takes time to breathe.
Also, if you aren't intimate with the history being portrayed, the action can be a little tough to follow. I read the basics on Oppenheimer's life yesterday and I think if I hadn't, I would have been confused at points.
Overall, this is a pretty good biopic, well-acted and beautifully shot. I'm sure it will snag some Oscars. However, I did think it fell short of being a great movie and tbh that might be the result of the pre-release hype for me.
7.5/10

Saw you share that Cillian Murphy post and say you saw Oppenheimer - what were your thoughts on it? Also, did you see it in theatres/IMAX or just at home?
Personally I saw it twice - in IMAX on opening weekend and later with my mom in a normal theatre - and I remember just kinda feeling simultaneously empty and overwhelmed after the first viewing. Felt like I just needed to sit outside and let it wash over me for a bit.
Also, speaking of movies and the fact it’s Oscar season: have you seen Killers of the Flower Moon? Feels like something you’d find interesting.
Argh sorry for taking so long to answer this, but I was like, "Ah, I'll watch Killers of the Flower Moon and then I'll answer this :3" but I STILL haven't seen Killers of the Flower Moon and it's *totally* on my list but it's also 3 hours and kind of depressing so it's tough to set a time aside for it. Ironically I was able to get my fam to watch Oppenheimer, which means I've watched Oppenheimer twice now (AND YES THE NONLINEAR STORYTELLING HITS SO GOOD ON THE SECOND WATCH). I've had to watch it at home both times though. I wish I could have seen it in theaters---I want that sensory assault SO BAD.
But yeah overall I really love the composition of it--it takes you a minute to understand that the use of color is meant to indicate the differences in perspective, but again, it's really obvious on the second watch so you're able to pick up so much more.
Both times I rolled my eyes SO HARD at the framing of the "I am become death" quote because... I mean... really? It's just such a wanky part in SO many contexts.
I do think like, there's A LOT of people involved and like... I feel like the Chevalier incident, even if it was this very important indicting event for Oppenheimer, was kind of clumsily handled--because like, you just have Chevalier as a guy at this party but then it's like "Oh this is a guy Oppie trusts enough to leave his kid with for a few days" but also it isn't clear enough to the viewer that this *is* Chevalier until it's all "Chevalier Chevalier Chevalier" at the security clearance hearing. And I think that's partially to drive home the fact that from Oppenheimer's perspective, a lot of card-carrying communists of the day were just... friends and coworkers, but you as the viewer are stuck going, "Wait, who???"
I thought Emily Blunt was stunning and it's a very complex role--it's a movie that's very aware of its own marginalization of women as it's happening, and I'm glad that you have this moment at the end where she's the one who holds onto the rage and the grudges, almost not just on Oppenheimer's behalf, but her own--like she's just as frustrated at Oppenheimer playing the martyr.
I was getting MAJOR Stanley Tucci vibes with RDJ in that movie, but he also just had a very good simmering darkness to him. I LOVED Ryan Gosling's Ken but I think in terms of like, full-on transformation rather than just riding the high of being a character, I'd pick Robert Downey Jr. for best supporting actor for the Oscars this year. But also I still need to see Poor Things so... *shrug*
Also Jack Quaid as Richard Feynman had me like "My boy!!! That's my boy!!!" And I loved Rami Malek as well.

In general, the role of Spider-Man has a certain influence. There are 3 actors who played SM, each had their own path. If I'm not mistaken, Toby couldn't achieve success for a long time and got the role of Peter (although Leo was initially offered the role, but he refused and then it went to Toby). An iconic role, he then had another good project - the film Brothers (Golden Globe nomination) and a minor role in The Great Gatsby. This is what I remember, so later Toby was only known for his role as SM. For this reason, I think Leo gave advice to Timothy - not to act in superhero films. There is Andrew - several projects before SM, I remember his film The Social Network, after the role of Peter Andrew had two major successful projects: Hacksaw Ridge (nominations - Oscar, Bafta, Golden Globe) and Tick, Tick... Boom (Award Golden Globe, Oscar nomination). He also had other projects received nominations and awards. This is what is known about their projects to the general public. Despite such a successful project as Tick Tick, Andrew was often asked about the role of SM in an interview in 2021. These actors will always be associated with the role of Peter Parker. For some, this is a terrible fate, but for the general public, actors will always be associated with a certain role (for some it is one role, for others several). Tom himself spoke about this and he has a normal attitude towards it. Of the three actors, at the moment the most successful is Andrew in terms of projects, but if you think about what path Tom will take, I think he will have the same path as Andrew. I think Tom is too talented, smart and charismatic to be associated with just Peter. I think Tom's career will be similar to RDJ in some aspects - both played a beloved superhero, both are essentially the face of Marvel, Robert played Chaplin in his youth, and now Tom will play Astaire. Literally 3 years ago, critics simply destroyed Robert, and now he has received a Golden Globe and will soon receive his Oscar. Andrew received his first Golden Globe nomination at 34 years old, Tom is only 27 years old - many actors spend years working towards something important and breakthrough.

