PHOEBRUARY: Wrapped Phoebe is a well known celebrity, not just for her super-agent public persona as "Phlex" but also as a TV talk show host! On her show, "Long Talks With Phoebe", she is well known for promoting Canadian coffee shop chain Jim Thortons, and makes a point to offer her guests a box of their bonbons, called "Jimbits" as both a gesture of hospitality, and also an an excuse for Phoebe to eat some herself! On certain occasions, she will also be present for a kind of "meet and greet" at a Jim Thortons (sometimes just called "Jim's" for short by the locals) location, both to give herself a chance to meet her fans and also to promote the brand! The PR people for Jim Thortons don't mind her stunts, even when she's "around" the building like in this piece. She provides an unusual but positive presence, something to make the patrons' morning a bit more interesting! What Phoebe won't tell them is that the yellow part stretched just above the main entrance is actually her butt - it's completely unrecognizable, so what they don't know won't hurt them!  This is probably my most ambitious drawing to date, and I am quite proud of it! I wanted to practice drawing Phoebe interacting with objects to get a feel for her texture, and I also wanted to show her really stretch out, so I figured she could wrap around a building, and I thought it would be funny to have it be a coffee shop, specifically the first Tim Hortons, recently renovated. But then I also figured I could practice drawing buildings, and with my recent inking practice, I wanted to try inking this one to see if I could do it, and then I ALSO wanted to show Phoebe's tendency to go translucent when she stretches really far, and um, yeah. You can see how it kinda spiraled, but I was up to the challenge! I hope you've enjoyed this Phoebruary, and I hope you look forward to Sophtember! ; ) Hope you enjoy! ~ Bonkie

011 - Jimbit

Jimbit was a curious robot. The moment a spark awoken his circuits, the very second first pulses of blessed motive force propelled his mechanical body with newfound freedom or purpose he knew what he is – a wanderer. He will see all there is to see, visit all the realms and places, meet every kind of people on his countless journeys and finally, when his cogs will blunts, chassis rust and hydraulics stiffen, he will settle down to dot down his memoir in binaric cants for the archives of the City of Brass, where all isolated machines will be able to glimpse the world majesty from the code of his doing. His journeys were already perilous and exciting. He acquired plenty of curios and valuable items, some scars on his frame and some friendships with most unlikely beings of flesh and blood. He also learned and witness the biggest of the threats, the ultimate enemy – the corruptor of metal. Dreadwake. Metals are strong – not impossibly so, but way more resistant to the frail organics. And yet, under the touch of the void, even the metal twists and changes, blooming into new, blasphemous shapes. He needs to wander further into the north. He needs to brave the corruption, face the crazed tribes that worship it and learn more about its nature and threat. He needs to know to record it for his people – one day, he knew it in his spark, it will be of utmost importance.

Poor boy can't catch a break. Maybe Merlin went inside for JimBits

HABIT IS FLEXIBLE ANYWAY THE REAL TITLE IS (ஒ ஆண்ணே-Oh Aane) (Oh Man) (ITS GAYYYY NOWWWW)

Here Jimothan is a short, medium-brown skinned man with salt-and-pepper hair and a big black moustache, hairy arms. He seems like an older man. Then in the artists interpretation, Dr.Habit is a very tall, green-furred puppet-man with long curly hair in many shades of pink, mostly deep ones, has body hair all over in the same colors. He has a thin stache on either side on his freckled orange nose and some more facial hair downwards and near his freckled cheeks. He has purple eyeshadow and red lips. He has autopsy-like stitches on his body, and a neck scar, an X-like mouth scar. He has some puppet’s joint parts on body and face.

Here he wears a pale-pink bra with brown highlights and grey sweatpants with brown and pale-pink highlights. The pants have a ‘1′ on them.

Habit is bending down and hugging Jimothan, his huge red-clawed hands enveloping the other man substantially. Habit smiles shakily, his eyes a yellow shade, indicating happiness. 

There is a slight rainbow filter over the whole paper with colored noise effect, rumpled paper effect, and the whole thing looks sunny-bright.

There are lyrics all over the paper. They are a translated version of Oh Penne, with ‘Penne\girl’ changed to ‘Aane\man’. They say--

good customer!! twice!! one was an older man who probably overheard a mother asking how many jimbits she could get for like $2 and he gave her daughter like half a dozen free donut prizes and they were so happy! such a good soul in this jim bortons. the second was an older woman, very sweet, who ordered chili to eat in and spent like half an hour talking to a regular/daily resident. before she left she gave me, me specifically, a loonie. at the end of the day, tips are like $1.80 each. extra $1!
