i think my problem with a lot of goro akechi/shuake content is that people try to fit him into the typical fandom tropes while ignoring the finer intricacies and nuances to his character. like they make him the blushing maiden, completely detective prince style or the evil manipulative villain beyond redemption so they can shape him into the fandom characterization mold that can then fit into ship memes and incorrect quotes and the like. idk. this plays into a bigger issue i have with fandom of mischaracterizing and especially widely-accepted mischaracterizations.

#having thoughts. and being annoyed when people dont get my blorbo #this also goes w the GO fandom.... the point of the entire show/book is shades of gray. so why are we making one all good and one all bad.#annoys me beyond belief #also the tiktok fandom of anything is garbage sorry #i hear abt the GO side of things from my friend w tiktok and hoooo boy i am so glad i am not on there #i would start killing people #sorry the tags moved away from my original topic love you akechi its a widespread issue #jo.txt