I watched the first half of Oppenheimer last night and…IDK if you seen it or know what happened, but so far nobody is giving me anything remotely Oscar worthy. Maybe when I finish I’ll have a different opinion but I sometimes feel these Oscar bait movies really get overly blown and it’s starting to show more and more. Just my opinion but movies and acting are seriously a subjective art form so yeah.
I’m usually a Chris nolan fan but I really think cillian and especially RDJ are being overhyped.
RDJ…a supporting Oscar nom? I personally enjoy Robert as a person/personality and I think he’s very witty and charming, but I really don’t know where this is coming from because so far, he acts exactly the same he always acts. Why are people constantly hyping this man’s acting up?
(Also I think the constant hyping him up is putting unfair comparisons on the other OG marvel avengers.)
I haven’t watched Oppenheimer, but I do intend to.
RDJ is an excellent actor, and sometimes you have the legacy of your career to back up a campaign. I haven’t seen this movie so I can’t talk about his performance. But I have seen enough of his work, he deserves the accolades he gets.
This is also an Oscar baiting movie. They knew what they were going for when they made it.

1, 3, 4, 9 for the film asks please!
1.Name a few underrated actors.
Well no. 1 on this list is My Boy Hamish Linklater, obviously. That man is better than 99% of the hollywood faps and none of them could’ve ever played Father Paul with the depth and rawness and nuance that he did and I will love him forever for it and I think he should really start getting more main roles like that actually or I’m gonna go to hollywood and pick off execs one by one personally.
Paul Sun-Hyung Lee is next on my list because I actually NEED him to be in everything now. Kim’s Convenience really is genuinely one of the best and funniest and most heartwarming shows to ever to exist and I’m so happy that Simu Liu has gotten a LOT of jobs as a result- but man I see so many good potential casts for Paul too that I’m gonna go insane beating my head against the wall if they don’t happen. Like it would be a sin not to cast this dude as Uncle Iroh in a live action adaptation of ATLA. He is the best if not the ONLY man for the job and I will die on that hill. He tickles me silly every single time he shows up in The Mandolorian but lets be real: he needs more screen time bc the bit part they have him doing ain’t cutting it. Let him fully replace Cara Dune next season like please I am begging I would like to see more of him in the star wars universe and let him have an actual character to chew on like PLEASE!!!! He’s the fat star wars hero we deserve. Give him all the roles he’s excellent.
For ladies, my choices are these:
First choice for this category for me has gotta be Carla Gugino. I mean especially in the last few years? Her work with Mike Flannagan has been fucking incredible from Hill House to Geralds Game (which I feel like it’s not nearly discussed enough but it should be bc that one still like genuinely haunts me moreso than probably any other Mike Flanagan work or stephen king adaptation) and not to mention she’s a total MILF to boot anyway I just love her and I’m excited to see her and Mike tackle Poe
Stephanie Hsu coming in hot bc I Loved her in Mrs. Maisel and when I figured out she was in Everything Everywhere All At Once too I flipped my shit. She’s perfect in every way and I love her and I am so excited to see where her career takes her bc she’s just got so much and I love her.
And of course Kate Siegel. My girl comes thru for me every single time I see her and never disappoints. Would love to see her branch out from her own damn husband’s projects but honestly even if she doesn’t I don’t think I could complain bc he writes roles for her that are what she deserves. And if that ain’t love idk what is.
3.Most overrated actor(s)?
Just gonna do an mcu lightning round just to get it out of the way (god I am so gonna get fuckin lynched for this): RDJ, Chris Pratt, Sebastian Stan, Benedict Cumberbatch (bonus points for being so annoying that the MCU now inserts him into every movie to try and make me care about him: it’s not working), Evangeline Lily, Paul Rudd, Mark Ruffalo, Jeremy Renner, Elizabeth Olsen, Bradley Cooper(this fucking guy especially I hate how often his films get nominated for oscars he’s not good the best shit he ever did was 1) produce joker and 2) play the douchebag I perceive him to be in Wedding Crashers) Tom Holland, Zendaya.
By vicarious exposure due to his recurrent involvement in projects with Hamish Linklater I must say I don’t think Dan Stevens is that good of an actor either. He can do a lot but I don’t really feel it when he does it… y’know? I just don’t buy.
Also not a big Matt Smith gal. Not really looking forward to see him in the GOT spin off either and frankly if he’s playing Rhaegar that’s an eggregious mis-cast. Like the man has no eyebrows for feck’s sake
As for actresses Jennifer Lawrence hits the top of the list for me (probably just by association with bradley cooper shit) followed closely by Vera Farminga and probably also Nicole Kidman.
4.What’s a movie you watched over and over again as a child that you still love?
God there are so many lmao but one I remember actively seeking out to view is Howl’s Moving Castle. I remember they used to run it on STARZ all the time and I would try to catch it every single time it was on.
9.Name a film you think has some of the best costume and makeup/hair design.
God that’s tough. I mean take about any GDT movie and it ticks all the boxes for me in that category (I mean the fish man suit was about 90% practical. Nobody does that anymore and Doug Jones is a king and a legend for his work as such)… but then also LOTR and The Hobbit really got me good with the visuals also and they also still hold up like insanely well. But also what I re-watched recently is The Fall. And honestly to this day the costume design in that film continues to blow me away… so I guess take all of those for what they’re worth lmao

