This chapter covers the events of Once Upon a Time Episode 4x02, "White Out." Hook and David must get along as they race against the clock to free Emma from an ice cave. Afterward, Hook is invited to stay while Emma recovers.

Do you really do requests? Or do you mean like a commission or trade? I'd love to have a scene or two from my Reylo fanfics illustrated--one is based on Swan Lake (but with porgs), the other is a post-TROS fix-it fic.

I suppose my requests are more like suggestions - you can request something but I won't draw it if I don't want to. And I don't take commissions for some reason.

As for your requests I guess it depends on the fic and how the scene complicated is 🤔 Maybe tell me exactly what it is you want drawn so I can decide?

I graduated from college a few months ago, with a double major of English and Communications and a concentration in creative writing. That was about as far I could have expected to be from where I was when diagnosed with ADD in the second grade. I could barely fill out a worksheet or write a paragraph without someone helping me along. I was incredibly blessed to have parents and teachers who helped me when I needed it, and gave me the space to be independent when I became more confident in myself. I wrote on my graduation cap a line from “Wrote My Way Out” from Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton Mixtape: “This hurricane in my brain is the burden I bear.” That seemed like an accurate description of the chaos of my mind and how it feels like a burden at times. But I left out the next line, “I can do without,” because ADD is so intertwined in my personality and writing style that I don’t know what I or my work would be like without it.

Do you think Lotor is sincere about wanting to unite planets in the Galra Empire? The season starts with him making a speech about needing to be loyal to each other, and making a big show of forgiving Throk; but it ends with him defying Haggar, stealing from the Empire, and letting undeserved punishment fall on Throk. Is his professed philosophy, so unlike the traditional Galra way that it make some scorn him, just a front? Is he more like the Galra than he seems?

I think that Lotor’s idea of uniting planets under the empire is sincere, but complex. Because Lotor, at this juncture, is a very complicated character.

Actually to really properly answer this question I think I might crank out a full proper character study for Lotor since he’s a fascinating piece of psychology to me.

Sorry, no I haven’t. I’ve had really bad writer’s block with that fic and I still have a lot of research left to do. I was hoping to do it before S3 but then it’s coming out in August instead of September so... never mind not enough time :’) I hope I can finish it one day though because I’ve already written >20k words for it lmao... but there’s like at least 30k left to go uuuuggghhh.

Can one person submit more than one piece?

For the final zine or just example submissions? If for the final zine we only need one piece since there will be many artists contributing. Hope that helps! 

Is it okay to release our work in other venues now that the preorders are out, or should we wait until they've actually been printed and distributed?

As a fan fiction writer who sometimes struggles with accurate/realistic characterization, I adore your analysis of the VLD characters. Since you wrote a great one about Zarkon, I was wondering, will you write about Alfor and/or Haggar? And maybe other characters in the future (like Slav, Kolivan, Lotor) after they have more screen time?

Since he is a firebender, I assumed he would share more characteristics from her mom's side than his dad's. but it's not like you can't see Zaheer on him (I guess)
