An interesting idea if not Canon due to the fact it's an illusion being cast by Psycho Pirate in the comic itself. It refers to ultraman's transformation as an accident which we have never heard as an origin before, we have heard that he is rather a kryptonian or an astronaut who died in space then picked up by aliens that gifted him his powers. Assuming we're working off the astronaut origin as the accident, given his powers we can assume they were kryptonians and any powers she will of replicated would have been through kryptonian tech that had landed on earth. Maybe a Brainiac drone or a modified Eradicator gifted the powers after being discovered or unearthed by her.

Core element is that she is human according to Ultraman as well as being his cousin. That relation being predicated on Alan Scott aka the original Green Lantern and Sandra Knight aka Phantom Lady. Which is interesting since they are both Golden Age Heroes on the main Earth and may have been members of the Crime Lodge in that reality do to it being the counterpart to the Justice Society of America. The only other connection the pear share is both of their power sets are predicated on light control which could be related to the kryptonians like to absorption. The devouring of their own children is an obvious reference to the Greek mythology surrounding Kronos, this may have been to keep their children from rising up against them or to obtain their powers.

Her relationship with the individual members of the Crime Syndicate is interesting as well. Ultraman being interested in getting her back goes along with his characterization as isolated from previous iterations. Owlman having a physical relationship with her mirrors his relationships with both Superwoman and Ultraman, Owlman cheating on Superwoman the same way Superwoman is cheating on Ultraman with Owlman. Superwoman showing the same amount of rage as Ultraman as when he catches for pair is interesting because she immediately responds with heat vision the same way he did in the JLA earth 2 comic. Her relationships with Power Ring and Johnny Quick are minimal, but this could be due to a fact she has more so been on adjacent teams to the Justice League such as for Justice League International and therefore that may be true of the Crime Syndicate.