this is exactly why i want tom to distance himself from the MCU so that people in the industry take him seriously. even RDJ is joking about it himself. https://www.tumblr.com/artsimpourtzi/742688904767045632/i-love-him?source=share
First off.... Wow! Congrats to Robert!! 👏🏾👏🏾
Tumblr media
Let me tell you... Robert Downey Jr is coming for that OSCAR hunny!! In fact, I def think he's gonna win it.... hands down lol 😆
Anyway....
I think it's good to make sure we know the context of someone's words, and even the vocal tone. Here's the video:
youtube
I don't think Robert was putting down Marvel or the MCU, or sharing any regret for having played Ironman for 10 years.... 🤔
And let's be honest, those Ironman and Avengers movies made RDJ BANK okay?? Like, dude was on the original great contracts so he was getting paid so many millions of dollars just to show up even in Tom's Spiderman HOCO movie for like a few mins of screen time. 😏 So he can only hate Marvel but SO much lol.
RDJ is a jokester, so I think his words were very tongue-in-cheek. I also don't think that Hollywood wasn't taking him "seriously" (Robert has been acting since he was a kid, and has been in the industry for DECADES lol), but perhaps he wanted to do more in his career? 🤷🏾‍♀️
I can def see how playing one character for over a decade can start to feel stifling. Come to think of it, maybe he wanted to be killed off instead of "riding off into the sunset" lol 😆 😂
Same thing like Daniel Craig. He wanted his Bond KILLED off, coz he knew that if they kept his character alive, it would leave the door open for them to ask him back, and he was DONE rofl 🤣
Re: Tom....
I really don't know how Tom personally feels honestly. I kinda get the impression that he doesn't want to say too much and burn any bridges, but at the same time, I DO kinda feel like he would like to do OTHER things in his career other than playing Spiderman his whole life. 🤷🏾‍♀️
But I'm not going to assume I know what he's thinking when he's always spoken nothing but GREAT things about the character and playing in those movies. Again, idk how much is really him, and how much is him just being nice about it cuz he's still negotiating with Sony and Disney atm.... ykwim? 🤷🏾‍♀️
All I know is, he seems ready to walk out if they don't come to a firm resolution on the franchise, which is a far cry from him crying and begging Bob Iger to keep Spiderman in the MCU years ago lol 🤭😅
So yea.... maybe he's kinda done with it as well, but he still enjoys playing the character (it seems genuinely fun for him), plus, he gets to work with his gf for months on end lol 😏
It might just be "complicated" for him? Conflicting emotions I mean. But I'm not going to assume the worst if he himself hasn't said that, ykwim? 🤷🏾‍♀️

I'm not a troll and I don't want to offend anyone, but why do anons think that Marvel actors are best friends in real life? Why should Tom root for RDJ and not Deniro? Because they played in the same franchise and hugged during the promo? So he and Deniro sat on the same sofa, and Tom even imitated him. I readily believe that Tom was rooting for Mark Ruffalo, because Mark is a very kind and good person who once supported Tom in difficult times. But I don’t believe in this Marvel friendship, and an example of this is the relationship between Tom and Chris. Tom does not communicate with anyone from Marvel (except for Charlie Cox), his real friends are in no way connected with the franchise. Sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone.
You don’t have to apologize for your opinion just because it may differ from someone else’s, let’s start there. I would imagine that you can understand that knowing someone personally means a little bit more than meeting someone one time. Also RDJ was great in that film, the obvious front runner, and it was his first Oscar.
